Tolle Lage & mit mega schönen Sonnenuntergängen! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal: An der Rezeption wurden wir sehr kompetent auf Englisch betreut, speziell von Tiunn! Danke. Busverbindungen direkt ins Hotel oder für Ausflüge möglich z.B. zum Schiff-Fähre Hafen Terminal für auf die Nachbarsinseln. Haben auch E-Bikes gemietet, war cool um auch andere Strände zu besuchen. Restaurant und Bar sehr nette Betreung durch Palma. Taucher werden von Euro-Divers mit Bus abgeholt! Divers Station ist im Clubmed nur 5 Minten entfernt. BBQ im Sommer auch möglich. Waren wir 3 x bei 8 Nächten, am Pool draussen, schön und entspannt bei Sonnenuntergang. Kommen gerne wieder.

gli ambienti comuni sono decisamente da rivedere. la piscina è orribile. servizio spiaggia approssimativo perche ci sono pochi ompbrelloni e lettini.

Een aanrader om de vakantie af te sluiten. Wij zaten met twee kinderen in een huisje. Geweldig uitzicht. Bedden comfortabel. Bubbelbad op balkon was een verrassing. Ontbijt was ook prima.

Jammer dat ze niet standaard badlakens aanbieden voor hotelgasten.

Struttura vecchia e spazi comuni sporchi Organizzata malissimo, senza nessuna attenzione alle esigenzedel cliente: code x la colazione, perché bloccano i tavoli da 6 per sole 2 persone; responsabile del bar maleducato: se compri il pranzo e chiedi un bicchiere d’acqua del rubinetto, ti risponde di comprarti la bottiglia al distributore e portartela. Se vuoi affittare una bici per un giorno successivo, pagandola in anticipo, ti rispondono che devi presentarti alla reception il giorno stesso, alle 7 del mattino se vuoi essere certo che sia disponibile. Ogni cosa è così: le uniche due persone professionali erano là Trainer della reception ed una cameriera del bar, tra le pochissime a parlare bene inglese e dunque aperte al confronto e attente alle esigenze dei clienti E’ l’unica baia dell’isola a rischio box jellyfish, per cui il bagno si può fare solo all’interno di una rete: non si vede né un pesce né un corallo.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for the beach towels every time I needed fresh ones. I also don’t understand the need for the hotel to change the room towels daily but one has to pay for cleaning the room.

Struttura antiquata ma su una bella spiaggia attrezzata e con reti antimeduse. La nostra stanza era una tripla ed era grande, comoda e con una bella vista mare. Molto grande e comodo anche il bagno e la doccia. Si mangia veramente molto bene. Abbiamo cenato al buffet e pranzato al bar sempre molto bene.

La struttura, soprattutto nelle parti comuni, è antiquata e da riammodernare, la piscina è orribile. Il personale capisce pochissimo l’inglese ma è gentile.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, le niveau d’entretien et de propreté nous a déçus. Une blatte vivante dans la chambre et deux blattes mortes derrière le bureau. De grandes toiles d’araignée au-dessus des fauteuils massants. Pas de ménage quotidien ni de réfection du lit. Une prise électrique maintenue avec du scotch, ce qui donne une impression de vétusté. Les installations sont vieillissantes et nécessitent des travaux. Aucune bouteille d’eau offerte malgré le grand réfrigérateur : il faut acheter l’eau à la boutique ou au distributeur. Serviettes de plage payantes, ce que nous avons trouvé dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich alt und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Für einen doch gehobenen Preis war die Zimmerreinigung nicht inklusive und musste extra gezahlt werden.

