Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond. They were absolutely delightful. Pool was amazing. Rooms very spacious and clean.

Beds were hard

Quite affordable price range for a resort stay. It's very big with many pools and the pools are shallow enough to be safe without knowing how to swim. Nice bathroom with bathtub. Lovely trees and plants around. It's near to the Taina Kata night market which is a great spot for food and drinks. It's also inside free pickup zone for a lot of island tour agencies.

Some staff is not very warm but not much of a big deal. The aircon is an old model that stops once every period of use and a bit noisy while running. The TV is not smart so you can't watch YT or Netflix.

Dedication is very good very clean quite nice rooms especially the pool at the back and I like the cats

Sometimes the breakfast area gets a little bit hot. Air-conditioning would be great when you’re eating breakfast in the morning.

Видел как от комаров опрыскивали территорию - На территории тихо и комфортно. - Хороший Wifi - Есть спортзал, не супер но сойдет для поддержания формы - Персонал на ресепшн отзывчивый - Рядом хорошие массажные салоны, мопеды и ресторанчик Chai Thai

- Кондиционер в номерах довольно шумный - В последний день при запросе продлить на 3 часа выезд, запросили за это деньги (при том что брали 4 номера на 11 дней). На мой взгляд это не очень клиентоориентированно.

Camere spaziose e pulite, con accesso diretto alla piscina, e staff molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura però è un po’ datata e avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione e di una pulizia più accurata delle aree comuni. Anche la colazione è stata piuttosto scarsa, sia per quantità che per qualità, soprattutto rispetto agli altri hotel 4 stelle in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Asia. Nel complesso, buone camere e ottimo staff, ma la struttura avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovata e maggiormente curata.

The staff were amazing, had problem with a/con and it was sorted straight away. For us the location was exactly what we were looking for far enough away from the crowds but still close enough if you want to walk. They also have a shuttle that goes to Kata beach and Karon.

We loved this hotel. I stayed here for 9 nights with my teenager and it was the perfect base for us. It’s a simple hotel that is very calm and clean (& very quiet) The staff are absolutely lovely too and nothing is too much trouble. It’s not luxurious but was fantastic value for money. I’d highly recommend getting a swim up room which was a very affordable addition and a real treat. The breakfasts are quite simple but perfectly adequate - the egg cooking man was really lovely and makes a great omelette! I’d say it’s a good 15 minute walk to the beach but we got the hotel transport a few times which was very handy in the heat. The room service food is good too. If you are looking for a busy, bustling resort with lots on then this isn’t the place for you - but it was great for us and a really good base for exploring the area. We used the Bolt app for ordering taxis. There are some good restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk too. I’d definitely come back.

Nothing - but if you are looking for a hotel with entertainment etc and more to do I would recommend looking elsewhere

The beds were oh so hard. Did not sleep much as mattress was just to dame hard. Hips were sore each morning after laying on bed all night.

De ruime opzet. Vriendelijk personeel & een prima ontbijt! Iedere dag schoonmaak + nieuwe handdoeken is ook erg prettig!

Ligt net iets verder van het strand. Hierdoor ontloop je wel de meeste drukte maar is het 10 minuten lopen voordat je bij de boulevard bent. Wij hebben een scooter gehuurd direct naast het verblijf, dit ging prima!

Reception people exceptionally friendly. Mona , Wan and other lady I forget the name was very helpful. Great food. I lots of kittens very skinny and hungry running around . Please feel them 🙏🏻

Location, and helpfulness of Staff

Could not fault the staff in all areas, very friendly always seemed happy and always helpful. They also offer an amazing breakfast and a big thanks to Ton, our egg man, perfect eggs and delicious fresh cooked waffles every day, yum. Location of the hotel was great with lots of restaurants, massage businesses, tourist agents, 7 eleven supermarkets, beach (around a 15min walk), all in walking distance and the Palmery also offers a free shuttle to Kata and Karon beach. Also a must and I highly recommend is a swim up pool access room.

The only thing I could fine fault with was our bed and pillows, not the most comfortable, but I guess nothing is like your own at home, and it certainly wouldn't change my mind to stay there again.

