The location is really great! It's a quick 10-minute walk from the Galata Tower and Taksim Square, and there are tons of restaurants around, so the food scene is really good. The metro station is also not far away, so it's easy to connect to the rest of the city through there. The breakfast spread provided by the hotel has a lot of choices and is quite good.

While the hotel itself has a nice boutique French hotel vibe, It is quite evident that the property is in major need for maintenance. In a lot of places, the wallpaper is peeling away from the walls. It is also in the heart of the clubbing area, so it can be really noisy until quite late in the night. If you prefer a quiet location, this may not be the right choice.

Excellent staff, very helpfull. They supported us very nicely to find an excellent hammam for the whole family. Family room was big.

The family suite faced a back street where loud bar or disco music played until 3:30 AM on the weekend, making sleep very difficult. This was a big challenge for us! Breakfast was very limited—only one type of fruit per day—and there was no information on ingredients, making it hard to tell, for instance, which dishes contained meat. The sofa bed was lumpy and difficult for an adult to sleep on. AC one could not change yourself, it was controlled somewhere else and 16 degrees was a bit cold. We asked to put it to 19/20ish but nothing happened.

Очень уютный и чистый отель! Несмотря на компактные размеры, всё продумано до мелочей. Отдельное спасибо персоналу: невероятно доброжелательные люди. Приехали в 9 утра, и нас заселили раньше времени (хотя заезд в 14:00) — это огромный плюс. В день отъезда в последний момент попросили трансфер, и нам без лишних вопросов всё организовали. Район в самом центре, но в номере никакого шума нет. Сервис на высшем уровне, обязательно вернемся!

Otelin konumu cok iyi ancak odalar maalesef fotoğraflardakinden çok farklıydı. Odaların ve özellikle banyoların tadilata ihtiyacı var. Kaldığım odanın banyosundaki derzlerde rutubet vardı ve banyodan kötü bir koku geliyordu. Duvar kağıtları birçok yerde eğri, yırtık ve oldukça yıpranmış durumdaydı. Genel olarak otelin bakıma ve yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Otel meyhaneler sokağında bulunduğu için gece geç saatlere, hatta sabahın erken saatlerine kadar müzik ve eğlence sesleri duyulabiliyor. Benim için büyük bir sorun olmadı, ancak konaklayacak kişilerin bunu bilmesinde fayda var. Ayrıca kaldığım 3 gece boyunca üst üste alarmlar çaldı. Alarmın neyle ilgili olduğu belli değildi ve oldukça geç susturuldu. Bu durum da rahatsız ediciydi.

Bagno senza finestra e areatore e con cassetta di scarico guasta, anche dopo la richiesta di intervento. Non è stata neanche valutata la nostra proposta di cambio camera durante tutto il soggiorno. La camera c'è stata assegnata come un upgrade ma era solo una camera piccola matrimoniale con letto aggiunto.

It would have been great if they had a parking facility that they collaborated with instead of having to navigate the city and find parking myself. Istanbul is not an easy city to find parking in.

Great location and friendly staff, but several basic issues We stayed for 5 nights in two rooms. The hotel has a very central location, close to İstiklal Street and Taksim, and the reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful. For a relatively last-minute booking, we chose it mainly for the location, elevator and breakfast.

Unfortunately, several basic issues made our stay less comfortable than expected. One room had a persistent bad drainage-like smell, the keycard did not work, the hand-wash dispenser was not functioning properly, and the TV did not work. Both rooms also had problems with the toilet flush. The biggest issue was the noise at night. Although we were aware from previous reviews that the area could be noisy, we did not expect loud music and heavy bass to continue until around 2 am. This was particularly difficult with our child and an elderly family member, as poor sleep significantly affected our following days. After two nights, we raised our concerns and the staff kindly moved both rooms one floor up. The new rooms were better and had no smell, although the bathrooms had another issue with water pooling outside the shower after use. Breakfast was okay, but in our opinion, it did not quite match how it was advertised. This was our third time visiting Istanbul, so we are quite familiar with the city and did not have unrealistic expectations. However, this trip was different as we were travelling with our small child and an elderly family member who required assistance. Under these circumstances, good sleep, functioning bathroom facilities and basic room amenities become particularly important. We did not expect luxury from a this hotel, especially with a last-minute booking, but we did expect basic facilities to work properly. The friendly staff and excellent location are definite positives, but the maintenance, noise and overall room condition need improvement.