かびらビレッジに泊まりました。お部屋のバルコニーにお風呂があり、とっても優雅な気分になれました。スタッフの対応もとても温かく、朝食も美味しかったです。洗濯が出来るのもありがたく、乾燥機以外にも、洗濯ロープや洗濯ハンガーなどもあり、ありがたいなぁと思いました。プールに海、ブランコもあり、６歳息子はとても楽しんでいました。一泊だったので、もう少しゆっくり滞在したかったです。

市街地から離れていたこともあり、星空は綺麗だった。 ホテル内の売店は21:30まで空いていたので、困ることはなかった。

トイレットペーパーが切れたら、フロントまで取りに来るよう言われた。一泊6万円以上払っているのに残念に感じた。また、清掃なしのプランで納得はしていたが、タオル交換だけではなく、部屋着の交換もして欲しかった。

* The location, just a short walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. * The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. One member of staff spoke excellent English and was exceptionally professional, kind, and helpful. * The breakfast buffet is varied and has many options, both sweet and salty. * Marine activities (snorkeling tour, scuba diving, stand-up paddle, etc.) are available on the beach of the hotel.

* The hotel is in need of a complete refurbishment. The rooms and above all bathrooms are outdated and worn. * For a four-star hotel at this price point, daily housekeeping should be standard. Instead, the staff only replaced the towels. We were told the service is possible until 3pm. Every day (once even at 11 am) we found a piece of paper under our door saying that the house keeper had passed and that if we wanted the towels changed we had to inform the reception before 3:00pm. If you want full housekeeping, it costs an extra 3000 yen. * With temperatures of 30–35°C and high humidity, providing at least one bottle of water would be the minimum. Instead, guests have to buy water from vending machines for around 170 yen per bottle. * The only dining options are a buffet (with little variation from day to day) or a barbecue. We found both overpriced (~5000 yen per person). It would have been nice to have “à la carte” options to vary a bit. * The hotel is very isolated. Kabira, the nearest village, is about a 30-minute walk away, so renting a car is highly recommended. * The common areas are not dirty, but they are clearly not well maintained. The carpets in the corridors, lifts, and common spaces looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. * After 2:30 p.m., there is virtually no food available apart from snacks, nuts at the bar, or junk food from the small shop. Even coffee is no longer served after lunch. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. * The final disappointment came on the day of departure. While waiting for our taxi, we sat on one of the sofas near the bar. The area was empty, yet the bartender asked us to move elsewhere. It was an unnecessary and unwelcoming end to our stay. Overall, the hotel never justified its premium price. We arrived with high expectations but left disappointed.

Un séjour parfait pour terminer notre voyage au Japon ! Après 15 jours de road trip entre Tokyo, le Mont Fuji, Kyoto et Osaka, nous avions envie de calme et de repos, et cet hôtel était exactement ce qu’il nous fallait. L’hôtel est accueillant, propre et très agréable. Nous y étions fin juillet et avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas trop de monde. La situation au bord de la baie est magnifique, avec de superbes couchers de soleil chaque soir. 🌅 Une vraie parenthèse de tranquillité après le tumulte des grandes villes japonaises. Nous avons adoré nos quelques jours à Ishigaki et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.

フロントからかなり遠かった。スーツケースを自分たちで運んだのだが、舗装されていないので、タイヤが土にはまり散々な目にあいながら、宿までたどりついた。帰りはさすがにフロントに電話をして、荷物だけでも運んでもらえないかお願いしたら、してもらえた。それなら、チェックインのときも声をかけてほしかったし、施設の説明などほとんどなく、部屋のジャグジーの使い方、電気の消し方など、わからないことだらけだった。トイレの電気も薄暗く、ところどころで設備の古さを感じた。それで、この値段は高すぎると思った。最初に泊まっていたホテルの方が値段も安く、快適だったぶん、よりがっかりしてしまった。

スタッフの皆さんがとにかく笑顔で、気配りが素晴らしかったです！

静かで穏やかな環境

朝食のバイキングで、海の見える窓際の席が明らか空いたばかりだったのにスタッフに「今席が決まりましたので」と奥の方に案内された。これはおかしいと思い観察していると、海の見える窓際はリッチな外国人客で奥には日本人が詰め込まれているのがわかりました。つまり、ここのホテルは客を意図的に差別しているという事。非常に不快感を覚えました。

חוף וואו המלון וואו מלבד האוכל לא היה לנו משהו בריאותי לאכול בארוחות הכל עם חזיר כמעט שרימפס ופחות בקר עוף דגים . ממש קשה להיות על שתי ארוחות ביום יום אם קובעים דברים והמסעדה נסגרת מוקדם בצהריים.

