Xaviera Guest House

Booked for a friend. The host was accomodating and so helpful, definitely will be using the accommodation moving forward

Xaviera Guest House is a wonderful place to stay. The hostess/owner was extremely helpful, making check-in and everything during our visit effortless. The room was very neat and well kept, and we truly appreciated the cleanliness throughout. Our room being next to the pool created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a day out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and warm hospitality.

Location

No enough soap to take a bath

Oh, what a fabulous hospitality and friendliness

None

Relaxed while my wife in hospital Enjoyed

Close. Very friendly

No breakfast

There is no WiFi connection, the WiFi does not connect

Thank you Annetjie and team for a wonderful Stay ❤️🇿🇦

At first the host appeared to be friendly and helpful. She gave me a reduced price for a longer stay, which I paid.

The kitchen is disgusting. The pots, pans, utensils, walls and freezer are packed with terrible dirt build up. The photos will speak for itself. Then I was told it was not their responsibility to clean it, and I should wash it myself with no dishwashing liquid or pot scourer in site. I've got Celiac disease, thus is cleanness very important.

Annetjie is a kind and very dedicated host who really goes out of her way for guests. The good stories are mind boggling 💓

Loved it all..Very homely and lovely gardens.

The host is friendly and always available

Notjing

It's a very good guest house

Good people

Very good location

Very nice place

Fantastic welcoming host.Very accomplished guest house with a lot of thought given to the bedroom facilities. No need to worry about anything. And safe .

Our stay was pleasant in a serene environment. The location was perfect. Annetjie, the owner and her staff were excellent. At Xaviera Guest House you experience only the best treatment and service. We would highly recommend this Guest House.

Very friendly staff

Good value for money

Host was friendly, plus the place was clean. Loved the kitchen set up

nothing!

It's not advertised but if you leave your dirty clothes in the bathroom, you get back in the end of the day and it's washed

It didn't bother me at all, but the shower is slightly slippery.

The gardennis beautiful, I loved the decor in the room, it was clean and comfortable.

I am not a fan of ricoffee, but when it is free it was still appreciated.

Huge shower, lovely large bed, everything very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. They even made special arrangements to give me a fan next to my bed for white noise at no extra cost.

A simple single basin in the kitchen to wash the plates and cups in, and a tap in the kitchen, would be a welcome addition. Having to do it in the bathroom was not so great.

room & amenities were fine

Too noisy.....other guests very loud until early in the morning

Excellent

Exceptional in all aspects and would highly recommend it to anyone. The hostess with the mostess.

That we were there for sad reasons and wish we could have been there for happy reasons because that is what it lends itself to.

The location was close to our family. The host is very friendly and helpful. The room was everything we needed and included a fridge and microwave.

There was a problem with the internet during our stay, which was uncomfortable as we needed it for work. We mentioned it to the host on our departure and she said it was an area problem that was sorted the same day.

Annatjie went out of her way to accommodate my uncle. She is the best!

N/A

Very nice place in a safe neighborhood. I loved the garden area as well.

Nothing

The friendly staff. Always professional in approach.

Nothing

As usual it was exactly what i needed.

Easy to get to. quiet area. close to things you need. Good seating area if you need to eat or work

The is nothing not to like

Nice and quiet room.

All was good. There is nothing to complain about.

Safe, comfortable and clean. everything one needs for a stay over. very close to the Netcare hospital if this is helpful.

Property and room was neat. Had everything I needed in a room. Will visit again.

Annatjie, is such a friendly woman. And she willing waited for me because I was delayed on my drive to the property. And you don’t want me to start on how yummy her cooking was. Definitely a choice you won’t regret!

The position was great. The rest was not that great.

There were rules posted everywhere inside and outside the rooms. No smoking only in designated places otherwise you would be fined. Turn off aircons when the rooms have cooled down, how crazy is this when it was 38 degrees outside. It was clear that the aircons were being turned off by the owner to save electricity. The kettle, microwave and TV were all disconnected out of the wall plugs to discourage you from using electricity. One of our bathroom windows was slammed shut from the outside as the bedroom Aircon was on.

My husband was in Pretoria East Hospital and the venue is conveniently near the hospital

A chair would have been handy - especially during rainy spells, as it was in my case

It was clean and comfortable, it has good amenities and the swimming pool was awesome.

Nothing really.

Quite, area, close to hospital, lovely room.

There is nothing not to like it was perfect.

My crew were working late nights and it was food to have a clean warm bed

Location is good and central for where I needed to be

One guest walking up and down in front of my room speaking loudly on his cell phone every morning discussing his business with who ever. It was PRETTY DISTURBING as it carried on for more than an hour every morning.

Very very clean and quite. Looove the place

Staying at Xaviera was home away from home. I will certainly make use of their hospitality in future.