The hotel has a good location, the rooms are beautiful, and the cleanliness was perfect. However, there were some major issues during my stay. For two days, the elevator was not working, and I was staying on the 6th floor with a heavy suitcase, which was very inconvenient. The breakfast was also disappointing for me, as it was mostly Turkish-style food, with options such as tomatoes, chickpeas, and other local dishes. I would have preferred a more varied selection with more international options. Overall, despite the good location, beautiful rooms, and excellent cleanliness, the experience because of these issues was not so great.

Sono rimasta profondamente delusa da tutto il mio soggiorno. Per cominciare, dopo essere arrivata durante la notte tra il 19 e il 20 luglio, precisamente all'1:30, ho trovato la camera non adeguatamente pulita. Nello specifico, le lenzuola erano piene di capelli e peli sia all'esterno che all'interno, c'era un ragno sotto il copripiedi e il bagno presentava macchie sul lavandino, sullo specchio e allo stesso modo sul water, oltre a questo ciabatte usate, ed una bottiglietta d'acqua riempita a metà, ovviamente usata sul comodino. Dopo aver chiamato il receptionist (l'unica persona educata e disponibile) che ha constatato la situazione con sgomento in tempo reale, non ha potuto fare nulla a quell'ora. A quel punto, ho chiesto delle lenzuola pulite e le ho cambiate personalmente (con mia figlia) e ho pulito il bagno a notte fonda, dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio ed essendo estremamente stanca. Non finisce qui. Il giorno seguente alle 14:00, al ritorno da un giro della città, ho trovato l'aria in camera caldissima. Ho deciso pazientemente di aspettare che si rinfrescasse, credendo che l'aria condizionata avrebbe iniziato a funzionare una volta inserita la tessera nell'interruttore centralizzato, ma così non è stato. Pertanto, alle 16:00, ho chiamato di nuovo la reception. In camera è arrivato lo stesso ragazzo della sera prima, accompagnato da un uomo che si è definito il direttore. Hanno confermato che l'aria condizionata non funzionava e, dopo aver chiamato il tecnico che ha dichiarato di non poter venire a risolvere il problema, a mia figlia e a me è stato detto, e senza cercare in qualche modo soluzioni alternative: 'Non possiamo fare nulla'. A quel punto, considerando il caldo intenso nella stanza e non ricevendo alcuna soluzione alternativa, abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore, che è arrivato mezz'ora dopo. Che dire? 10/10? Assolutamente no, e con profonda delusione.

The Breakfast actually was really great, like home-made food from your mom or granny. Everyday the menu slightly changed and it was gerat. Staff was nice. If you like a city center, this is really close to the main street. walkable.

It was really noisy at night. The bathroom got flooded It smelled bad, and we heard the ventilation from the bathroom all the time. Also, one day, it was 1AM in the morning and a technician called our room and got into to check the ventilation system

Je voyage depuis plus de 20 ans, j'ai visité une quarantaine de pays, et jamais, au grand jamais, je n'ai été traitée avec un tel mépris. Ce que cet hôtel nous a fait subir n'est pas une simple mauvaise expérience : c'est un scandale. Dès le premier soir, l'une de nos chambres tremblait littéralement à cause de l'aération — un vacarme et des vibrations insupportables. Le pire ? Ma sœur travaille dans le BTP : elle a tout de suite reconnu un défaut structurel, impossible à régler en une soirée. Autrement dit, l'hôtelier LE SAVAIT. Il loue sciemment une chambre défectueuse, au prix fort, à des familles qui lui font confiance. Ce n'est pas de la négligence, c'est de la malhonnêteté pure. C'est du vol. Pendant quatre jours, on ne nous a menti QUE des mensonges. « Un technicien viendra » — il n'est jamais venu, puis est venu pour ne RIEN faire. « Vous serez surclassés » — les chambres promises étaient déjà occupées par d'autres. On nous a séparés de nos enfants de 2 et 4 ans tout le séjour, baladés d'étage en étage comme des bagages encombrants. Et le sommet de la honte : quand j'ai osé aller vérifier moi-même que les chambres « complètes » étaient réellement occupées, le réceptionniste a appelé la POLICE contre moi. Contre une mère de famille avec deux bébés. De l'intimidation pure, pour me faire taire. Comble de l'ironie : ce sont les policiers eux-mêmes qui ont fini par prendre ma défense et exiger notre transfert, sans quoi l'hôtelier nous aurait laissés à la rue. Départ à 20h30, à tout remballer avec deux enfants affamés et épuisés. Ajoutez à cela : moisissure dans les salles de bain, chambres si minuscules qu'on n'y ouvre même pas une valise, frigo en panne (alors que j'avais un médicament à conserver au froid), musique jusqu'à 1h du matin. La cerise finale ? On m'a demandé d'annuler ma réservation pour m'empêcher de laisser cet avis. Alors le voici.

