The hand shower was loose. The carpet was dirty. A cockroach crawled on the bar counter when I was having a drink in the bar. The staff are polite but not attentive. I had to wait for 10 minutes

Cleanliness is good. Maintains also good. But in room number 640 bathroom door is not closing. Bucket and mug also required in bathroom . Breakfast is excellent. Remaining all the things are very good.

service was hopeless, if you complaint the authorities they also do not care about it. there reply is we will look into the matter. i will never ever stay and recommend any one to stay in this hotel.

5 of 5. Amazing place. Great service. Good prices. Easy access to the airport. In particular, I want to call out Firdoush who was amazing at breakfast service. She made sure we got to sample all the special items. Thank you! It is this sort of service that makes you want to come back.

We had an excellent stay at the Novotel in Pune. Staff were all very helpful and attentive - and we got a room upgrade on check in which was a welcome surprise! There was an issue with a leaking A/C in the room which was fixed promptly. Nice to have access to a pool but unfortunetly the pool bar and surrounding area was undergoing refurbishments. Would definitley recommend staying here if you are visiting Pune!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Poor hotel with hygiene issues - I found cockroaches inside my room and black mold in the showerhead . A couple of towels had yellow stains. The gym was not functioning. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff but there was not even an apology or an attempt to set it right. They were busy making sure the "housekeeping staff" gets the blame rather than addressing the issue that I brought up. I found their attitude very affected (they are trained to say "yes sir" and be courteous in a robotic way) and insensitive. Overall the hotel is certainly not luxury grade - and certainly not up to the standard of a 5 stars. There are 3 star hotels that are cleaner and provide better service. Certainly not a hotel I would consider again for business or pleasure travel.

Very indifferent staff. Everything overpriced. Hotel charged Rs 1100 for Airport drop which is just 2 minutes drive. No one helped with the luggage while checking out. The driver dropped at the wrong terminal and I had to walk a lot with the luggage. Overall hotel is not in good condition

Room great!! Hotel was clean, Cons: I was charged an extra night so have to wait until my credit card statement comes in to dispute it. I was left waiting in the restaurant over 1 hour for food one evening.

We booked a 3-night stay at Novotel. When we arrived at the hotel, they informed us that they did not receive our booking, even though the payment was already credited. All rooms were sold out, so we couldn't check in. They transferred us to another hotel and agreed to help us cancel the booking and get a refund. In the meantime, I contacted Novotel and Hotels.com, but they are still blaming each other, and I have not yet received a refund. I hope Hotels.com will take this incident seriously. Please assist in securing my refund.

I don't like rooms window because there is no window to come fresh air. Please keep window for room to stop breathing problem. In bathroom there is no ventilation. Bathrooms has no proper way to go water out .

I booked junior exicutive room. What I got is a room with 2 twin beds,no coach Restaurant quality (food) was not good at all. It used to be good I stayed here many times I will not stay there again

I love this property this is my 3rd time but first time with my family. Excellent experience, lovely foods, staff behavior was excellent.

Stay is comfortable, rooms are well maintained. Food served in rooms is cold, takes 45 minutes to one hour for delivery and is not worthy of such reputed hotel. After trying 3 meals at the hotel I had to start ordering outside food. Hope the hotel improves their room service food quality/ taste.

The room for the first night was terrible. It had issues like flush tank not working, coffee cups in the room were dirty, big stain on the carpet,

Staff seemed very rude. We had booked 4 rooms and had paid extra to extend one of the rooms for late checkout and still they locked one of guests out. It was utterly unprofessional. Our guests had to call us to get the matter sorted. We called the hotel to get this fixed and they did but they still had the audacity to tell our guests that they should check out on time. Ridiculous. I paid 40k to stay at this useless hotel. The only reason I booked this was because it was close to the airport and I had an early morning flight.

