Très bon séjour à l’hôtel Savana à Malang. L’hôtel est bien situé et permet de rejoindre facilement plusieurs endroits de la ville à pied. Pour les trajets un peu plus éloignés, les taxis sont très abordables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les deux piscines ainsi que le petit-déjeuner, copieux et varié. Le personnel est très accueillant et arrangeant : nous avions demandé un early check-in le jour de notre arrivée et cela a été possible, ce qui a été très appréciable. Une bonne adresse pour découvrir Malang !

Het is een goed hotel. Goede service en prima faciliteiten. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid. Je kunt er ook prima lunchen en dineren. Verder is het ook mogelijk om een massage te nemen. Er zijn ook kleine eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Er is een zwembad op de begane grond, houd er rekening mee dat het water koud is.

We travelled with the family and stayed at the hotel for one night. The staff and the facilities were super! It is a big hotel, but well organised with all amenities. I like the gym and the breakfast. It was quite rich for all tastes.

Not much to mention, except maybe the neighbourhood. Not much a tourist can do on a walk. But there is plenty to do further out.

This hotel is strategically located. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The check-in process is fast. There is a clean, private swimming pool on the second floor.

Het ontbijt was meer dan bijzonder lekker. De kamers waren goed met lekkere bedden.

Het zwembad was overdekt, dus geen zon of lekker plekje om te zitten. Veel lawaai van kinderen want iedereen heeft een balkon aan het zwembad. Veel lawaai van renovaties, die worden voor ons wel even stilgelegd.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. Thanks to Ms. Mayang for helping my early check-in process. Also, thanks to the bellboys and security for helping me to load and unload my luggage without me asking. The breakfast is super delightful and has various foods. I got some problem in my room and they don't even mind when I request to change room just 15 minutes after I check in. The location is just 900m from the train station, right in the middle of the city. I truly recommend Savana Hotel for your stay in Malang. 👍👍

Inrichting hotel zeer mooi en personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De service van de heren aan de entree was uitstekend. Zelfs toen we een pakket verwachtten van derden en niet ontvangen hadden, had 1 van de heren ons probleem snel voor ons opgelost. Service op hoog niveau! Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk. Ook het diner in het Skyrestaurant is aan te raden en we hebben er meerdere keren gegeten met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Ook in het Skyrestaurant was het personeel heel vriendelijk. De hotelkamer was groot, mooi, schoon en netjes.

Super petits déjeuners,chambres propres et confortables. Personnel très serviable et souriant. La piscine est très agréable et les différents restaurants proposent des menus variés .nous avons fait 2 massages extraordinaires.

If you’re light sleeper, you could hear the sound from the train tracks behind the hotel. It’s not so often though, maybe once in a couple of hours. The bathroom looks worn out.

Everything was great about the hotel. The only problem was that people were allowed to smoke inside the hotel. Other than that, it was a very good experience staying here.

Der Pool ist neben dem Restaurant / Indoor und ist eher kalt. Wir hatten das Gefühl dass das Hotel nicht auf Europäische Touristen ausgerichtet ist.

Very comfortable and clean hotel in a good location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally spacious. This is a functional hotel that is geared up for business but is equally fine if you are travelling through and fancy somewhere a little more comfortable for a night or two. If you are climbing Mount Bromo or undertaking any early morning activities 'pack-up' breakfast will be provided. The restaurant food was very nice too.

The facilities and staff and breakfast were all amazing.

The pool area was right next to the dining area which was a bit uncomfortable to use. My only request is that the hotel offers drinking filtered water for free on site to it's customers.

Staff are super friendly & gerat value rooms for the price

The view was a little underwhelming due to the fact our suite was on the 2nd floor. Not the end of the world though.

Been staying in some hotel in Malang, I found this hotel is the best and the most comfortable for staying. Breakfast has large and various menus yet delicious. Hotel location is near to business and culinary premises, so it is suitable for both business or leisure purposes. Very helpfull and polite Concierge Team, congratulation!