Location was excellent for restaurants, bars and shopping. Reception staff were nice and helpful when we needed. Our bed and bathroom were both good. Unsure about the spa option in the name of hotel. We never saw this amenity or were given information about it.

Unsure if cigarette smoking is allowed in rooms but our first night our room smelt terrible. Either guest before had smoked or it was coming through the AC vent. AC wasn’t overly cold even on 16°. It can be very loud at night due to the restaurants and bars, we had ear plugs and used these giving no noise issue.

Excellent service. Clean and near everything.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of bars and restaurants. The owner went out of her way to make my birthday celebration special. The staff n is also helpful and kind. I'd go back again.

The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, especially the reception team, the housekeeping staff, and the receptionist working the night shift. They made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, and its location is perfect for young people who want to enjoy Istanbul's nightlife

The only downsides were that, although parking is listed, finding a parking space was very difficult. Also, the refrigerator in my room was not cooling properly. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, with a few improvements.

La suite aveva il bagno ricavato all' interno della stanza con una vetrata. La spa è aperta solo in alcuni orari che non mi hanno saputo indicare. Avevo provato ad andarci un giorno ma nessuno mi ha calcolato per farmi capire come funzionasse. Alla colazione aggiungerei un po' di frutta.

Posizione comoda per prendere i mezzi pubblici come la metro, vicina a luoghi di interesse turistico. Colazione buona e varia, personale gentile e disponibile.

Wir mussten die erste Nacht in einem anderen Hotel verbringen, weil unser Zimmer schon vergeben war, obwohl ich es schon Monate vorher gebucht habe. Zur Wiedergutmachung bekamen wir nichts. Des weiteren habe ich einen Transfer zum Flughafen an der Rezeption gebucht, wo uns versprochen wurde, dass ein VIP-Transporter kommen werde. Es kam ein Fiat Punto.

Hotel staff was not like welcoming one ..Especially the day shift gentleman ..he shouldnt be working in hospitality business. The AC never worked, the bathroom was so dirty that I couldnt even take shower. There was a heavy smell in the room, very very old decorated, most of the pieces were coming off ..TV didnt worked ..It was only one night stay that I didnt bother myself calling the reception as I was almost sure that nobody would help ..Door's lock mechanism was also an issue, it kept alarming even if you unlock or lock the door. I had to lock and unlock many times to make it work

În 5 zile s-a schimbat lenjeria de pat o singură dată, prosoapele de 2 ori, uneori venea un miros urât în cameră, pentru cei care sânt sensibili la gălăgie este o zonă destul de agitată

Everything except location. Unfriendly stuff, air conditioner. The room was super hot and they told us to tolerate, we have forced to change our hotel. Booking didn't fully refund us. The worst experience ever. In addition, I booked super deluxe but I received a tiny small room.

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, στην καρδιά της πόλης, ακριβώς δίπλα στην Istiklal, με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Πολυ καλή αναλογία τιμής και ποιότητας. Ευχάριστη διαμονή, φιλόξενο προσωπικό, ιδιαίτερα ο Mitin στην υποδοχή, οι κυρίες στο πρωινο γλυκυτατες!! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμουσα.

