Комната тесная. Бронировали двушку с кроватью кинг сайз и с двумя раздельными кроватями для детей, места было очень мало. В комнате маленькие либо отсутствуют окна, было бы лучше если бы комнаты были по просторнее. Завтраки не очень, выбора не очень много и нам показалось что подают не свежий хлеб

Everything else , the rooms are small,not clean enough, services are bad,restaurant is very small and jammed during breakfast hrs, and breakfast is low quality

absolute shit hole, broken ac , broken wall panels nails sticking out of floor. on top management refused to accept that ac is broken , had to try 4 times and then they have nothing else for me . i had to call booking .com and cancel and leave the hotel at 2 am with my 18 months old child as we could not bear the heat and suffocation.

Die betten waren sehr gemütlich dabei war die ausweis der zwei pools sehr gut und die sauna war sehr gut

Am pool war es extrem rutschig wobei ich nicht die einzige person war die ausgerutscht ist, Das frühstück war eine voll katastrophe wir haben drei mal bescheid gesagt das drei verscheidene lebensmittel schlecht waren. Trodz täglicher zimmer reinigung wurden nur die betten gemacht.

Mi a plăcut locația..aproape de turnul Galata ..

Mizerie destulă,o parte din personal amabil ..terasa se deschide abia la ora 10 ..dacă vrei să bei cafeaua de dimineață la aer singura soluție este în picioare în fața hotelului..asta dacă nu cumva ai ghinionul să prinzi mașina de gunoi sau cea care cară lenjeria ..piscina oficial se deschide la ora 10..neoficial se deschide pe la 11 pt ca tratarea apei se face la deschidere..daca nu vrei sa faci alergie la clor mai aștepți încă vreo oră..șezlongurile sunt de râsul curcilor fiind acoperite doar de o bucată de burete mizerabila..camerele nu doar ca sunt mici dar mai au și jacuzzi in camera..adică o cadă mai mare plină de mizerie..dulapul din camera facilitează aerisirea hainelor😀 prin lipsa ușilor ..apa de la ghiuveta care se află în camera abia curge..as mai continua dar prefer sa atașez poze..Recomand doar dacă locuiți departe de civilizație 😂

Water in de douche liep niet weg. Eén van de 2 liften was steeds buiten werking. Niet handig als je op de 8e etage slaapt. Na een lange dag nog lekker even naar het zwembad met z'n 6en (ook op de 8e etage... fantastisch), maar ze hadden bij de buitenbar enkel nog fanta te koop. Erg jammer!

L'emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel, les 2 piscines.

La chambre plutôt petit avec un lit double et un simple, pas de possibilité d'ouvrir une valise au sol, rangements limités, et pas la vue prévue dans la réservation. La baignoire avec des finitions bâclées et du mastic sur le mur. Trop de monde au petit déjeuner. Un ascenseur hors service 3 jours d'affilee.

A reggelinél bőséges választék volt. A kínálatban voltak érdekes elemek :). A szálloda elhelyezkedése közel van a metró állomáshoz és a sétáló utcához. A két egybenyitható szoba jó megoldás volt a családnak.

A szoba tisztaságában igen negatív, hogy a padló kimondottan koszos volt. Ha nem cserélik naponta az ágyneműt és a törölközöt, több figyelmet fordíthattak volna az általános tisztaságra. Így ennek hiányában biztosan nem foglalnék újra a szállodában.

El alojamiento un desastre , no tenía nada que ver con las fotos de la habitación contratada , el bufet un desastre

A szállodában a SPA és a tetőteraszon található medence volt ami nagyon tetszett. A tetőteraszról szép kilátás nyílt a városra. A szoba fürdőszobája rendezett és jól felszerelt volt. A szálloda elhelyezkedése jó, a PERA negyed szívében van, nagyon közel van az Istiklal sugárúthoz, egy pár perc sétával elérhető a metro is. A reggeli svédasztalos volt, sokféle ételből lehetett választani.

