Firstly, reception staff were attentive, Friedan’s very helpful with our questions about getting to the Wembley Arena. Room was very nice, very clean, bathroom spacious and well appointed. Very nice tea/ coffee facilities. Breakfast was very good indeed as was the staff and service.

Next time I would ask for a room next to the lift and stairwell, although not an issue late at night, it was noisy from quite early with people going through the doors next to our door.

Great staff. I made the wrong booking for the number of people staying, and they upgraded our room at no extra fee. It was my second stay at this hotel, and it is incredible for its location, cleanliness, access to extra water and milk in the lobby fridge, and great restaurant. Also, it has an elevator, which is a matter in London

We liked the location. The bedroom was a large room with a fridge stocked with complimentary items . The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice , clean, and tidy with bathroom products. The staff were pleasant . The food was good and the ambience was lovely and relaxing . Discount was available for hotel guests. The hotel noted to be extremely clean , well done

I have stayed here multiple times. Location is easily accessible from the M1 but near to a tube station. Free parking, high quality rooms, comfortable bed, high quality breakfast, and a free London Pride beer in the fridge!

Beautiful facilities, wonderful staff and atmosphere. We were blown away by the attention to detail, staying due to the recent Bon Jovi gig and being greeted by a cut out of the man himself was amazing!

Even if the road is quiet busy next to the hotel, I couldn’t here anything from it in my room.

The restaurant is not the best. From 4 nights we had one good encounter with one of the restaurant’s staff.

The breakfast service was really good, friendly staff and the food was prepared as we ordered. The coffee machine in the room is always a positive for me, as I prefer non-instant coffee.

The car park is fairly small but it works for the purpose we needed. In general for the 1 night it worked well as we were heading to Wembley.

Staff were great, room was good. The photo doesn't do justice to the place. Rooms are in a separate 3 storey block behind the pub separated by a lovely sheltered beer garden.

A little bit out from Wembley Stadium! bus ok to get there but getting back was a bit fraught. Not much else in the near vicinity.

We stayed at the Hotel after a concert at Wembley, the bar was open when we returned and the kitchen was open for pizza orders which we thought was a nice touch. The breakfast selection and food was exceptional with very pleasant and helpful staff.

The only issue I could find to fault was the bed, which was on the slightly small size, (we did see in other rooms with larger beds).

Quite noisy with doors slamming overnight so disturbed sleep. Mattress a little too soft for my liking.Price has jumped quite a bit since staying there last year.

We had such a great stay here! We were in London for a concert at Wembley Stadium and chose this hotel because it was more affordable than the wembley ones, and easier to get to from the M4! We were pleasantly surprised - the hotel is much nicer than expected, and really quiet. Our room was great, there's a lovely outdoor patio/beer garden next to the restaurant, the free breakfast was amazing! And everyone was lovely and friendly. They had a cardboard cut out of Jon BonJovi in reception and the bar was doing Bon Jovi cocktails! A nice touch :-)

This was a lovely hotel and bar with one of the prettiest beer gardens I have been to. The beds were comfy and the food was delicious 😋

Food & Drink were excellent across the board - we enjoyed lunch, a late drink & pizza and a top knotch breakfast. Loved the Bon Jovi display in lobby & themed cocktails etc. Late pizzas after concert were thoughtful & appreciated. ( Jacob? Spanish manager is an asset )

Great hotel for a Wembley concert

Very nice room, beds were soft and pillows even softer. Bathroom was super modern with a walk in shower. Also a complimentary mini-fridge with a bottle of Ale, Sparkling and Still Water and a little bottle of Milk. Excellent central location for our trip to Wembley Stadium - which was only a 20 minute bus ride with stop a 5 minute walk down the road and Hanger Lane train station the same distance. Breakfast was very nice and the service was amazing - a choice of one hot meal with pastries, teas and coffees, cereal and juice available for self service as well.

The walls were a little thin with a few times in the night hearing other guests. But on the whole a quiet few nights. Got lucky with neighbours. And I always feel bad marking any stay down due to noise as usually it depends on who is staying within ear shot of your room.

I stayed here after a very long day of work. Check in was painless (unlike many hotels I’ve stayed at, where there are a load of forms that need signing, etc). In moments I was in my room, which was absolutely fine. The walk in shower was up there with the best of them - lots of room and a decent clean rain shower head. Breakfast was ok - just let down by the horrible from concentrate orange juice and not very nice coffee machine coffee. But that’s me being picky. Overall a straightforward, comfortable and pleasant stay

Not much really. Didn’t like the orange juice from concentrate at breakfast - and that’s pretty much the worst of it. Oh, and there was quite a bit of mould spots on the ceiling above the shower, but nothing terrible (sounds way worse when I wrote it than it was)

The beds were so comfortable to sleep on and were so grateful to the staff that made a little birthday display with towels. The breakfast has a small but decent selection, although the staff were overwhelmed by how busy it was and were a little slow with taking orders or forgetting to do orders. We didn't really spend a lot of time at the hotel but it's so worth it.

