The Holiday Inn Express at Hammersmith was excellent. The hotel ticked all the boxes and made my three day stay exceptionally enjoyable.

La limpieza de las alfombras de la pieza y pasillo, así como el aseo diario de la pieza .

Las instalaciones y la comodidad de la habitación.

Eramos un grupo grande en el que iban algunas parejas con hijos, te dicen que los menores son gratis, pero por ejemplo te cobran 120€ por una habitación doble y 180€ por una doble con cama extra para un menor, no me salen las cuentas.

everything was perfect for our stay. Loved that the reception is manned all the time and that there was a large cooked breakfast.

Room was a little stuff and aircon didnt work. We had the window open but was a little noisey, but on average still very good.

Good hotel for a family stay. Lots of other families there and a short walk from Hammersmith tube. Staff good, breakfast good. Aircon was a bit patchy but all in all, good value for money.

- Good location between two tube stations covering 5 different lines, 5-10' walking distance. - Breakfast was fine, standard English breakfast plus multiple jams, chocolate spreads, honey, croissants, yogurt, fruits, musli, etc. Not sure why other people have commented negatively on it, it's not a 5-star hotel... (and you didn't pay for one either). - Rooms were a bit on the small side but clean. It seems floors have been renovated in different periods, we stayed in two different rooms: one had everything brand new, the other one so and so (but still decent). - On a busy streets with plenty of all kinds of shops around (no noticeable noise in the room).

- Air condition was problematic as many others have reported. Make sure you either check before making your booking, or having this being checked the first thing you do when you enter the room. We literally suffered until they changed us to a room where a/c was working OK. Even in that room where the a/c was working, it was making a loud noise when it was starting lasting a couple of minutes. They need to do some serious a/c upgrade in the hotel, it's not 1990 anymore, climate has changed (visited in August). - No mini-fridge. - We had a +2 in our room for the kids; kids' mattress was a joke, thin and bad quality.

El hotel está muy bien situado, a 7 minutos andando desde la estación más cercana de metro, línea Hammersmith, y va directo a las principales estaciones. La habitación muy cómoda, y la limpieza de 10. Respecto al desayuno, variado y con muchas opciones. ¡Ha sido un gran descubrimiento!

Air con did not work in the room which made sleeping uncomfortable. Staff sent up a fan which really did not make any difference.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et proche des transports en commun. Il y’a également de nombreux commerces et restaurants aux alentours. Le personnel est très agréable et les chambres sont très confortables. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour en famille.

Camera troppo piccola per una tripla non riuscivamo a passare con i bagagli ed a muoverci. Personale maleducato che nemmeno ti saluta e gli addetti alle stanze che a volte si dimenticano di rifare la stanza. Colazione misera con pochi prodotti offerti: un cornetto semplice, 2 mini muffin, un solo tipo di yogurt bianco, bacon, uova strapazzate e faggioli. Questa non è colazione internazionale ma è colazione a risparmio.

Liegt gut zwischen Flughafen und Innenstadt. Für einen Städtetrip ideal. Man bekommt genau das, was man gebucht hat. Man hat dazu alles in der Umgebung, was man braucht. Frühstück bekommt man auch dazu. Klar, es ist kein hochklassiges Frühstück, aber die Basics sind da und so muss man nicht auf leeren Magen losziehen. So ist das Konzept und es ist stimmig.

It was close to the airport and underground station and was relatively inexpensive

We were given probably the worst room in the hotel. First floor right above the entrance where people were unloading their luggage and talking loudly. The air conditioner didn’t work and the room was too hot. Fortunately they let us change rooms.

None of my rooms had AC.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Breakfast was simple but plentiful and tasty.

Easy access and great location

The room was extremely small, and it was very difficult to move around comfortably. The worst part was the constant noise from the trains throughout the night — it genuinely felt like we were sleeping on a train platform, and we could hardly get any proper rest. The cleanliness was also extremely disappointing. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell and did not feel properly cleaned or maintained. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay. Based on this experience, I would never want to stay with the Holiday Inn group again.