Sajnos ez a lista nagyon hosszú. Összességében csalódás volt a szálloda. 3 szobás szobát béreltünk 8 éjszakára. Nem azt a szobát kaptuk amit foglaltunk, másnap cserélték kis veszekedés után. Állítólag jobb szobát kaptunk mint amit béreltünk, családi szobát, amit úgy kell elképzelni hogy ugyanakkora alapterületre mint a 3 ágyas szoba betettek egy negyedik ágyat is, de volt francia erkélye. Fullasztó volt a hely hiány. Másnap a megkapott 3 ágyas szobában a légkondiból két napon keresztül folyt a víz, amit törölközőkkel sem lehetett felitatni, tehát annyi víz jött kibelőle, ott kerülgettük a törölközőket melyből óránkánt csavartam a vizet. Két nap után sikerült megjavítani. A booking leírásnak nagyon sok helyen nem felel meg a szoba és a felszereltsége. A szobából nincs kilátás a városra, csak kizárólag a tetőteraszról. Ezt érdemes lenne törölni a bookingról. Mi egy lepukkant tetőt néztünk. A szobában van mini bár, ami teljesen üres, tehát mini bárnak kicsit erős nevezni, én mini hűtőnek írnám. Naponta kaptunk egy kis üveg vizet fejenként. Az ágyak mérete sem felel meg a leírásnak, kisebbek. A szobákra ráférne egy alapos renoválás. A booking leírása és képei alapján sokkal jobbat vártunk. Még egyszer nem választanánk ezt a szállodát

The room service was great. Swimming pool and sauna was nice. All the staff was very cooperative. Food quality was great. During our stay it felt like we have been looked after for all our needs. The location of the hotel is very central if you are coming for tourist purpose. So much hustle and bustle, istekalal street is just around the corner.

Although we have been upgraded but still the room size was small, and the fact that it is near the istekalal street a lot of noise from the bars which causes difficulty to sleep especially when you are with kids.

Great stay! The staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent.

The triple room was quite small, and there were mirrors everywhere, which didn’t feel very suitable.

J’ai bien aimé son emplacement, très pratique et à proximité de tous à pieds. Le personnel au top, toujours présent afin de répondre à nos demandes. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et ouvert sur une grande plage horaire ce qui est appréciable.

Il y a eu un incident lors de notre séjour mais le problème a été régler par le personnel. Dans l’une des chambres il y avait une odeur persistante de remonter dégoût qui a été dérangeant et les ameublements des chambres légèrement abîmé.

We location and proximity to Galata Tower is great.

The rooms are quite basic, a/c wasn't working properly, the breakfast wasn't to our taste, in general we were expecting more for this type of hotel.

Établissement catastrophique. À notre arrivée, la chambre était sans climatisation. Un ouvrier est passé et le personnel nous a indiqué qu’il fallait attendre le lendemain, car la climatisation n’était pas réparable, et qu’aucune autre chambre n’était disponible, alors qu’il faisait plus de 35 °C. Après avoir insisté, nous avons finalement obtenu deux chambres séparées avec climatisation, ce qui était déjà un peu plus supportable. La propreté laisse également beaucoup à désirer : des biscuits traînaient par terre à côté du lit, les douches étaient très moyennes et on hésitait à regarder de trop près… Le réfrigérateur, quant à lui, ne refroidissait absolument rien. Une véritable catastrophe, surtout avec trois enfants. Heureusement que nous n’y sommes restés que deux jours. Le seul point positif reste le monsieur qui s’occupait de transporter les bagages, qui était d’une grande gentillesse. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement et je n’y reviendrai jamais.

La climatisation en panne à notre arrivée, la propreté insuffisante, l’état des douches et le réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Avec plus de 35 °C et trois enfants, cela a rendu le séjour très difficile

Tolles Hotel mit sehr guter Lage. Fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. das Personal, vor allem der Portier Muhammet, waren steht's bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Отличное месторасположение, просторные номера, хорошая ванна с хорошим напором воды. В номере есть все необходимое для проживания на нескколько дней. Бассейн есть, хороший, небольшой. При бассейне дорогой бар.