1. Telephone lines don’t work. I tried for an hour to reach out to the front office and the kitchen. Later I called the hotel board line to place my order 2. AC not cooling 3. TV not working- called the technician who came after an hour and did some jugglery with the set top box. 4. Mini refrigerator not cooling 5. In the morning no towels left in the bathroom had to call and wait for 30 before they could send it

The stay was ok, but the staff asked us to move rooms due to some maintenance on their end in between our stay. This was incorrectly communicated to be next day of our stay during checkin but we didn’t get any calls. The day after, they just called 10mins before and repeatedly disturbed us till we vacated, did not even consider it was a problem at their end. Other than that, the stay was ok. The property is clean and maintained.

the hotel was in a great location for our purposes. Wi-Fi worked pretty well, but it's one of those buildings where it was difficult to connect to internet through data. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful and pleasant. A favorite was Ganesh who was a server in the restaurant. We were on the second floor, very near the pool. People could walk by our window and workmen were there sometimes. We'd have to keep the curtains closed to keep privacy. I didn't like this part of the room. Shower and bathroom facilities were good.

we had an excellent stay at Novotel , viman nagar . the hotel is well located , it has a lovely breakfast spread and also an equally good lunch and dinner buffet . the rooms were spacious , and the services were prompt. we will again prefer staying at the novotel during our next travel as well .

The property is still in good condition despite the pandemic. Room was clean and comfortable. I would have appreciated carpet slippers and hand towels being there without specifically being requested. I had an issue with the biling, which seems to have moreto do with Expedia / Hotels.com than Novotel. Would have liked to see a cheese platter in the breakfast buffet.

Poor Experience. The Breakfast area was full and we were direverted to other place which was just not upto the mark and no live counters nothing. It was a just a make shift provision. There was insect in the bread toaster as well. The room lock was also not working due to low battary or what ever...

2 aged ladies travelling to Pune, were not allowed to checkin to their pre-paid hotel room, under the consequence of missing one Aadhar card. Mrs. D Kanti Kiran on submitting hers was also not allowed to check in, since her friend was not carrying her's. Despite submitting her Voters ID they were made to wait for as long as the staff members willed. Despite speaking to the staff and informing them that Mrs. Kiran has health issues, the staff pretended to be stone deaf. The very next day the guests checked out for the outrageous service provided by the hoteliers. Checked into JW Marriott where they had a FANTASTIC experience. During check out when the guests asked for a refund, they were apparently told that only if the card holder called and requested for the same will it be done. We hereby would like to state, that we have officially removed Novotel from our list of stays.

I left my hat at the hotel during my previous stay. Hotel confirmed that it was recovered and they were holding for me. I sent a friend to pick it up and the hotel said it was misplaced. I talked to the manager and their response was not straight forward and not honest.

Had a Good Stay for 2days at Novotel Pune with Family. Staff was friendly an eager and prompt to help as needed. More options could be made available in the Room Service Food Menu. Pricing seems on the Higher Side as compared to the portions. Overall a good stay !!

The housekeeping staff by name of Tajul had made an extremely adorable towel monkey and left a sweet note which cheered me up immensely at a pretty low point in my life. I'd just left my only child, my daughter to pursue higher studies. Thanks to him my child too was smiling when I showed it to her on video calling

Nothing much to be praised about this property, only the location is good, else guest had bad experience in terms of services and facilities.

Facility was immaculate. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Most of the service was also excellent. On check in I had significant challenges with the front office manager, but Mr Sachin called me in the morning and was able to resolve the issue. I would stay here again.

It was a short stay for 2 nights for us, we enjoyed our stay. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food is brilliant.

Room was clean and good. Breakfast spread was also good as well. Everything was ruined however upon check out because we were being charged for Wi-Fi and the staff and manager gave ridiculous answers and refuse to waive off the charges. Manager told us the IT staff said that the Wi-Fi charges cannot be reversed. (really?) Disappointing service for Hilton standard and because of this we will not be looking to come back to this hotel again with the attitude and inflexibility that this hotel has.

The rooms were decent size. But not value for money. At same prizes we get the same comforts in metro cities as well.

Booking was for FAMILY of 03 pax, but rooms were too congested to accommodate 3rd person,I was totally disappointed,until Ms.Purnima helped me sort out the issue by upgrading to suite room & I was charged Rs.3000/- extra to upgrade. I myself being hotelier,would advice management to maintain Ur star category & please don't book Congested rooms on TRIPLE OCCUPANCY causing inconvenience to guest on holidays. Ur congested rooms are smaller than any other NON-STAR category hotels. Thanks to Ms. Purnima for her support, U are really GEM for NOVOTEL property. Guests please don't expect big rooms to accommodate 3 pax in one room.

