Very near to walking street.

The air conditioner was rattling like a tractor, I could barely fall asleep.

Hotel très proche des lieux de divertissement et de la plage, situé dans une rue très calme. Bonne literie et salle de bain bien équipée.

Caution de 4000 baths. Pas d'ascenseur. Chambre un peu petite. La rénovation ne justifie pas le prix par rapport à l'hôtel Grand Hotel voisin qui est du même propriétaire.

4000 deposit seems a bit much as well as paying 1000 for an extra person that doesn't even stay overnight. Not really great anymore.

J'ai du attendre 30min avant que quelqu'un vienne ,il n'y avait personne à la réception. C'était fermé. Après 30min une jeune fille est arrivé avec de la nourriture.

Non ho usufruito della colazione, quindi non posso giudicare, posizione ottima per chi viaggia solo centralissimo ma tranquillo in quanto si trova in un soi laterale alla walking street, gia' utilizzato in passato e continuero' ad utilizzarlo tutte le volte che andró a Pattaya Higly recommended

La pulizia non è stata eccezionale, comunque parlo di cose di poco conto, forse le cameriere dovrebbero parlare meno sui piani ed in prossimitá delle camere a volte disturbano

If you want a central location and be close to the walking street, this hotel is an ideal place. It is not cheap, has no elevator and you might wake up around 4 am when the masses of working gals & guys are leaving the scene on scooters, but I would book it again instantly as it was clean, rooms are nice and the staff super friendly.

A stiff wind on the rooftop/pool area that made it hard to light my cigarettes.

Although there is not a restaurant or room service we knew this when we stayed there for 5 weeks last year, it is was not a problem for us as we prefer to eat out. The hotel and pool was super clean, laundry delivered the next day unless it was a Sunday which again we knew about and was not a problem for us, we are looking forward to staying there again for 5 weeks at roughly the same time in 2026.

צוות מקסים, מיקום מעולה , חדר גדול ומרווח. היה בחדר מקרר גדול מכונת כביסה ומייבש, השתמשנו בהם והיה מצויין.

4 קומות ואין מעלית, קשה להעלות מזוודות למרות שהמנער בקבלה עזר לנו. והיה נחמד אם היתה ארוחת בוקר במקום.

周辺の渋滞がすごくグラブでバスターミナルから向かったがかなり時間がかかった。 エレベーターがないが、スタッフは女性で運んでもらうのを躊躇して自分で運んだ。 朝食が提供されてないが、近くに気軽に朝食をとれるところがマクドナルドかバーガーキングしかなかった。 洗濯機と乾燥機を使いたくデラックスルームにした、かなり重宝した。

Bad accommodation in term of value for money. I wonder how the hotel guests stayed there would ever recommend such hotel to others that is very dishonest.

First the AC is one main issue it is old and not cooling. They told me they will send me AC engineer but he never showed up. the bathroom is not good. The staff is ok. But the management staff is not helpful. There is no elevator. They put me in the third floor room. The internet slow and keeps disconnecting. This hotel in reality different from the photos displayed in the booking sites and it doesn’t worth the price they charge for the stay.

Nous avons tous apprécié, mais il y a tout de même un inconvénient. il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, surtout quand on est au 4ème étage ! Sinon, tout le reste est bien ,chambre spacieuse et très propre. L'eau a quand même une petite odeur. Sinon, je recommande ce logement.

They do NOT indicate there is a 4000 Baht security charge you must pay but does go back to you when you depart. Overall not a bad stay but I forgot to bring a wall socket adaptor for my phone, there was no USB charge port but you canfind the adaptors in one of the many 7 elevens that are all over walking street.

It was not what expected very nice but no lift had to walk to my room on 3rd floor

Just steps from Walking Street but you won’t hear any of the noise because nearby clubs are all closed. Great service and freelance friendly. Nice room.

W14 is my go to hotel when i visit Pattaya. Its easy to get anywhere from this location baht bus are avaliable nearby to go to Jomtien, buakow, jomtien, terminal 21 etc. Of course its near walking street which is where the action is. Service from staff always good. Overall no complaints about this Hotel. I will continue to stay here if price is reasonable.

clean room, friendly staff. Location was great right in Walking Street.

Alot of hair on the the floor when I arrived. shower drainage was slow so you were in a pool of water in the shower.

Always a pleasure to stay at w14 because of the people there. Unfortunately, my request to be allocated at a lower floor was not acceded twice which made my overall stay a little annoying. Also the shower water pressure is low and control of the temperature is impossible. The water is either too hot or cold. i hope they will improve on this.

The bathroom had a lot of mold and mildew. Also staff told me and my friends we had to each leave 4000baht deposit or they pick our passports. Until we leave this was bad or us we will not stay at this property again

Very central, spotlessly clean, only shame no lift .

Everything was excellent. Well kept rooms with everything you need. No restaurant in the hotel, but there are places to eat nearby. The only caveat is that the floors in the rooms can be slippery when wet, so be sure to wear the provided slippers.

A scam run by the staff along with locals, be careful before going here

I like near laundry and walking street

This hotel management too much cheat to customer. Then you come in hotel ist 4000 bhat advance security deposit from customer. Very bad behaviour then any visitor with you in hotel then you will pay 1000 bhat extra pay. Very cheaper management.

Nothing to complain

I am a regular guest at w14 but i feel it is hotel that can do better. Firstly, maintain the rooms and air-conditioning better. Some paint is peeling, some wear on the furniture (table, cupboards, closet) and the air conditioning can be a bit noisy at times. Also out of the 1 week i was there. There were 3 days, mosquitoes were found in my room.Mosquitoes bites are irritating, they spread dengue fever or other diseases and at times disturb you while sleeping. I do hope the management act on this. The staff are friendly and great. The above are minor issues. Overall I enjoyed my stay at w14 and will definitely stay there again.

Only stairs. No lift. Sign outside and inside re cafe - but none. It was but it’s just a sitting area now. Shower was a bit average re water flow.

This place was a great find and affordable! Right off Walking Street and not real loud at night like other places. Card lock to get in so very safe and someone at front desk about 20 hours a day. Guest friendly and the rooms are spacious, great bathroom with shower. AC works good and Wifi was ok, spotty at times, but worked fine. Staff was friendly and place was clean. 1 min walk to 1st part of Walking street. So many places to go out and eat, 711 was right there too at the end of street, 1 min walk. Overall, I extended twice here. It is def worth the stay, price, cleanliness, location location location. See you next time W14!

This property is right off Walking Street but it is not loud like other places I stayed. Key entry front door and cool inside. Rooms are spacious and cool, updated and cool little lights around the bed to play with for lighting. Fan in room was good to for extra circulation, safe, fridge, great shower with big spout in middle and one you can take out and move around too. Great location, friendly staff, nice and cool and very very affordable! I extended an extra night and maybe even 1 more too! W14 is one of my favs by far. Only downside, no elevator, so request a room on ground floor or 1st floor.

The proximty to the beach, food and night life is awesome.

The unit has a washer and dryer in yiur room

The property is quite and clean, has. No security, easy for people to come in late at night. Over all I had a problem free time