Λόγω της κεντρικής τοποθεσίας του ξενοδοχείου υπήρχε φασαρια τις βραδινές ωρες από τα μαγαζιά τριγύρω. παρόλα αυτά, ίσως τα δωμάτια στους πιο πάνω ορόφους να μην αντιμετωπίζουν εξίσου το ίδιο πρόβλημα

Καλή τοποθεσία και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Ότι χρειάστηκα έγινε το επόμενο λεπτό.

Η φασαρία της περιοχής το βράδυ και μια τεράστια γεννήτρια σε απέναντι πολυκατοικία έκαναν θόρυβο. Βέβαια αυτό δε θεωρώ πως ευθύνεται το ξενοδοχείο. Υπερβολικά ζεστό δωμάτιο καθώς ήταν ρετιρέ.

The only thing which I didn’t like is location. On the one hand it is exactly at the city center, but street is very loud. I had feeling that a sleep just at Grand Bazar : music, sounds, cars , too noisy all night . It it depends I think where are your windows

My friend had stayed at this hotel before, and when I visited her, she received excellent service. I really wanted to stay, but my group friends made other plans at the last minute. It preserves the historical fabric of Istanbul. It's within walking distance of Istiklal Street and Galata Tower. I will definitely come back in the coming days.

I would rank this at the top of the list of all the hotels I’ve stayed in so far. I could reach everywhere I wanted to go in just two minutes; I was able to visit the Galata Tower, Istiklal Avenue, mosques, churches, and take the ferry. The rooms are cleaned daily, and complimentary treats are always provided. I took some wonderful photos. I dined at the restaurant and enjoyed a fantastic massage and hammam session at the spa. The staff were always helpful, and the breakfast spread included everything I could have wanted.

Everyone I ask recommends this hotel to me. It is safe, fun, and perfect for tourists. It is a wonderful choice suitable for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. There were people from all over the world, and everyone was at ease, just like me. We made some great friends. We’ve visited many times, and we’ll be back again.

C'est une rue bruyante mais cela peut convenir aux personnes qui veulent être situées près des bars. Les prix de l'hôtel sont exorbitants. Le service de nettoyage propose de faire des lessives, et cela pour 2€ par pièce. Le spa est cher et pourtant étroit, comme si c'était un lieu d'appoint. Nous avions réservé car une offre booking proposait une chambre pour 100e au lieu de 800€ pour 4 nuits; sans cela nous n'aurions pas réservé. 100€ me paraît être le prix correct pour cet établissement.

Хорошее месторасположение. Недалеко от метро и от ул. Истикляль. Хотелось поблагодарить ребят с ресепшена, они на все просьбы откликнулись и помогли решить их. В номере чутка тесновато, но в целом уютно. Удобные кровати и подушки. В ванной всегда была горячая вода, гель для душа, шампунь, мыло, полотенца. Завтраки в целом хорошие и сытные, блюда менялись.

Zamówiliśmy apartament z wspólnym wejściem, a dostaliśmy dwa oddzielne pokoje. Które były mniejsze niż te przez nas wybrane i nie tak ładne. W recepcji powiedziano nam, że jest awaria w jednej z łazienek i że na drugi dzień będzie naprawiona, to będziemy mogli się przenieść. Jak poszliśmy na drugi dzień obejrzeć apartament, okazało się, że nie jest to prawda, bo widać było, że ktoś w tych pokojach mieszkał i właśnie się wyprowadził i są po gościach nieposprzątane. Powiedziano nam, że w ciągu 2 godzin posprzątają te pokoje. Powiedzieliśmy, że pójdziemy się naradzić z pozostałymi współtowarzyszami, czy chcemy się przenieść. Jak zeszliśmy za 15 minut powiedzieć, że chcemy się przenieść usłyszeliśmy, że apartament już jest wynajęty komuś innemu. Pan nawet nie próbował nawet nas przeprosić, ani zaoferować czegokolwiek w zamian. Wręcz miał pretensje, że za późno przyszliśmy. Dodatkowo na śniadaniach mały wybór i sery niezbyt świeże. W weekend brak warzyw. Bardzo mała restauracja, jak zejdzie więcej osób, bardzo ciasno przy stolikach.