The noise. I could hear the train noise through out the night as well as a sudden noise at 1 am (yes, am) when I was a asleep. I was so scared I though someone knocking my door room. I called the front office and they came to my room and checked. Apparently there's someone installing something on the floor above (at 1 am). Not long after that the noise stopped. Too bad for me, I was awake and it was very hard for me to go back to sleep.

Breakfast is so great, the bed is ok, however they didn’t clean the glass and water heater from previous day..the floor seems confusing, maybe need sign board on the elevator to show its destination floor.

I have stayed several times at this hotel since 2016, and the hotel conditions are still the same, clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. Really comfortable staying at this hotel. The location of the hotel is in the center of Malang city, which makes it possible to visit various entertainments and restaurants in Malang city. Breakfast has many choices and the food served is delicious. TV is also available with quite a lot of TV channels. In the room there is also a wardrobe, fridge, toilet amenities, hair dryer, tea, coffee and mineral water. There are even soft drinks provided in the room for free. The hotel is also equipped with several meeting rooms. There are also Chinese food restaurants, rooftop restaurants, lounges and Indonesian food restaurants. The drawback of this hotel is the location of the swimming pool which is next to the restaurant, so sometimes restaurant visitors get splashed with water when someone is swimming and playing in the water. Wifi was slow, unlike the last time I stayed at this hotel.

This hotel has a strategic location, which is in tge middle of the city. It is near shopping centers and restaurants. The room in this hotel is spacious, clean, and comfortable with a modern interior design. This hotel is a perfect place for family vacation, meetings or conventions because of equipped facilities that it has. The menu is vary whether it is western cuisine and especially the local Malang food. Moreover, the guests are satisfied because of the friendliness of the staffs that make the characteristics of Indonesian citizens. Specifically, I would like to appreciate to two particular people in this hotel which are Mr. Saiful and Mr. Harris that have served me with great professionalism and kindness, they can become an example for the other staffs. Overall, this hotel is a perfect place for any occations when visiting Malang. Thank you very much.

The first thing I saw was a huge Lobby they have. It looks cozy The restaurant are delicious. Breakfast buffet, with its vast choice. Health protocols also excellent, nothing to worry about 👌🏻 Everything was in hygiene condition and untouched by other people. It was a great breakfast The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. size is obviously more than enough for two people. Location was perfect, in the middle of the busy streets but you can hardly hear the noise since the hotel is nestled amongst nice greenery. The staff are nice and courteous, very helpful Definitely will come back again soon

This hotel became the first place i stay while duty during the pandemic. Only one night that facilitated by the host. Right on the main street. Easy to find. But used toothpaste to push the elevator button. Wearing mask...put the separator on each table in the restaurant. All serve with health protocol. But choose your room because we can hear the train sound

The hotel looks so grand on the outside, with nice entrance to the lobby. We only stayed for 1 night there but it was quite memorable. My friends from out of town loves the ambience. We really had a good rest there as the room was large and comfy. The food was great, you can find various dishes from traditional to western. The staff were also nice and friendly. Revisit? Yes of course 😉

It's a good hotel with spacious room and strategic location in the middle of town. The staff is very nice and helpfull, they provide many tourism information and help me to book travel to bromo. Definitely choose this hotel when i come to malang again.

On the tiket.com booking says rooms with balcony, grand deluxe, arrive get room just oppose street, very noisy. No information at all, and at 10.00 am already asked if want to extend, seems to ask you to get away. Others ok. If want to stay confirm everything

Although it's an old room but it was clean and spacious. However the bathroom needs a lot more attention. The bathroom itself smells.. the washing table is clogged badly so apparently you can't use it. You need to brush you teeth in the shower. The breakfast food was good. But the servers are just far from friendly. They never smile and pull long faces and just stand doing nothing until you ask for help. What I know is breakfasts are supposed to be all you can eat but I guess not here. I was with my wife and son and we tried to get a taste of unique dishes the offer for breakfast. The was this noodle stand and I was good. We ordered one it was delicious and tasty so we went ask for another one. The cook looked at us suspiciously but still made the noodle. When we asked for the third time he stare at me as if I just did a crime to him. And you know what.. it turns out to be true. When the noodle was served it was much smaller than the first two. So I guess the breakfast here you can't eat more even though you come with a family. Overall it is a good place to stay but I wouldn't recommend untill they improve the management system. Thank you.

