Hampton Inn & Suites San Bernardino

Property was closed enough to Loma Linda University that I didn’t really need a car. Also breakfast was superb, a lot of varieties.

I wish they had transportation to the airport

The bed was super comfortable and the air was on point! I slept so well, it was a last minute stay. I will stay again when needed! Our AC went out and we needed a place to stay in town. Check in was quick and the front desk was so kind!

Staff very polite

Young ladies, cursing…while cleaning the room That took away from my stay with you… Otherwise perfect

That is included breakfast. Nice and cool in the room

Squeaky bathrooms door and toilets very low.

Si

Everything was quiet and the breakfast was excellent.

Clean fresh nice staff

Nothing

Good location, decent hotel and no additional parking fee.

Hotel started to age,one bed squeeked, and cleanliness wasn’t spectacular. In front of the hotel is empty dirt land. The pool was out of order for repair or renovation.

The staff was very friendly and the location was close to all our events.

The breakfast was minimal and unremarkable. Security is marginal and we had to completely unload our car everyday to prevent car break-ins.

Location . You are in the center of endless option for places to eat also close enough If your going to casino for event or try your luck .

The hotel is very clean and super organized. The crew was amazing to us. They accommodate our requests very well and super diligently.

Limpio y cómodo, personal amable. Seguro para personas con movilidad reducida. Volvería seguro

Breakfast & pool

Location was good, bed was comfortable

Noisy also carpet was awful

Everything was the way I spected to be, clean, spacious and amazing

I don't know, everything was good to me

Breakfast and staff.

Parking was horrible. Bed mattress was lumpy and flat. No Shampoo found that out the 1st night in the shower couldn't wash my hair til the next morning.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were cold.

The breakfast was most definitely lacking. Our room had big carpet stains in front of our 42" tv.

Is nice and clean

Everything was good but I think you guys need new pillows

Yok

Staff was great check in was perfect room was great one thing I noticed was no microwave But overall I will be staying here again

Love the cleanliness and wonderful smells

Our room did not have a hair dryer and it took them 2 1/2 hrs to get one for us. Their excuse was that they did not have a key to get into housekeeping. There should be a master key. It messed up our entire plans for the day and put us 1 1/2 hrs behind schedule. Plus the shower curtain had blood/bugger stains on them which we asked to have a clean one put in and they did not even bother to do that. It was gross.

Rooms were spacious

No smoking

Friendly staff

They didn’t clean the room even after asking several times.

Bed was comfy

Location was not near anything really out there

I like that the property is clean and that everyone is friendly and welcoming! The parking lot is safe and clean as well!

Nothing, everything was quite perfect!

Every was nice and clean. Amazing breakfast.

Service was excellent and facilities were very clean. Breakfast had a number options. Had an issue connecting to the WIFI but front desk was able to provide a workaround.

Clean and staff were friendly

Everything was good

Delicius

Micro way in the Room

Clean , friendly staff.

No microwave, and paying for parking .

Breakfast was good.

11 dollars per night parking charge not so great.

This was my favorite hotel of our family trip, and it lived up to my expectations. It is located right next to Costco, making it very convenient for both refueling and shopping. The breakfast area is comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room is excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

If I had to point out one minor dissatisfaction, it would be that the refrigerator in the room was a bit on the small side—for our family, we could only just barely squeeze in the fruits and food we had brought along ourselves.

Convenient to place where we were going

Couldn't get tv to work , telephone didn't work , couldn't get wi fi to work . Had to call twice for assistance . After they left and tried walking us through, only was able to get the phone replaced To too it off they charged us 11 for parking and never mentioned that and it never said that on the reservation

Great location was happy there was everything we needed and wanted for our night stay.

We Love using pools and jacuzzis when we travel. Lots of leaves in the water.

Located near lots of shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices.

AC vent could not be adjusted so the air blew directly onto the bed. Had to block it with a blanket.

Clean and quiet.

When we checked into room the Air Conditioner was making a noise....they immediately gave us an upgraded room.....amazing service.....Thank you...............

Was a very nice stay

LOCATION

The condition of the building itself. Rooms are outdated, my room 427 had a horrible smell of sewer/ from the bathroom. Mattress in bad condition and so the carpet/ very bad smell. Shower head it's old and water goes allover the place.. It was a quiet surprise been a Hilton.. I will not stay again in this Hotel unfortunately.

Everything is good very clean friendly staff

Breakfast was good until I saw a bag of bread from the kitchen staff leave in the counter full of bread with mold🤢🤮that's when my breakfast morning was ruined. I don't want to think about the muffins and begals are old this are. No good for my first time visit here.

Didn’t eat. Took one yogurt and one banana

Rude desk people. Horrible bed. Back still hurts. Can hear everything through walls. Old. Worn. Wouldn’t take a free night there.

The breakfast &Breakfast lady they accept dogs

The fact that check IN is not until 3pm seems too late. ALSO There is a young lady there in the morning who isnt friendly and does not belong in that type of setting. we got the top floor and the facility had a sewer SMELL TO IT- which usually means: usually indicates that sewer gas is escaping from the plumbing system.

Good

No person to attendece. Bresfast area on sunday. No elevator. Was broken. Bath no glass door. No sofa. No. Ottoman

I was a little upset 😡 because are room didn't get done

Mucho olor a marihuana.

Breakfast was OK.

More importantly, at 8:30, there was NO COFFEE! Only Decaf was available. We waited about 20 minutes for the coffee while we ate our meal. Coffee should always be available in the morning! NOT GOOD! We were NOT "in our Happy Place."

Had an amazing stay! Clean, quiet and comfortable! Location is close to so many restaurants and stores. Staff is friendly. Breakfast had options that we loved. Highly recommend staying here!
