Rooms have a shared door to other rooms no very secure you can feel how other guest try to open the door.

Breakfast was simple and good.

EL servicio de recepción es pésimo. Sus excelentísimas majestades de recepción, sobre todo del turno de tarde noche no pueden ser molestados. Mi habitación estaba situada en la tercera planta, el ruido de las máquinas arriba de mi habitación era insufrible. Bajé a recepción para pedir un cambio de habitación pero ni caso. Una señorita de gafas en forma de corazón me dijo que no se podía, que había máxima ocupación, y se quedó tan ancha. Fue otro trabajador, no de recepción, que me indicó que las máquinas paraban a las 23h, cosa que ocurrió hasta las 00h del día 7/08/26. Las máquinas volvieron a las 6 am. También hubo un apagón, volvió la luz y al preguntar por las escaleras para subir a mi habitación ya que el elevador no terminaba de funcionar, la misma señorita me dijo que no sé podía, que si lo hacía se activaría la alarma. Podría seguir pero lo dejo aquí, las habitaciones son bastante correctas como son las de la misma cadena, pero creo que al menos podrían haberme consultado si quería el cambio de habitación al día siguiente. Es decir darle seguimiento a mi molestia.

Das Zimmer war einwandfrei sauber, wie das ganze Hotel.

Es ist eigentlich unverständlich das eine Hotelkette bei diesem Preis ausschließlich Einweggeschirr benutzt. Styroporteller, Pappschalen, Plastikbecher und Einwegbesteck. Der Kaffe war eher ungenießbar und das Buffet war stark Mexicanisch was nicht schlecht ist, aber die Auswahl ist sehr übersichtlich gehalten.

The location was great, the staff was very friendly and the complementary breakfast was good.

The pillows were tiny and not very comfortable. The blow dryer and iron were very old and need to be upgraded.

Our room was nice and roomy.

Our room had a bad odor. We left after one night and they were kind enough to refund. It is far from the center.

The staff was very friendly. The only problems were that the shower curtain was too short which didn’t keep the water inside the shower and the hair dryer/electrical outlet was not working.

The breakfast was outstanding, so many options and different meals. Every day I really loved the breakfast

The room had no phone inside. I could not communicate with the front desk and the room was very small. I didn't like that. The shower just had a curtain, and it didn't have actually a sliding door which makes a watery mess in the bathroom. The sheets I could tell were not clean. It seems like they were used before which is unacceptable. They have to be clean with every new guest.

No hot water. Ok for just 1 night

The front desk manager was extremly rude and unaccomodating when I asked for a late check out the day before I needed to check out. It turned out that it was not necessary, but a very unpleasant experience.

The hotel location shown on the Hotels.com map is not accurate! It’s about a mile west….. which was a bummer because I picked it based on proximity to the bus station (it’s not). Clean enough, basic, charmless, elevator, coffee machine made surprisingly good coffee.

Nice breakfast and the staff in the morning was very kind and helpful

One of the staff around 12 pm on January 1 was rude to my father and ignored him for about 30 minutes when he was trying to check in. Staff was helping other guests as they came in , but completely ignored my father . The day was not a busy day .

It was good as expected from a low budget Marriott.

The beds and linens are VERY worn out, very uncomfortable pillows. Breakfast was ok. Location is a long walk to city center.

This hotel gad everything we needed. Got a room with 2 beds. Beds were the most comfortable with great pillows. Room modern and clean and good WiFi Air-conditioning was effective and quite Location convenient with car park and not too far for walking Just 10/10

Everything we needed was close by...real close to the city center and mercados...well we like walking and it was great for us...

We got a room next to the laundry room, at 6am the machines were making an annoying noise.

The property was clean and functional and the staff were all very friendly. Laundry service was same day if you drop it to them early enough and was reasonably priced. Good location walk (5-10 mins) from the main Oaxaca areas and the side streets are lovely to get there…. Great value for money

It was convenient and fairly priced.

The bathroom faucet had too much pressure and it was very hard to graduate. Every time I opened everything got wet, the counter, my person from waist to face and the floor. I'm not exaggerating, it was really very difficult to use.