It's not really a dislike but a suggestion to ensure the drains in the shower are cleaned as they seemed to drain slowly like it's clogged.

Großer Parkplatz, im Preis inbegriffen, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, freundliches, effizientes Personal, gute öffentliche Anbindung (ca. 45 Minuten zum Zentrum), schönes Zimmer und Bad, mit dem Auto recht einfach erreichbar. Mehrere Restaurants und Pubs in der Nähe.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and the food at breakfast was genuinely good — no complaints there.

Unfortunately, our experience with seating and service left a bad impression. My daughter and I are of Indian origin, and when we arrived for breakfast, we were told the only table available for two was in a separate, section away from the main dining area. However, I could clearly see tables for two already set up in the main area. Throughout our meal, every guest who arrived after us — all of whom appeared to be white — were seated in the main section. On top of this, our plates were left on the table for an extended period, making it difficult to continue with the rest of breakfast. In the end, I moved them to another table myself. A member of the waiting staff then made a comment about this, which felt unnecessary given that it was their job to have cleared the table in the first place. I can't say for certain what the reasoning was behind the seating, but the mismatch between what we were told and what I could see with my own eyes was hard to ignore, and combined with the service issue, it left us feeling singled out during what should have been a relaxing breakfast. I'd encourage the hotel to look at how seating decisions are being made and ensure all guests are treated consistently, regardless of how busy the main area looks. The property and food deserve better than to be let down by an experience like this.

This was my third stay here and i really enjoyed my stays at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, including the Central line, and it is also very close to Wembley Stadium, which was the main reason for my trip. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the rooms are clean, modern and equipped with air conditioning and a coffee maker. I also really appreciated the outdoor area, which is perfect for relaxing with food or drinks. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Somewhat limited storage but it was enough for our needs. Walls were a tad thin so loud neighbors might wake you up. The restaurant menus were a tad limited. The various light switches took a while to get used to.

Quando hai finito, ti chiedono ancora, sinceramente, "Anything else?". Ma non ce la fai più...

Purtroppo, non è migliorabile: la posizione (Zona 3). Siamo sulla Giratory di Hanger Lane (consiglio a tutti quelli che possono essere interessati a questa struttura di vedere Google Maps): sembra una rotatoria per immettersi sull'autostrada. Nessun passaggio pedonale, pochissimi e distantissimi tra di loro i semafori. Si usano i sottopassi pedonali e ciclabili che, di sera, sono poco illuminati e un poco inquietanti, se é la prima volta che si soggiorna. Poi, ci si abitua... Dall' Hotel, cinque minuti di cammino, tra marciapiede, semaforo (sono 3), sottopasso, salita e sei alla stazione underground di Hanger Lane (Zona 3) e puoi vagare per Londra. Poi, torni alla base. Ristoranti in zona: zero. Se, dopo un' intensa giornata di perlustrazione a Londra, ci si vuole spostare poco, l'alternativa è tra il cenare al Pub dell' Hotel con le tipiche proposte inglesi (e i prezzi dei pub inglesi) o il Mc Donald's di Alperton, appena una cinquantina di metri a sinistra (e i prezzi dei Mc Donald's inglesi, anche se il locale e' un po' grigio e triste). Nel mezzo del percorso, per chi apprezza, c'è un ristorante di cucina del Maghreb che pare pulito e valido. Ma chi scrive non l'ha provato. Altra alternativa: il delivery, cenando in stanza. Oppure, spostarsi verso Ealing Broadway con l'autobus 487 o in automobile, sconsigliata l'underground per via dei cambi ad Acton, particolarmente per il ritorno.

Room had a big modern tv. The beds where high quality and big. Airconditioning functioning very well. Everything high quality and maintenance. Nespresso on the room with complementary cups. Complementary beer and water in the fridge. Perfect. Absolute best was the complemebtary breakfast. You can chose one option from the menu and the rest is self service, excellent. Perfect. Restaurant offered 10% on all beer and food. Food was small portions, but very good. And the prices are very decent with the 10% discount, so we also liked this very much.

There was an old towel heater in the bathroom blowing full heat and we could not switch it iff. No problem when sleeping because of the AC.

L'hotel è molto caratteristico, in una zona a circa 30/35 minuti dal centro. Colazione davvero ottima, stanza grande e pulita, anche il bagno ha soddisfatto le aspettative. C'è anche il frigo bar in camera che viene ricaricato ogni giorno, insieme alle capsule del caffè espresso e ai biscotti tipici al burro. Lo consiglio
