⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Мой любимый отель в Паттайе! 🇹🇭❤️ Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже более 20 лет, причём по несколько раз в год! И каждый раз возвращаюсь сюда с огромным удовольствием. Как всегда, всё прекрасно! Чистые и уютные номера, удобное расположение, приветливый и внимательный персонал. Здесь всегда чувствуешь себя комфортно, а за столько лет это место стало для меня практически вторым домом. Особенно ценю стабильное качество обслуживания. Приятно возвращаться туда, где знаешь, что тебя ждут чистота, комфорт и доброжелательная атмосфера. За более чем 20 лет у меня накопилось множество приятных воспоминаний, связанных с этим отелем. И, конечно, я обязательно вернусь сюда снова! С удовольствием рекомендую! ❤️

I love the staff, location, cleanliness of the place, and I felt very safe here. I would like to recognize staff members Korn and Arnat. Korn works at the front desk. He is very knowledgeable with local events and activities within the area. I’m not too sure what Arnat’s position is there however, he is very polite, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, II am unable to post other staff members names because I cannot remember. You will not be disappointed in this area. It’s great value. It’s a few steps lower than a five star hotel. However, it’s definitely worth what you pay for.

I loved the location. The staff were supportive and wonderful. The room, bathroom swimming pool and benches around were very clean. The closet enough, the kettle, fridge was functioning well. For staff and cleanliness 9/10

air-conditioning was very bad seriously we rented 2 rooms and both had little to no air conditioning, one of them started leaking water and upon complaint they quickly changed the room but even that room had not good aircon. If owner reads my review please fix the aircon situation, if weather were fine i would've seriously opened the window, i had hard time sleeping at night i was sweating. The unit seem small but enough if properly serviced. I have same aircon at my condo it cools the space well.

Situation géographique et le buffet du petit déjeuner.

Déçus par la chambre double de luxe que nous avions réservée. Elle n’était pas très spacieuse et la salle de douche avec toilettes intégrées très étroite. Nous étions toujours coincés entre le lavabo, la douche et la cuvette des toilettes. La petite terrasse très étroite également et donnait sur des chambres , peut-être de fonction, dont les terrasses très sales étaient remplies de poubelles, de bouteilles vides et détritus divers.

Mancava un guardaroba per poter riporre i vestiti, c'erano solo gli stendi abiti per le t-shirt. Quando mi hanno consegnato la stanza al momento del check in stavo per entrare nella mia stanza col personale della struttura. Abbiamo trovato la porta aperta, siamo entrati e all'interno della stanza che mi hanno assegnato erano ancora presenti due addetti alle pulizie di cui uno sdraiato per terra tra il muro e il letto che subito si è rialzato dicendo che era stanco a causa del suo lavoro. Tutti hanno fatto finta di niente, si sono fatti una bella risata e se ne sono andati. E l'igiene? Se hanno un trattamento così con tutti i clienti sarebbe meglio che facessero un altro lavoro. Mai successa una cosa del genere

Tout, vraiment un hôtel à la hauteur sur tous les domaines, des personnels d'une grande qualité dans tous les services (accueil, nettoyage, restaurant et piscine) Je recommande tout particulièrement cet hôtel. J'y ai séjourné peut-être pour la dixième fois.

J'y ai séjourné peut-être pour la dixième fois et c'est la première fois que j'ai trouvé mon lit trop petit, beaucoup de difficultés à régler l'eau chaude et le matelas très moyen. Chambre 332.

Decided to try this hotel based on some recommendations from friends (and after reading reviews). Location was excellent for me. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the resort is well maintained. The room I had was spacious and the bed was huge. The pool area was very inviting. Food at the dining room was very good with plenty of options to suit a range of diets. Overall a good place to stay. The only negative was some noise at night from the adjacent and nearby entertainment venues, but I was aware of that before I booked.

Some policies —If you’re writing this as feedback to the hotel, I’d make it firm but fair. The issue isn’t really the complimentary water limit—it’s the staff’s attitude and refusal even when you offered to pay. During our recent stay, we had an unpleasant experience with the late-evening staff. We asked for a bottle of water because we had missed the opportunity to purchase one from 7-Eleven. We understood that the hotel provides two complimentary bottles per day, and we were not asking for an additional bottle for free. I specifically offered to pay for the bottle, but the staff member still refused to provide one. What was disappointing was not the hotel’s policy, but the way the request was handled. The staff member could have simply explained the policy or offered a paid bottle, but instead the response came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. We generally enjoyed our stay, but this interaction left a negative impression. I hope the hotel can look into this and remind the evening staff that even when a request cannot be fulfilled under the standard policy, it should be handled politely and professionally.

Close to the beach, very friendly and helpful staff! We didn't use the pool and Jacuzzi but they have them and we were interested. We enjoyed the mini fridge, very nice to have in the hot summer.