Struttura pessima, sporca, trascurata, moquette dall’odore nauseante, camera quadrupla vergognosamente piccola, a stento adatta a 3 persone, per la quale abbiamo avanzato assoluta necessità di cambio che però non è stata accolta. Per 3 volte, da 3 membri diversi del personale, ci è stato detto di provare ad avanzare la richiesta di cambio stanza “il mattino dopo”, “il pomeriggio dopo”, “il giorno dopo”. Siamo stati in sostanza rimbalzati pietosamente in modo sciatto e disorganizzato e inconcludente. Cosa gravissima, considerato le nostre lamentele sulla camera, si sono addirittura dimenticati di fare il riassetto quotidiano della stanza, servizio basilare per un hotel, incluso nella tariffa pagata. Personale inadatto, con nessuna empatia e orientamento al cliente. La colazione piuttosto minimale e di qualità medio-bassa. Questa struttura ci ha rovinato la vacanza!

There were ants in our room and the air conditioner was really loud. The breakfast area isn't big enough so it was manic trying to get a table in the morning. The sink in the room was massive but the tap was placed too far away from its o when using it the water basically missed the bowl and went everywhere

La posizione è comoda perché ha ben due entrate metro che ti permettono di arrivare ovunque,noi viaggiavamo con due bambine , in più la possibilità di mangiare in sala la sera portando cibo da fuori per risparmiare un po’ secondo me è stato fantastico

Ho avuto un doppio addebito sulla carta che ancora oggi non riesco a fare stornare. Solo questo mi fa dare un giudizio negativo

The location was perfect for a gig at the eventim apollo and to visit London in general. The room was comfortable and spacious. I would stay there again for gigs.

The breakfast was very average and not as good as other holiday inn I have stayed in.

To be fair, most of the other staff members were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated that. Once we changed rooms, the room itself was actually quite cute, comfortable and clean. So while there were definitely several issues during our stay, not everything was negative.

Disappointing experience – definitely not worth the price Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing, and there were several things that really affected our experience. 1. The smell throughout the hotel was absolutely disgusting. The corridors and especially the lower floors constantly smelled of urine or something similar. It felt like the smell had soaked into the carpets, which made the entire place feel dirty and unhygienic. 2. On our first night, we were given a disabled-access room. The bathroom was clearly designed for wheelchair access, and the shower was not practical for us to use at all. We genuinely could not shower properly because of the way the bathroom was set up. It felt more like a hospital bathroom than a normal hotel bathroom. 3. The carpets were filthy. They looked extremely dirty and worn, and we honestly did not want to think about what had accumulated in them over time. 4. When we asked to change rooms, the staff made us feel like we were being difficult. The receptionist behaved as if we were spoiled simply because we did not like the room. The issue was not that we “didn’t like” it — we literally could not shower properly in it. Eventually, they moved us to another room, but the attitude from the receptionist was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. 5. The second room was better, but extremely small. Since there were two of us, we already struggled to open our suitcases properly. I cannot imagine how uncomfortable this room would be for a family or anyone travelling with more luggage. 6. The lighting in the room was terrible. There was nowhere with proper lighting to do makeup, so I actually had to use my phone flashlight. The main light was also positioned in such a way that it shone directly into our eyes when we were in bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. 7. The sink kept leaking, which meant the bathroom floor was constantly wet and dirty.

In generale è una struttura molto vecchia, decisamente da rimodernare. Le stanze sono molto piccole, non ci sono spazi per muoversi e mancano armadi per sistemare i vestiti.

Breakfast was ok, location as well - almost on High Street. Room was fine in size for two people, the double bed was comfy. Neighbourhood is pleasant, especially during the day. It is quiet at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is an underground and a bus station nearby which connect you easily to the main London locations.

There is no fridge in the room. It was a very hot July and we missed a fridge to cool our drinks. The hotel building wouldn`t mind some renovation.

Location was good! The staff were very helpful and friendly. I especially want to mention Willy! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He helped us with our luggage, and communication with him was always clear and easy. He is truly a brilliant member of the team! We also really enjoyed the breakfast.

He had a room at the back of the third floor bery close to the metro but it didnt bother us at all. If you have the window closed you can barely hear it, he had a very pleasant experience

What I found unpleasant was how big the sink was and how small the water pipe was. Everytime I washed my hands the water would just spill outside because it was very close to the edge of the sink xD

The hotel is in a great location, roughly an 8-minute walk from Hammersmith station, which offers convenient access to local shops and supermarkets. Housekeeping was consistently thorough, keeping the room clean throughout the stay. For London, the room rate is particularly reasonable. On the downside, the breakfast area hygiene needs attention, as crumbs were frequently visible on tables and floors, and some chairs were visibly stained. The lack of an in-room fridge also means any fresh or chilled food must be eaten straight away. Overall, with breakfast included, it offers excellent value for money.
