A delightful property which was extremely comfortable and provided a delicious breakfast. Nongosi catered to all our needs and provided many quality touches such as hot water bottles in our beds, a written weather forecast, a lovely fire to sit by and tea on arrival. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, clean and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Lovely lounge with fireplace. Excellent breakfast.

Doors to the lounge left wide open, fire only lite when we asked and said it was cold. Would have been nice to have the fire on, on arrival and the living room cosy and warm. There was a lot of preparation going on for a function - I think a lot of focus was put into the function and not so much into the guests staying there.

Beautiful location, staff very attentive, fires burning to welcome us at mealtimes. Menus were excellent and the food beyond delicious. My husband and I were very relaxed and felt very safe. I had a sublime spa treatment beyond expectations.

We liked the location. The scenery, very peaceful, beautiful gardens, it was exactly what we wanted. The staff is amazing, always smiling, willing to assist. We had an amazing experience.

Yes the property and rooms are absolutely gorgeous the decor the animals on the property, very clean rooms and the staff are very friendly and also they see to your needs are addressed and resolved very quickly.

Dune Ridge is a very high quality property that completley exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend but suggest to arrive early and leave late as so nice to relax here.

Only the road to enter the property could do with some maintenance if you arent in a 4WD vehicle

Simplesmente perfeito! Chuveiro ótimo, cama ótima, banheira ótima, roupa de cama ótima! Quarto e banheiro super espaçosos! A decoração do quarto, do banheiro e da casa principal super aconchegante e charmosa. Eles são extremamente cuidadosos com tudo: arranjos de flores lindo na entrada do quarto e no banheiro, tudo feito com muito carinho. Além disso quando voltamos do jantar, tinham feito uma decoração linda com velas por causa da nossa lua de mel, ficamos encantados! E o melhor ainda está por vir: café da manhã espetacular! Granola estava maravilhosa, frutas frescas, geleia muito gostosa e pedimos uma Tomato Toast que estava maravilhosa!

Nada, tudo perfeito. Apenas uma observação: não tem ar condicionado, apenas ventilador, mas para nós definitivamente não fez nenhuma diferença!

Absolutely clean & well maintained. A little oasis tucked away in a beautiful nature reserve. Its a must if you want to destress & unwind - mind, body & soul. The Country House is perfectly nested between beautiful vegetation. Guests can enjoy privacy through the property and the attention to details make this an amazing stay.

It was very nice. We stayed at many guest houses in South Africa and this was among the best, if not the best. The breakfast was top notch, the kids loved the pool, the staff is friendly and sees if you need something. The host is very welcoming and we had a good conversation. The building, furniture are in proper order and the style of everything fits and is on point.

We did not like that a dinner was cancelled, which should have been in the country house. However that is ok, since most guest houses do not even offer dinner and only hotels or other bigger accomodations offer dinner. So as we prefer smaller guest houses, we don't expect dinner offered. Here it was offered but then later cancelled. The other thing, which might not be perfect, but did not apply, was aircon. In our case we did not need it, it was 26°C, I can imagine if it's above 30°C you might want to have aircon. But I also dunno if that happens often if you are close to the coast.

This small lodge is away from town, but not too far. The place is surrounded by nature and very quiet. We saw Nyalas every time we left and entered. Our cottage was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is huge and has got a bath and decent size shower with great water pressure. The breakfast was delicious and the staff exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The lodge is old English style, very well maintained and classy. We were very positively surprised and would definitely stay there again.

We didn't check in and we explained to the host that we would like to look for another place as this one was not meeting our comfort and we have to enjoy our money. She wasn't happy about it and we left. Right after leaving the property, they lied and checked us in and debited our account. We had to go look for another place to sleep in. The room was smelly, and not what we saw on the pictures. The location is bad. The staff was not friendly. I'm rating this property 0 and they took our money unfairly.

What a wonderful stay with such attention to detail. Loved it.

We were greeted as we arrived and all the staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious and the bed was huge and extremely comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was a well stocked mini bar. Excellent breakfast with a good menu. Nice touches were that the bed was turned down and a scented diffuser lit. Dinner was not available on the day we arrived (which we knew about) but Sarah recommended a local restaurant and booked it for us, it was superb. ( called the Never Mind).

Overall a good experience in a natural environment. Nice and relaxed. Breakfast could definitely improve. But we had a nice break-away.

Dune Ridge is situated in its own fenced grounds and so is very quiet and secure. The owner and all the staff are very friendly and the service was excellent. Dinner can be taken at the property and was excellent as was breakfast. Plenty of choice of wines.

Loved the quiet location. Serene and lovely to relax. The staff were excellent.

Wir haben uns bei Sarah von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Service war perfekt. Unser Guesthouse ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat zum Entspannen sehr eingeladen. Das extra gebuchte Dinner war sehr gut.

We were highly impressed with the level of service given by Suzette and other staff members who went to great lengths to ensure our stay was memorable. The food is excellent and the rooms are beautifully furnished. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.

Great room (a little "cottage" with great garden view, great helpful friendly service. Just beware of the 1/2 mile or so of unmade drive to get to it though!

This could not have been a more perfect stay. Exquisite grounds, staff and delectable meals! Every aspect of this property exceeded my expectations---there are not enough stars to describe Dune Ridge! I encourage everyone of every age to co e and experience this little oasis. This is a perfect place for a romantic getaway or a family gathering.

nice but overpriced. no air conditioning and the ceiling fan had only one speed-slow which was usesless. large room and bathroom. excellent breakfast. staff was very nice and helpful. also has nice swimming pool. dirt road for one mile to get to country house. need gps to find. good location near town center and golf courses.