Отель себя позиционирует на 5*, на Букинге 4*, по факту 3*. Завтраки средние. Иногда можно попасть на большую очередь и полностью заполненный зал. Отель немного уставший. В отеле много напоминаний о том, что раньше он имел другое название. Непонятно, то ли он достался в таком виде и никто не спешит с ремонтом, то ли нынешние владельцы довели до такого состояния.

The location

There were bed bugs which I have never experienced with a hotel previously. Considering this is a four star hotel it’s quite ridiculous. The bathroom was also falling apart and the air conditioner was barely cooling the room (it was on the lowest setting).

Who has rooms with no windows 😕 Felt so claustrophobic...no air to breathe. I've travelled a lot and never in all my experience I had a room with no day light.

En las Fotografias el cuarto se veía más espacioso. El desayuno buffet bien pero había demasiada gente difícil de encontrar mesa y era súper estresante coger comida por la cantidad de gente

L'espace des chambres n'est pas conformes aux photos. Hôtel qui ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles. Petit dejeuner toujours le même. Très faible insonorisation des chambre, on entendait tout et impossible de dormir la nuit. Les lits ne sont pas confortables.

Отличное расположение, рядом улица Истикляль (3 мин), разнообразные завтраки, вежливый персонал.

Несколько раз обращались к персоналу об отсутствии полотенец по прибытию, принесли с 3-4 просьбы, но не критично. Немного уставшие номера, обшарпана краска и углы, но все в рабочем состоянии, душ с отличным напором.

Piscine propre sur le toit Bien situé dans Istanbul Personnel vraiment aimable et essayant de trouver des solutions à la désorganisation ambiante

Établissement très mal géré. Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite pour accueillir autant de monde ( machines à café en panne , mauvais café) la salle attenante est ouverte pour dépanner mais des clients sont autorisés à fumer) Chambres très inégales avec des fenêtres tellement petites qu’il fait nuit en pleine journée dans les étages du bas. Nous avons demandé 3 fois à changer de chambre . Les chambres des étages élevées sont plus lumineuses mais très vétustes . Chambre en mauvais état ( ampoule grillée; moquette tachée, Déception autour de la piscine car une musique forte et de mauvais goût gâche le moment. Peu de transat et en mauvais état, fauteuil cassé ou tâché. Quand nous sommes partis le personnel de l’accueil nous a demandé de mettre un 10 sur booking pour être surclassé la fois suivante .

The location is absolutely fantastic! It’s very close to all types of public transportation and is also situated on a central street, making it very convenient to get around. The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

Malheureusement, rien de suffisamment positif pour compenser l’expérience que nous avons vécue.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons compris que cet hôtel ne nous convenait pas. Comme nous n’avions même pas encore pris possession de la chambre, nous avons demandé à l’établissement un geste commercial et l’annulation de la réservation, mais celui-ci a refusé toute possibilité de remboursement. Nous avons alors attendu plusieurs heures l’intervention de Booking, qui devait nous aider à trouver une solution. Sans retour dans la soirée, nous avons finalement fait le check-in tardivement. Malheureusement, en entrant dans la chambre, nous avons découvert une forte odeur désagréable et un niveau de propreté très insuffisant. L’établissement était également très bruyant en raison de l’emplacement. Le quartier nous a beaucoup déçus : rues sales et environnement dans lequel nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en sécurité. Après seulement quelques minutes dans la chambre, nous avons quitté l’hôtel et avons dû payer un autre établissement pour passer la nuit. Je conseille aux voyageurs de ne pas se fier uniquement à la note affichée sur Booking ni à une offre qui paraît particulièrement avantageuse. Dans notre cas, le prix initial affiché était élevé et la réduction très importante, ce qui nous a laissé penser que nous profitions d’une excellente offre pour un établissement d’un certain standing. Notre expérience sur place a malheureusement été très différente. Je recommande donc de bien consulter les avis récents, les photos et l’emplacement avant de réserver.