Obiekt jest cudowny, hotel ma swoje lata ale jest bardzo zadbany i czysty, pokoje ogromne z niebywałym widokiem. Hotel jest daleko od wszystkiego, jest tam cisza, spokój, przepiękna plaża. Autobus podjeżdża pod same drzwi, można zjechać do miasta lub do Kabiry, płatność kartą w autobusie bez problemu. Przepyszny grill, sklepik z pamiątkami i przekąskami, bar z alkoholami również europejskimi, przemiła obsługa. W okolicy nie ma restauracji ani sklepu mimo iz google pokazuje że są, trzeba zjechać do miasta, autobus jedzie ponad godzinę, więc warto zrobić zakupy większe przed przyjazdem.

시설이랑 석식뷔페 나쁘지않습니다. 프라이빗 비치도 있고 안에 음료수,과자,맥주 등 매점도 있긴합니다. 조금비쌈.

숙박자체는 좋았지만 핸드폰분실을 하였고 카운터에 두고간게 생각이나서 객실내 전화기로 물어봤고 찾아본뒤 연락 준다고 하였습니다. 없다고 전화가오더군요 갤럭시 내폰찾기 시스템으로 울려보니 1층카운터에 있었습니다. 제대로 찾아보지도 않고 없다고 하는,사과도 안하는 관리인의 태도에 일본 이미지,호텔이미지를 다깎아먹네요. 일본 되게 좋게봤는데 이부분은 정말 아쉽네요

海に近くてのんびりできた。朝食も美味しかった。 近くに何もないので静かでのんびりできる。部屋からの景色がとても良い。

不便なところにぽつんと建っているので廻りにお店があったらいいのにと思いますがこのロケーションでは無理だとは思います。

El millor de l’hotel és, sens dubte, la seva ubicació davant del mar. Disposa de platja privada i piscina, i les habitacions són grans, netes i còmodes.

Com a punt negatiu, cal tenir en compte que no hi ha konbinis ni restaurants a prop. L’hotel ofereix tots els serveis necessaris, però tenen un cost addicional que pot resultar una mica elevat.

Posizione stupenda a due passi dal mare con spiaggia privata e piscina. Disponibilità e cortesia dello staff, pulizia e cura delle stanze. Ottima cucina ( provata sia a pranzo che a cena). Possibilità di noleggio bici. Fermata dell’autobus di fronte all’hotel.

Le plus grand point fort de cet hôtel est sans aucun doute son personnel exceptionnel ! Toute l’équipe est incroyablement gentille, accueillante et fait tout son possible pour vous aider. Certains parlent très bien anglais, et ceux qui ne le parlent pas font de leur mieux pour communiquer avec vous, toujours avec le sourire. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au bord de la magnifique plage de Sukuji. Attention toutefois, la baignade est limitée à une zone délimitée en raison de la présence possible de méduses. Le coucher de soleil est absolument magnifique et peut être admiré directement depuis l’hôtel. Des bus desservent le secteur ; ils ne sont pas très fréquents, il faut donc prévoir ses déplacements, mais cela reste tout à fait faisable. L’hôtel propose également à la location de très bons vélos électriques pour la journée, ce qui est une excellente option pour explorer les environs. Enfin, une mention spéciale au barman 😉, toujours souriant et très sympathique !

À notre arrivée, nous avions réservé un bungalow. Malheureusement, nous y avons trouvé de nombreux insectes, vivants comme morts (plusieurs araignées et même un gros cafard), ce qui nous a poussés à demander un changement de chambre. Le personnel a été extrêmement réactif et compréhensif : nous avons été relogés immédiatement dans une chambre située dans le bâtiment principal. Si vous êtes très sensible aux insectes, je vous conseille donc de privilégier les chambres du bâtiment principal plutôt que les bungalows. L’hôtel est également assez isolé. Il n’y a pratiquement rien aux alentours pour acheter de la nourriture. Même si les repas proposés par l’hôtel sont de bonne qualité, ils restent assez cher.

Views from the balcony are really good. They can't get better. It's also close to the Manta bay and there are a few diving spots which are really good as well.

