I have requested the 2 beds to be separated and got the approval on Booking.com, but on arrival it was not done and the alternative they offer us was two separate rooms (which we do not want) No microwave in the room to reheat the food ( as on Sundays they don't offer supper) Take away breakfast were ordered and not even butter was added to the bread . Hopefully the sit down breakfast would have been much more worth the money

It seems like staff were few caus I saw Mark at the reception helping us & he also carry our bag upstairs and in the morning preparing breakfast too please try to hire more staff caus 1 person can't do many chores alone bt overall you hotel looks absolutely beautiful 😘🥰❤️👌

I had a cold shower because of a technical fault in my room. The staff were surprisingly dismissive of the issue. Skip the breakfast - I would be embarrassed to serve that. The most sterile hotel I've ever stayed in. The common areas are completely without soul or character.

The fact that I was clear on my request when I did the booking that I was coming to the facility to celebrate my husband's birthday.I even called to confirm but I was only told about the wellness facility being under renovations. Only to get there and they did not starters and deserts on the menu. Drinks, they only had soft drinks. Wanted tea with lemon and they didn't have lemon. I was so disappointed, that almost ruined the birthday.

Reviewed May 19, 2026The staff were all friendly, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the coffee at breakfast was excellent. The hotel is well located for us to visit our family in Moreleta park.
The hotel was undergoing renovations, and so ou8r ground floor room which normally overlooked a garden area, overlooked a very large pile of scaffolding and building materials. On Monday morning we were woken to half a dozen builders making lots of loud noise, moving scafolding and tools. we could not open the curtains because there would have been no privacy. The rooms are not "woman" friendly, in as much as plugs for hairdryers, a place to sit, and a mirror are not in one place to be able to to do hair and makeup.

Facility is poorly maintained. Room door couldn’t be opened or locked properly! Taps in water basin one not working no water other one had to be repaired by maintenance while I occupied room. Carpets need cleaning! Staff not very friendly. Overall not a pleasant stay taking into account the amount paid and not the class of boutique hotel that one would expect.

I didn't like the waiting part. Unfortunately our booking was only reflecting on booking.com, not in their website. We had to wait in the reception as in We didn't pay. Secondly they gave us a room that seems to be hardly used, the smell wasn't pleasant, the floor carpet was dusty, we sneezed the whole night 🤨 other than that it's a nice place.
