The property itself is a little dated, but it was very clean and well equipped, which was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t expect to find a hairdryer, fan and fridge in the room, so that was a real bonus. The soundproofing isn’t perfect, but it was decent and I had a very comfortable night’s sleep. The staff were also very friendly and responsive to messages. The location is convenient, with Acton Main Line station and supermarkets both nearby. Overall, a very comfortable stay!

There’s no lift, so if the staff offer to help you with your luggage, definitely take them up on it! He was very kind and helpful but I was just a little too confident in my ability to carry everything myself.

Property is 5 mins walk from train station, all the staff were really friendly, our room was nice and clean. We asked for extra pillows which we got quickly and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. In the room you are provided with toilet roll, towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo etc a mini fridge, plenty of hangers in the small wardrobe. There were plenty of plugs and the lighting was good in the rooms.

I booked a compact double and it was VERY compact, the building itself looks a little unkempt and everything about it is basic but for the sake of one night it did the job. I wouldnt stay here for more than 1 night.

A limpeza deixou a desejar no quarto pois as camas não foram arredadas para tirar aranhas e teias. O banheiro poderia ter um box que nao fosse de cortina, pois é anti higiênico varias pessoas utilizarem isso para tomar banho. No geral, pelo preço estava bom.

All was good

Staff were exceptionally nice, location was great and parking for cheap was simple to do and very useful. The bathroom was very nice, the whole place was very clean. 24h service was also excellent. Also the messages I received prior to arriving were also very useful, I had responses very quickly, of which were very helpful.

Actual room was nothing special, cant really fault it with anything though, especially with the price being so good. If I had to change anything, it would just be adding aircon.

Paid £65 to upgrade . Room very hot , shower tray did not drain shower would not turn down I washed my hair in the sink . Hairdryer broken , fridge not working, tea tray dirty as were glasses. Broken crakes tiels ripped taped carpet. Electric shock when charger plugged in .

Le personnel est tres accueillant, les chambres propres et spacieuses. Le quartier est agréable et le métro est très proche. Petit plus pour les tables extérieures qui nous permettait de manger.

Dans une chambre pour 4, un seule chaise est un peu limite.

Staff were very helpful and asked if we were going to wembley and gave us directions. They even sent us a whatsap with the bus and tube routes! Hotel is within good distance from wembley and very much worth the money. The room was clean and very suitable for out stay, it was quiet throughout the night. Parking was small but we found a space so didn't bother us, and was £10 for the full stay. They also provided a discount for a local cafe for breakfast :)

The hotel isn't too expensive for London from what I saw. It's in a very good location as well, you can go to and from the airport using the Elizabeth Line that stops at Acton Main Line (5mins away by foot from the hotel), and it's only one station away from Paddington, so it's close to the city centre as well. The staff is very friendly. They didn't ask me the 100£ bail on arrival, but I couldn't say if it's because they forgot or simply stopped asking for it altogether. There was also a fan in the bedroom, which is very appreciated on hot summer nights. The bathroom looked very clean and modern.

Unfortunately, there was a bad smell, coming from the bathroom. But it might have just been from poor ventilation. The bed isn't the most comfortable but it does the job. There's also a sign at the front saying that you have to give the keys to the front desk if you're going out for the day (not checking out, even if you return later), which I found a bit odd but maybe it's just a common practice I wasn't aware of. Other than that, I didn't experience any issue with the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfy. The guest house is close to local transport services and the staff were happy to advise us on how to get to places.

Struttura posizionata vicino ad 1 m Elizabeth che però durante la notte chiude alle ore 11:00 e quindi la prima notte per me è stata un’impresa ritornare alla struttura in quanto essendo che sono andato a un concerto a Wembley, sono arrivato dopo un certo orario e quindi la struttura della metropolitana era chiusa e quindi sono dovuto fare ping pong con vari mezzi per poter arrivare di nuovo a destinazione

Struttura troppo piccola per il prezzo che ho pagato è un prezzo esagerato per quello che mi avete offerto. La stanza era troppo piccola pochi metri quadri per tre persone tre letti singoli senza aria condizionata con ventilatori un caldo insopportabile e esposizione diciamo del del del letto in particolare, il mio accanto al Pedro, che essendo che Londra è un periodo caldo, c’era un caldo infernale. Ripeto, senza aria condizionata la struttura bagno piccolo per 1 × 1 nano diciamo ma non per tre persone adulte della mia famiglia se dipendesse da me, io chiederei il rimborso totale per quanto mi riguarda, perché la prima volta che mi capita una struttura così piccola ed un prezzo esageratamente esageratamente alto, qualità insufficiente del tutto.

I liked the location near the train station and the window that opens allowing for fresh air. I liked the hot pot for hot water and the refrigerator.

The bed was very squeaky whenever I moved and not very comfortable.

Qua ligging dicht bij het OV en genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Nette kamer. Prive parkeerplaats aanwezig tegen een redelijk dagtarief. Prima prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding.

More of a prison cell than a hotel room, very small with barely any natural light and no ventilation

Very close to tube station Acton Main line with some shops nearby. The room was warm, the bathroom was good, and the TV, internet and fridge all worked.

I asked to swap my booking to the OYO Victoria as I did not realise I was booking the one on Thorn Rd. OYO would not accommodate my request so I ended up having to make a.fresh booking for the OYO Orban which was the most filthy, small and unsafe accommodation I have ever stayed in. Worst customer service ever. I would not recommend staying in an OYO run hotel to anyone. Disgraceful that firstly they would not accommodate my initial request and then that they put me in a place that you wouldn't ask an animal to stay in.

El personal fue amable, y me prestaron un adaptador de cargador sin ningún problema. La cama era cómoda. El tamaño de la habitación está bien, pero el baño es súper pequeño.

La habitación no estaba limpia... uno de los rollos de papel higiénico estaba sucísimo... la ducha no me atreví a usarla... y la mesa tenía manchas que muestran que claramente lleva tiempo sin limparse. Por lo menos las sábanas de la cama se veían bien. Por otra parte, me retuvieron 100£ en mi tarjeta bancaria como fianza! Para una habitación que me ha valido 72£ me parece una exageración. Me dijeron que normalmente el banco lo devuelve a las 24h pero ya han pasado 6 días y sigue retenido. En otras ocasiones me han retenido 5, 10... pero nunca 100. Si este guest house fuese de alta categoría lo entendería, pero es un sitio muy muy básico, y a las afueras del centro de la ciudad. Ah, y a las 3:00am sonó a todo volumen una alarma de incendios por error... varias veces.

As I was on a business trip,the location was good.

Room needs painting,wall going into bathroom was dirty.. Only one cup and spoon. I asked for a knife to cut frouit and they couldn't find one. Should have a microwave.. Upon cleaning room ,no clean towels changed .