Good property. Clean and spacious rooms. However, services needs improvement. They have a common counter/ number for Front desk as well as housekeeping. This results in avoidable delays. This is the first hotel where I have experienced the front desk phone not being answered on more than one occasion. And the staff also could be a bit more courteous, hospitality being the trademark of the hotel industry. Notwithstanding, there were exceptions like Mr Srichand from housekeeping, a nice and warm person who attended to our requirements with a friendly smile.

The property is good, but the reception staff is too arogant

A very good business hotel that is very family friendly as well. The staff went out of the way with small considerations. Particular appreciation for Mr subham at the restaurant for being watchful to the smallest needs of the family. It was efficient service with a smile

Hotel doesn’t have smoking room, the front desk said they have converted hotel into a non smoking room. I have selected smoking room at the time of booking on your site, had I known it was a non smoking hotel I would have never booked it. You should be updated with these basic info. It’s inconvenient to go all the way to lobby for a smoke

IT ALL STARTED WITH RECEPTION. THEY WERE TRYING TO GIVE ME A ROOM WHICH I HAD NOT BOOKED. ON SHOWING THE BOOKING THEN THEY CHANGED. NO HELP FOR LUGGAGE WHEN ALIGHTING AND EMBARKING A CAB OR FROM AND TO THE ROOM. AM SADLY DISAPPOINTED AT THE ATTITUDE AND THE UNFOLDING OF EVENTS.

Stayed here as a family with our two girls (2 & 4). Despite booking a family room when checking in I was told they are just on the booking and to have an additional bed for them to sleep would be an additional cost which was obviously unexpected. In the end we did an upgrade anyway and they placed a mattress on the floor. Aside from this we were given bottled water whilst checking in and the girls a smell soft toy which was a nice touch. The hotel itself and room was lovely. Just the pool area felt a bit neglected. Breakfast was very good with good Indian and continental options but they closed it down very quickly so make sure you get down in plenty of time. Food is good enough. The room was spotless with daily service but some niggly bits like the bath we couldn’t work out the shower attachment, laundry needed to be chased. Location is really good, close to the airport, malls, restaurants and bars. If you are not used to travelling in India just be warned the traffic in Pune is horrendous, allow at least an hour for everything. Uber is easily available though. While service is good expect everything to take a long time, this is expected in India but when trying to check out for example can become tedious. Lastly the lobby area is a brilliant space to sit and relax and has an excellent kids corner which was perfect for us. Final point - completely out of the hotels control but the taxes and charges on food, drinks, rooms are steep! You will end up paying about a third more

We had booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. It is a good hotel but definitely not a five star category. I checked in with my 5 year old. No help with luggage at all. I went to my room with the luggage and my son all alone. My friends wanted an additional key to the room - husband and wife wanted a key each. They refused to give an extra key. Restaurant service is very slow. They had a happy hour promotion going on. A flyer was kept on each table, which basically said one on one drink free, however the location was mentioned in the bottom left corner - very small picture. When you see the flyer you assume that it is applicable for the restaurant , since it is placed in the centre. Mini bar was empty in our room, but while check out they asked if there is any minibar consumption. I had kept an used face towel on floor as I wanted them to change it (because they had a flyer saying that if we keep the used towels on the floor then they will change it), howver when I came back I saw 2 face towels folded and kept on the counter. One of them was the same napkin. I identified it because of the Kajal mark on it. I had wiped my face a night before which left a Kajal mark. They didn’t change it at all. They knew it is a double occupancy but only one set of everything was kept in the room. They had a ironing board without an iron in the cupboard. Breakfast was good. It is a good hotel but not a five star material.

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable However the room service is beyond pathetic, they take almost an hour to deliver your food and by the time it reaches you its completely cold. Even delivering an order of coffee is too much of a task for them.

All food menu spoiled, hotel towels are not clean, lot of staff have been changed. Before few months it was best but now its one of bad hotels.