The breakfast was good & it was a hot breakfast daily. They had drinking bottled water to refill our water bottle in the dining room & the tons we're very clean. They didn't have face towels & only 1 hand towel per room. When I asked for a 2nd towel, I was told only 1 per room!?! 😳 "What?" Front desk said they'd ask & get me one. Didn't get one.... bottom line, had to ask 3x & get it from the front desk. The next day after housekeeping, it was gone! I didn't try to get another one! Too much hassle!

The breakfast is convenient, the location is a 10 to 15 minute walk to town and to the ADO station. The place is clean. The Volaris flight crews stay there. The staff are nice and helpful. The AC was nice and functional, not too weak but also not strong. The shower water pressure was also just fine, and it got very hot for a long shower. We had a first floor room, so YMMV. They change towels every day if you want, which was nice. There is no phone in the room so you have to go in person to ask anything.

The hotel shares a similar name to another hotel on the east side of town, and both listings online use each other's photos to add to the confusion. This can make things difficult with taxis. There really are no amenities onsite other than a small fitness room. Wish there was a pool or rooftop lounge, or even a small shop. If you need anything, even a bottle of water (30 pesos), you had to buy it from a vending machine and make change with front desk if you didn't have enough. Between using Uber, asking front desk, or hailing one directly from the street, the last option was the quickest one which was somewhat disappointing. Breakfast was convenient yes but the hot options are limited to eggs, and a potato dish, and beans. It slightly changes in how they cook it from one day to the next. There are many many cafes and restaurants serving breakfast around the hotel, I wouldn't book here just because of breakfast.

We arrived early, they accommodated us with storing our luggage until check in . The front desk clerk Viridiana was very helpful. I would definitely use this hotel on my next trip to Oaxaca.

de entrada los teléfonos no servían, ni la plancha, ice machine y el mini fridge no enfríava lo suficiente :{ la verdad es muy incomodo estar ahí por la ubicación para estacionarse todavía le hacen mucho show cuando uno llega no te dejan estacionar donde a uno se le haga mas fácil ya que traiamos a mi hijo de un 1 año. muchísimo ruido con música y platica como si tuvieran fiesta y los de front des no hicieron nada al respecto y eso que tuve que bajar 2 veces a las 11 y 2 am la verdad no lo recomiendo para nada. LOS EMPLEADOS DE LIMPIEZA Y DE COCINA ES LO UNICO BUENO QUE TIENE ESTE HOTEL

Hotel location is decent. Room is basic and clean. This hotel has lots of staff especially at the restaurant but I had never seen it was run so inefficiently. Servers just stand around and talking to each other. I asked coffee for three times but was ignored every time. Someone has to teach the two guys at BK how to smile even they don’t know how to speak English. Worst service at any Marriott I had ever experienced.

Poor service

Clean and very well located, just a few minutes from the center. Conveniently located near the center but in a silent and confortable zone, no noises, no crowds, nice rest and a very convenient fee. Absolutely recommendable.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but lack variety. Able to accommodate our request for a quiet room. At the edge of the tourist area, so great balance between convenience and solitude.

There are 3 locations for this hotel in google maps. We went to 2 wrong locations before finding it (2 taxi rides). After explaining it to the receptionist, it seemed that they were aware of that situation but simply did not care. We asked for info regarding day tours, where they replied over there, there is a flyer. Help yourself. That is not a 4 star hotel service. I would say that this hotel has only 2 stars: no safe in the room, no fridge, no window, breakfast was very simple and plastic plates and silverware.

The location was fantastic: close enough to walk anywhere yet far away enough from the city center to have a quiet night. Being "just outside" the city center is also great for taxi/tour pickups, as the city center itself is impossible to drive

The hotel was OK. Like, just OK. But it was pricey and not great value/money. Still, all other hotels in the area seem to be really expensive as well. But a few basics weren't there: no safe in the room, the bathroom faucet splashed everywhere so it was very hard to wash your hands or brush your teeth without getting wet. The breakfast was kinda on the lacking side in both diversity and quality. The coffee was particularly poor. The staff was super nice but not very helpful with their indications or made mistakes when I asked for assistance.