The room is really huge. Bed is good. I love their breakfast too. Varian food, they even serve spaghetti. I planned to do some photoshoot for my blog, but turns out the pool is in the middle of the resto. I bet no one would swimming in there, while people watching.

This 4-star hotel has a spacious lobby, which is connected with a swimming pool arranged in a decoration surrounded by plants, so it looks beautiful and comfortable. Also connected with hotel’s cafe and restaurant. But because of swimming pool location that beside the restaurant, sometimes the restaurant’s guests was a little bit disturbed. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, and have a balcony. Breakfast menu had a lot of choices and delicious. The hotel is located on the edge of the main road from outside Malang to the center of Malang, making it easy to get a taxi or public transportation. In addition, the hotel also provides a shuttle car to the airport. Next to the hotel was the branch office of Garuda Indonesia airlines, and also ATMs from several banks. Very helpful if you want to take cash. The location of the hotel is not too far away with some of the famous culinary centers in Malang that are famous and not expensive. The hotel also has several meeting rooms for meetings, weddings or other events. Wifi was ok. The disadvantage was, this hotel was not new anymore. So that the furniture and conditions of some parts of the room are outdated or damaged. Need repairs and renovations in several places, especially in hotel rooms, so guests will feel more comfortable.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during my bicycling group tour to Malang. The hotel provided a well located and safe storage area for our bikes, Comfortably large bedroom, comfortable bed, practical, clean and well lighted bathroom. I got internal view of the hotel's swimming pool. The breakfast provided were nice and delicious, with plenty choices. The coffee provided were also delicious. I will definitely stay there again when I travel to Malang next time.

I had an event that is not far from the city station and decided to stay in the savana hotel because of its easy access, being in lane surabaya-malang line, going to some culinary spot in Malang is also not difficult. The service was good and the breakfast menu is wonderful. The pool is mid size, just fit to just relax in the pool. Totally I'm satisfied here.

Bad services : I've got terrible experience regarding their services and hospitality. Stay for 10 days and had 3 times for moving my room because of their anything reason which is not make sense for me as a loyal customer. I've stay at this hotel for more than 2 month in total at different period, but this period is the worst. Lack of coordination : I need to moves to 3 different room in 10 days, and I cannot access my card for the first time 3 times as well. then need time for their IT/engineering to fixed it 3 times as well. lack of hospitality : most of their employee kind of bored with their job. FYI, smile and greeting are free and everybody can do that. slow responses : when I asked for my laundry right now, means will arrived by tomorrow. I gave them my laundry was early in the morning, and should be delivered to my room in the same day. Hopefully they will do better on the future, for me, I will considering many times before I booked for this hotel next time (if all 4 stars hotel is fully booked at Malang, then maybe I will back to this hotel for the last choice)

Strategically located and well designed hotel, Savana offers unique breakfast experience (restaurant with nice pool/fountain). Its has located on main street (surabaya-malang route) so It's easy to find. Its also well suited for organizing conference or office event here.

Came here with friends, stayed for 2 nites. the hotel located on main street, very easy to find. Parking lot is spacious. Stafs are very friendly, quick respond from front desk till room. Spacious room, clean toilet, mini bar is good, the bed is comfort and clean. Swimming pool located at lobby floor, 24 hours resto with indonesian food available, and "after 5ive" dine & lounge at 7th floor. The only annoying is when trains pass by behind the hotel. Its worthed. Of course i'll be back here when visit malang city. Thanx Savana hotel