The vanity was very small and simple.

This is an old dependable for me as I have stayed several times. Location cannot be beat, staff go above and beyond, and there is a good overall value. Cafe serves good meals. Even the cats are friendly! Basic, but comfortable. Also, though in a busy neighborhood noise was not a serious issue.

The facility is older and it shows around the edges. Everything was functional for me.

Parfois il y a de la musique provenant des établissements de fête pas loin. Cela ne m'a pas empêché de bien dormir.

Tout est bien dans cet hôtel. J'y viens à chaque fois que je suis à Jomtien Beach.

Das Personal ist super freundlich. Vielen lieben Dank an Hr. Tanakorn. Er hat keine Mühe gescheut um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Propleme im Zimmer wurden sofort an die zuständige Abteilung weitergeleitet. Seine freundliche und ruhige Art ist wirklich sehr angenehm. 👍

Das Frühstückbufet könnte ein klein wenig mehr Abwechslung haben.

The property was clean with big rooms and the staff friendly. Close to the beach also had a great swimming pool. Also, across the road a 24 hour laundromat.

Polite, friendly, and helpful staff in all Departments. Clean face washers provided with daily linen change and room makeup. Immediate response by team to repair faulty room air conditioning and keep room cool. Front office also arranged in advance, and as requested in the booking, for a small table in room to put the refrigerator on instead of resting on their floor. Overall, great location and offers a long buffet brunch reasonably priced with good range of food.

Sometimes, slight smell in bathroom when bathroom exhaust fan was on. An inexpensive rubber shower mat could help make shower area safer.

Two noisy Tom-Cats fighting over territiory nearby my room. The small refrigerator could be placed on a small table in the room. The refrigerator is not easy to access if sitting on the floor,

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the cleaner was also very helpful

The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The large balcony overlooking the pool was great for early morning coffee and afternoon reading. For me the highlight was the large pool for swimming laps which I did twice a day. The property overall is well maintained. The staff is wonderful, always a cheerful smile and willing to help in any way they can. The on site restaurant served good meals and the brunch was excellent. I have stayed here many times and always recommend this property. The fact that it is excellent value for the money is a bonus!

It would have been nice if the pool stayed open until 10 rather than closing at 8. Also the pads for the lounges could be a little thicker!

The air conditioning had a difficult time keeping the room cool mid-day. Lack of privacy when bringing guest. Reception is located about 6 feet from the entrance that must be used every time you enter or exit.

Очень чисто, сравнительно большой бассейн, для трёх звёзд. Тихо, хорошие звукоизоляция, не слышно шум с улицы. Ровно 6 минут пешком от автобусного вокзала до гостиницы с чемоданами, море рядом, магазин, кафе рядом. Просто супер всё за эти деньги. Спасибо добрым людям, которые писали хорошие отзывы. Но на самом деле все ещё лучше. Всем очень рекомендую. Завтрак просто восхитительный

Zing is a low-cost quality place to stay at Jomtien Beach Thailand. The room,while not any way luxurious, is comfortable and clean. The pool is lovely.

Понравилось все! Не первый раз останавливаюсь в данном отеле. Очень приветливый и услужливый персонал, идеальное месторасположение, имеется бассейн. Все очень-очень хорошо!!! Рекомендую всем! Но внимательно изучите местораположение, особенности не всем могут подойти.

Lage für uns sehr gut. Strand einige Minuten zu Fuß, alles Bestens. Einfaches, älteres Hotel aber alles vorhanden: Kleiner Pool im Innenhof, 2 Jacuzzi, sehr gute "Brunch" Buffet von 7 - 2 Uhr. Freundliches Personal, sauber. Preis - Leistung hat für uns wirklich gepasst.

Wir waren zwei mal in diesem Hotel. Leider kann es je nach Lage der Zimmer sehr laut werden. Angerenzent im Nebenhaus ist eine Bar, in welcher täglich eine Live-Band HARD Rock zum Besten gibt. Meist bis 3 Uhr Früh! Beim ersten Aufenthalt war es für mich wirklich sehr mühsam, umziehen war wegen (wirklicher) Vollbelegung nicht möglich. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt war es etwas angenehmer. Einige stört das wahrscheinlich nicht, für mich war es eben sehr unangenehm, da man wirklich dachte, die Band steht im Nebenzimmer. Aber es gibt auch Zimmer, die nicht an der Seite liegen. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich das berücksichtigen, dann ist alles ok. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, Preis Leistung hat für uns gestimmt!

Hotel is well managed and the staff are always friendly and willing to help. They are constantly making improvements to ensure guest comfort.

The housekeeping staff could be a little more considerate about talking loudly and making noise outside your room when the do not disturb sign is up. It seems they deliberately try waking you up.
