DoubleTree by Hilton San Bernardino

The room was good.

The pool is a little small

Got the ugliest view possible

Staff really nice.

The bed sheets were not clean. When you put the blankets towards the light you could see dirty inside them

Location

Only one working elevator Parking fees in a somewhat crappy area

Parfait. Très propre La literie et surtout les draps étaient incroyables

Parking payant. Mais bon le prix était correct

Clean, easy check in, easy check out, cookie at check in

Era nuestra noche de bodas y nos dieron una recámara muy cómoda

Nice staff

Kids running down the hall kicking and pounding on our door 3 times and running up and down the stairs screaming, and the ac didn’t really work in the room

Clean

Great staff! So helpful and welcoming.

Nice amenities and staff. I wished I could have stayed longer. I loved the bar area, breakfast buffet and the staff made things so nice.

Loved the convenient location, the many facilities (pool..gym)..and the bathtub in my room. The breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent.

My room had no cold water or pressure (do not get rooms in the east tower)...beds were hard to sleep in because of the memory foam..I sunk in and couldnt move..towels were kinda rough. Front staff was rude when I needed quick service until I finally got moved locations but by then I had missed the special event I came for!! Never got a cookie either.

Everything

The hotel room was very spacious, extremely clean and very comfortable (big bed with great pillows! We stayed on the 7th floor facing the entry road, and it was quiet. Big tub, big tv, refrigerator, microwave, double sinks in the bath. Excellent gym downstairs. Coffee bar at 630am. Extra fee for breakfast and parking

Parking lot fee

The bedsheets were ripped and dirty, it seem like they didn’t clean the room, as there was an odor to the bedsheets. There was also only one toilet paper provided for us, and it seemed like a piece of the shower was broken.

The location Dining, Shopping Swimming in the pool relaxing the staff is so cool and profession the rooms are big rooming just right

More belll hops to put your luggage on

I answer this question already

I answer this question already

The room was decent

The computer system was down upon arrival, they wrote my credit card number down on paper even after my protests. Charged $42 for parking in an unsecured lot where the gates didn’t work. The elevators would shake violently before the doors shut. On two of the three days I stayed the room was not cleaned at all, not even given fresh towels!

For the low cost per night it is a very nice hotel and the food at the restaurant is good

One of the elevators is scary and desperately needs service.

Friendly staff.

The location is not good the unhoused and junkies all around the surrounding area. The smell of marijuana all around the hotel especially in the elevators was not appreciated

Very nice and clean close to restaurants very convenient!

No complaints

The beds were comfy

Everything cost extra, they left water bottles in the room but charged you $3 if you drink it. One of the reasons we picked the hotel was because it said it has breakfast, but the breakfast cost about $20 per person. The building had 2 parts, and the staff wasn't clear on how to get to my room, so I had to walk around for 20 minutes before I found the room.

This place is horrible. Horrible location, which they try to minimize. the 'GATED' parking lot is completely OPEN on the east side, dumb. just seems the actually building used to be nice. But they let it go badly, broken down. Staff is not even close to helpful or polite. Vagrants sleeping on property.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out was a beautiful and relaxing experience. Clean Quiet Nice Staff Doubletree hasn’t depicted us thus far. We will be back to this location in San Bernardino one hour from Newport Beach.

The customer service was amazing

Cleanliness

The AC in the room wasn’t really working. Not sure if it’s locked to a certain temperature but during the summer months a cooler room would be appreciated.

Clean friendly and love the bar and restaurant

Very nice clean staff was very nice and helpful.

No dislikes everything was great

Staff members were great!!

Charging $14 a day for parking is outrageous. I was told it was because it was secured but nothing prevents someone off the street from being in the lot.

value and location

air conditioning wasn't cooling enough

It was good.

Parking is extra and I didn't expect that. We could hear the lift noise through out the night. Staff was not friendly at all, they are judging people by the amount they pay to stay for the night. It was rude. I asked for a luggage carrier to take all my luggage and the lady asked me to return it back to their desk just because that's the only one she had. The primary purpose is to help customers right? Would she has asked the guests paying a lot more or members to return them? I believe she asked me to return just because I'm paying less in her mind... I would think twice before I book again with Hilton.

How Friendly your team is.

The hours of the Cafe.

The room was comfortable pool was clean the first day front desk receptionist was welcoming and nice 👍

The second night the security and front staff were rude

The room was dirty.

The room was dirty.

Well it was only 2 miles from the VA Loma Linda and although it looked nice on outside looking it was not. We walked in a couple hours earlier than they had our room ready. CONS: The check in person did not adequately show us where I room was but we found it along the way, there were several building and elevators so ask for specifics, Opened the room so far so good nice clean bed. Carpet was a bit dirty and dark; No extra blankets, or pillows and the bedding was a sheet, blanket and sheet nothing out of the ordinary but seemed clean and the AC was rattling all night when it was on dirt screen not fit in all the way, next the check in guy I told him I needed a wake up and he said he would do it but he didn't when I check so I had too. Now the restaurant did not have dessert on the menu so we had to ask after waiting 10+minutes we ordered the "Lava molten cake with ice cream. SO usually this is a cake with lava ooozing out when you cut in the middle but nope it was almost a very dark thick chocolate brownie inside and not a lot of light brown syrup tastes drizzle over it with black berries and strawberry on top. SO you would have thought the ice-cream would come with it NOPE after asking about it took at least another 15minutes to get the ice cream so we just took it up to the room So overall it was not worth what the VA paid for. Be careful for cheap I would recommend a different hotel if you had too for the same price, we were lucky we did not have to pay for it.

Hotel tres agreable, personnel acceuillant. Litterie confortable et proche de services tel que station essence , restaurants et des route pour le depart vers l ouest

Rien

Location, the staff was friendly and helpful, affordable, comfortable.

The extra deposit for the parking security. Then the parking access was total pain because the gate sensors were broken and guests couldn’t get in or out of the hotel without seeking assistance. The outside trash cans were frequently full and unusable. The room was out of body wash. The hotel was also out.

Convenient location. The lobby looked great Anna the person at the desk was really nice And helpful

Our room #2015 looked like it hadn’t been clean. The floor in the bathroom and bathtub was dirty. It looked like someone walked in the tub. The air condition wasn’t blowing out cold air. I figured we got the low value room because we booked online. I’ve never had to pay $20 for a breakfast.

We have stayed here multiply times and it never disappoints the staff is nice and at the bar Sara is the best and the food is bomb

Everything is very nice

Very clean, very nice and comfortable. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Cleanness come to go bed, comfortable pillows in good air condition.

Only gripe is that food and beverage were really expensive and not much within walking distance to have as an option

Having to use key card for the elevator

Great stay

Very nice

No EV charger. Supposed to have room card can operate the garage door but it’s not working. In the morning 5:30 can’t find the luggage push cart.

We were here with the Great Race and our group was very happy with security and cleanliness of room. Restaurant was excellent! Highly recommend!!

It was easy to check in and the staff was kind.

Si dejaran salir un poco mas tarde de la habitacion

love the staff

Cleaning this location the only thing I didn’t like was they make you pay for parking?

They make you pay for parking

The facility was freeway close & easy to find. The front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great!

There were no negatives.

All was great

Paying for your parking

Disnponibilidad de último momento por cancelación de vuelo

Limpieza del lugar, elevadores sucios y húespedes ruidosos al momento de llegada, haciendo que el lobby no sea muy agradable.

Clean room

Loud guests throuout the night

It was nice and well kept

The rooms ac didn’t get as cold as I would like
