Reviewed Sep 16, 2026位置良好，附近飲食及換匯方便。櫃檯員工、門房及警衛訓練良好，認真有禮貌，笑臉迎人。房間舒適，照明充足，床頭插座足夠多台手機及行動電源充電，洗衣費率便宜(兩袋衣服新台幣200元出頭，相較日惹的NOVOTEL飯店超過新台幣600元)。
唯一讓人有點擔心的是浴室地板沒有止滑，洗澡時要特別小心，摔跌倒可不得了。

- Sauberkeit: wir hatten kaputte und fleckige Bettwäsche + die Dusche war schimmelig - Föhn im Badezimmer war defekt - sehr lauter Bass wegen einer Hochzeit… - Personal: wir haben z.B. Essen über Grab (mit Zimmernummer) bestell und niemand hat uns informiert, dass das Essen da war

Au bar la musique est bien trop forte (on ne s entendait pas parler) L eau de la piscine froide et pas top. Emplacement excentré mais bien desservit en Gojek sans que ce soit trop couteux pour aller dans les endroits attractifs de Malang.

Nonostante offrissero il trasfert gratuito per la stazione dei treni non sono riusciti ad organizzarlo per mancanza di macchine e ho dovuto procedere autonomamente.

Ils proposent des taxis et des tours pour les activités qui sont 3x plus couteux que les prix normaux, Ne pas passer par eux pour réserver les activités, c'est beaucoup trop cher.

Je suis arrivée à 3 h du matin pour faire mon check-in : le personnel a été très réactif et j’ai été très bien accueillie. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et il y a beaucoup de choix. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Paling tidak menyenangkan adalah kolam renangnya. terlihat kotor dan karena tertutup, jadinya butek dan tidak menyenangkan.

Putroppo a colazione non si capiva cosa era vegetariano o vegano (non è segnato niente e lo staff parla pochissimo inglese quindi difficile comunicare anche traducendo…non hanno bene in mente il concetto). Una signora della staff ha affermato che avevano solo il pane e frutta, ma altrimenti niente di vegano detto aggiungendo che in ogni cosa ci sarebbe potuto essere salsa di pesce o altri derivati animali. Inoltre non avevano neanche un latte vegetale. In un hotel cosi grande e internazionale da 4 stelle un latte vegetale dovrebbe essere la base! Soprattutto nel 2026. Inoltre la pulizia non è il massimo, il nostro piano sembrava essere un condominio…molte stanze avevano montagne di piatti sporchi fuori dalle porte sacchi di immondizia etc…in piu in stanza sarebbe da pulire un po meglio il bagno e le poltrone e i divani. MA PER IL RESTO TUTTO OK!!

The hotel’s restaurant was also a highlight—the food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The staff were fantastic throughout my stay, always friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a gym and pool, which is a nice bonus, although I didn’t get the chance to use them this time.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026De kamer was netjes. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. We vonden het prijs-kwaliteit echter niet zo goed. Voor deze prijs had ik meer verwacht.
Het zwembad is binnen en helemaal niet gezellig om er te zitten. Het water van het zwembad is ook echt koud. De badkamer was heel krap. Als er iemand in de badkamer staat kan je de deur niet opendoen. Het bed was heel oncomfortabel. De matras was duidelijk al heel oud en doorgelegen. De kamers zijn allemaal rond dezelfde gang (van alles verdiepen). Dit is volledig open waardoor je veel lawaai hoort vanop de gang.

Reviewed May 4, 2026We only stayed here for one night, and for that it was definitely fine. The rooftop terrace is really cool and offers a great view over the city, which was definitely a highlight. We also had dinner there; the selection and quality was okay. Breakfast was quite good with a nice variety overall. All in all, a solid hotel for a short stay.
The room, especially the bathroom, could have been a bit cleaner. The laundry service charges per item and is extremely overpriced (30€ for about 4kg).