Room was huge, smart tv in the room connected to wifi and most of the popular TV apps are accessible. Pair of floaters and umbrellas in the room to help you navigate the rainy season. Had a pool access from the room, pool was clean and maintained well. Room service was good and prompt. Breakfast spread was good, generally Thai food and lot of non-veg option. Live egg counter to prepare egg of your choice. Juices, milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, croissants, fresh fruit cuts etc. Lot of great local restaurants within walking distance on either side. So food was never a problem. 7-11s and other general stores within few hundred metres. Great massage parlors within a 1-2 KM radius. Grab taxis are easily available, hotel location is marked appropriately. Kata beach is just a KM away by walk and footpaths are good on either side.

I loved my stay at Palmery Resort! I had a room with a pool access. The room was spacious, well equipped. The access to the pool was great. Breakfast was good enough for my needs, but selection wasn't that large i must say. The resort located around 1km from the beach, easy walk, but there is shuttle to the beach if needed. there is plenty of massage places and restaurants around as well. I definitely would recommend this resort to anyone.

Bed was to hard for my liking. Even though the staff did provide a topper, it still wasn't soft enough for me. The gym is also a let down. Very limited and small with AC hardly working. I believe the management should really invest in the gym to make is more sufficient as people do use it.

Les 2 chambres swim-up adjacentes ont clairement été un PLUS lors de notre séjour car il faisait très chaud. La climatisation était un peu aléatoire lors de notre arrivée mais le personnel est rapidement intervenu pour solutionner le problème 👍🏻 Le petit-déjeuner était varié et la nourriture de qualité. De nombreux ventilateurs sont présents pour le bien-être des clients dans l’espace restauration. Je recommande cet hôtel pour la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de son staff.

A little far from beach, halal food options were limited although breakfast menu was good. Free shuttle to the beach was available but the last one was at 5 pm which was quite early.

Poor breakfast

I loved the breakfast and set out of the Resort. It is situated nicely and a 10 min walking distance from the beach. It does have a courtesy shuttle to the beach several times per day.

I didnt like how the showerglass looked dirty but the rest of the room and premises was lovely and clean

We had a fantastic stay at The Palmery Resort. The resort is beautiful, clean, and in a great location with restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby. Patong and Karon are just a short drive away, and getting around with Bolt or Grab is easy. A special thank you to Nuna and Bua at reception for their outstanding hospitality, the hardworking bellboy, and Mr. Tom for making the most delicious eggs every morning. We also loved the hotel’s restaurant—the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Our pool access room was beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Nothing negative just would be nice if hotel provides food and water for cats who are roaming around in resort. It’s very warm and it pains our heart to see that.

Really nice stay at The palmery- The room was massive and very clean, love how they gave us fresh water everyday, this was really helpful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and the hotel was very quiet which was nice if you want a quiet stay- although i would have wanted it to be a bit busier. Nothing to complain about at all and would definitely stay again.

La habitación con acceso a la pileta estuvo de 10. Baño y habitación grande, cama cómoda, y el acceso a la pileta es súper cómodo y mucho más privado que la pileta a la que acceden todos los huéspedes del hotel. El desayuno estaba muy bien, la ubicación es buena pero está a unos 700/800 del corazón de Kata.. en general fue una muy buena experiencia

Cleanliness was poor. On arrival the shower had clumps of hair on the shower hose. The floor was not clean enough in bathroom. The sink / tap had a wrapper behind it from last guest. Everything could have been cleaned better for arrival. Too many flies at breakfast. Could have done with fans to stop them. We also found a rat swimming in the pool connected to our room which was not nice or inviting for us to swim in.

The showers for some reason kept having flies or Nats around the shower head and the faucet. Not sure if this is a common thing but usually it would have these flying around before I go to use the shower.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, respectful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. We also had dinner at the resort, and the Tom Yum soup was absolutely amazing—full of flavor and one of the best we've had. The food exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Останавливались второй год семья с ребёнком 10лет. Отличный выход в бассейн и завтраки, каждый день шатл ч/з 2 часа на ката и карон.

Живности много, комары искусали, в номере сколопендру убил, но это природа. Один раз в неделю обработка от насекомых.
