Atria Hotel Malang

Absolutely loved my stay at Atria Hotel! Exceptional service and spotlessly clean rooms. A truly pleasurable experience—highly recommended!

the hotel room is clean with the strategic location and price is affordable. The hospitality during my stay in the hotel is perfect.

we can hear noise from our neighbor's room, so it does not make it uncomfortable. less sound proof in the hotel room.

Saya menginap 3 orang ( saya istri dan anak) pakai xtra bed. karena saya dan istri juga ada keperluan sendiri2 dan anak di kamar, saya RIDAK BOLEH mendapatkan tambahan kunci (walaupun saya akan berikan uang deposit sebagai garansi). Sudah saya jelaskan ke staf di resepsionies namun tidak bisa juga karena kebijakannya hanya 2 kartu (sudah saya jelaskan bahewa saya ambil xtra bed dan saya perginya berbeda waktu dengan isri, kemudian anak stay di kamar). Membuat saya tidak ingin menginap kembali di Atria padahal saat saya di malang me nginap di Atria sebelumnya. Hati2 bila ada yang perly kunci kamar lebih jangan stay di atria, kecuali memanmg 2 kunci cukup

Hotel w trakcie remontu, nie otrzymaliśmy informacji, że basen (który pięknie był przedstawiany na zdjeciach) jest nieczynny! W hotelu hałas i kurz. Pokój przy drodze, nie dało się spać, a przyjechaliśmy o 24 więc nie było szans na zmianę od razu. Rano managerka zgodziła się na rezygnację bez kosztów po naszej stronie ale niestety do tej pory nie potwierdziła tego Booking.com - także nie dostaliśmy zwrotu środków, starcilismy mnóstwo czasu i nerwów podczas wakacji, musieliśmy szukać nowego noclegu bo tam nie dało się wytrzymać, szczegolnie ze podróżujemy z dzieckiem. Zdecydowanie NIE POLECAM.

Renovations at the moment. Noise from 8am in the morning. We didn’t know this when we booked. Only after registring and signing docs at hotel. Felt not very honest. Pools closed. However staff did offer access to pool nearby with shuttle service.

The included breakfast had a lot of options and all the food tasted great.

The hairdryer was incredibly weak.

The location was good. Major road and close to lots of places.

Renovation was in progress and quite noisy during the resting time.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Our first room had a bit of water leaking, but within 10min we got assigned to a new room. The staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is awesome, and we could even arrange take-away breakfast for our sunrise trip.

Can be a bit noisy if windows are facing the street. Not walkable distance from the center, but quick and easy to reach by taxi or scooter.

The staff was very nice and helpfull. The breakfast had lots of options, both Indonesian and Western. The location is perfect for exploring nearby waterfalls.

A beautiful hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Really clean and comfortable room with a nice restaurant and amazing breakfast! Also packed us up a breakfast for 2 trips we did. This felt like a luxurious stay for a very good price.

It is a bit out of the way and apart from their restaurant, which is good, and one across the road there's not a great deal of choice. However, grab and gojek mean you can get anywhere really cheaply so not an issue.

Very nice lobby and reception area. Very big rooms. Good massages. Nice room service.

No doubt the room has been amazing 20 years ago. But they are in great need of care and renovation. It has a very shabby look to it. Stains everywhere, paint coming off, holes... also, there was construction going on, so there was very loud hammering sounds several hours every day from early morning. The spa area and pool could really use an upgrade as well!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse und genügend Ablageflächen. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es eine Moschee, die bereits um 4.15 Uhr morgens gut zu hören ist. Die Bettlacken und die Handtücher hatten Flecken.

We got there early and they prepared our room earlier and we could check in early. The bed was comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

The location was not the greatest. Malang can be really crowded during the weekend. Prepare to be stuck in a traffic to get to downtown area from this location.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast and diner were very good. Good location to visit Bromo or Tumpak Sewu waterfall.

Toilet does not fluss good, really annoying. Room must be more cleaner and the bathroom as well (molds everywhere)

Clean hotel we stopped by to start our trip to Tupac Cewu. Super friendly staff and easy to reach with Grab.

spacious enough to place my luggage properly and spot for my sholat’s and the bed is also very comfortable, breakfast menu is so good and i like the bubur madura stall 🥰

- It was arround 7am in the morning but the hotel was already noisy, we can hear the housekeeping doing the cleaning from the room next door & probably they were doing some renovations so we could hear somebody fixing something which is very loud (: - went to the dauni spa in this hotel to get 1hour massage, but instead of 1hour we got massage for 45mins only :/ - and also the towels in our bathroom was dirty :(

Very nice hotel with big, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast for a 4-star hotel with plenty of options and quite tasty. We didn't expect anything too special and were pleasantly surprised by our stay there

Perhaps there could be more vegetarian options on the menu in the restaurant

The food is tasty. The staff are friendly and honest. I left some tipping on my bedside table for housekeeping but it wasn't taken. I then left the tipping on my check out day.

The tissue paper were not replenished well enough. But nothing a call requesting for 1 roll to be sent to your room can't fixed. It was delivered immediately too!

Wonderful room with view of Mount Merapi right outside our window. Loved the Skyjack, rooftop bar and pool - again with incredible views of Mount Merapi and sunrise/sunset. Buffet Breakfast was TO DIE FOR! So many options and so delicious! All staff were always accommodating, helpful and smiling. Pool table and table soccer was a fun little extra!

Poor services especially during bfast, staff was not ready, in the restaurant was only 2 staff at 6 am when the restaurant was open for breakfast. They were also lazy just play with mobile phone

It was impeccably clean. The location was good for my needs. I liked having the bar.

The ONLY thing that was not as advertised was being eco conscious with the towels. I would leave my towels hanging after you as directed so they would not be replaced but they still were.

Breakfast buffet was exceptional, great mix of Asian and continental. The breakfast hall was spacious so that here is enough room for everyone The staff is accommodating and nice, they prepared a breakfast box when we had an early sunrise tour so that we could get our meal The room was clean as well as the facilities. The swimming pool was also good. The gym area was functional.

The hotel is not exactly in the city centre. I would say it's not such a big deal since Grab can be used at any time, and Melang itself is not crammed with great sightseeing (it is more of a starting point for touring the natural beauties around). There is lots of good places for food around as well as markets so it's not problem.

Rooms are not very sound proof,if you have inconsiderate guests in the room above you.Beautiful breakfast,but unfortunately not very warm at times.

I don't like the room is not sound proof. I always woke up by the sound of elevator which was in front of my room. There was a leak in the bath room and the sink was clogged.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel itself has everything what is to expect from a luxury hotel. They have an inhouse restaurant, spa and pool outside. The room was equipped with a dental kit, shower gel and shampoo. The view was nice, since you see the pool in blue light and behind the roofs of Malang (we were located in the 5th floor).

The bathroom was not super clean, as there was just a little mold in the shower. The pool looked nice, but it was quiet old and not good maintained.

I like almost everything, this is my fourth or fifth times staying in atria I love the hotel except the pool. Breakfast is the highlight lots of variety Asian and western. The bed very comfy the staff very friendly and polite.