Buffet was ~4,000 yen and food was a weird mix of Japanese and Western cuisine. They had some wannabe Italian appetisers and in general we thought it wasn't worth it. Wish they stick to Japanese food which is incredible. They also told us that we needed to pay ~3,000 yen per day if we wanted to get the room clean. This was not explained in Booking.com but it was in their website. I wish we knew, but this is a problem with Booking.com. On another hand, the hotel feels a bit weird in terms of space. They have a really big garden but a small swimming pool with a few sunbeds. With a small remodelling I think the hotel would look 10x better.

Великолепное расположение, великолепное море - это японские Мальдивы, хороший снорклинг. Красиво, тихо, немноголюдно в виду отдаленного расположения. При желании можно пешком - минут 20 дойти до ближайшего городочка с несколькими ресторанчиками. Чисто.

Отель в стиле американских отелей 60 годов, все весьма аскетично, и обстановка немного "уставшая", в первый же вечер выключался свет в номере при включении нескольких зарядок, не очень высокого качества интернет в номере. Сюрпризом было, что полная уборка номера со сменой белья - за дополнительную плату, в стоимость номера включена только смена полотенец и выброс мусора.

Struttura favolosa, staff di rara cordialità, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Ottimo per chi vuole andare a rilassarsi dopo aver girato il Giappone. Oasi di pace Consigliatissima. A me e mia moglie hanno fatto una stupenda foto che hanno decorato con coralli e conchiglie come ricordo del nostro viaggio di nozze.

超讚的，我只能說這是非常完美的飯店，要玩海上活動走去旁邊就可以報名，還可以踩小海灘，戶外游泳池也很棒，飯店buffet用餐也很棒，還有高級按摩椅可以使用，簡直就是渡假首選。 服務人員都非常熱心親切，幫忙解決了很多問題。

El personal es muy amable. La zona de la piscina con acceso directo a la playa privada está genial, también se pueden contratar actividades en el mismo hotel. Finalmente, nos alojamos en una habitación con vistas al mar espectacular. La habitación muy amplia y limpia.

Al principio alquilamos una cabaña, pero al llegar vimos que había muchos insectos. Esa misma tarde, encontramos una araña enorme dentro del váter. Al estar rodeado de tanta vegetación es lo normal, pero si no estás cómodo con insectos no recomiendo la cabaña. No obstante, pedimos un cambio de habitación y el personal lo gestionó sin problema y deprisa.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, the nature is great and we recommend staying at the villas for privacy. The food was ok :)

The staff was unfriendly - we had multiple occasions where food that we paid couldn’t be ordered, because we arrived at the restaurant at 14:28 (lunch finishes at 15:00!!). We had to argue on multiple occasions about this. The last order is always 30 minutes before closing but so is the last “take” of all inclusive food. They just take away the dishes even though the food is already prepared and people are still in the restaurant. We have also arrived an hour early and the rooms were ready, but the reception told us we can have an early check in for 3300 yen per villa - poor hospitality… The rooms were not cleaned at all during our stay (3 nights) - we had only towels exchanged. No pool / beach towels were available. The staff didn’t speak good English. The humidity was mishandled - no purifiers and ventilation. Bathrooms smelled and we had 2 cockroaches

海が近く、ツアー（アクティビティー）も行きやすい。建物は古いが部屋は綺麗。高級ホテルよりも自然が楽しめて良い。ローカルなエリアなため、市街地みたいにお店は充実していないが、その分自然が楽しめた。子供が虫や海の生き物が大好きなのでとても楽しめました。

わかりやすく「パジャマやタオルを変えて欲しい」とメモしておかないと忘れられることもあった。

部屋の掃除がいっさいなかった事 朝食ビュッフェに行けなかっだ子供にパンでも何でもよかったんだけど部屋に持って行ける事ができず残念でした😞 料金は払ってるのに タオルの数が少なくて追加には料金がかかるといわれちょっとサービスがイマイチ 今回2回目宿泊でしたが前回はそんな事なかったんだけどなんだかなぁー

毎日の清掃が付いてなかった 中学生の子供が朝食にいけなかったので部屋に軽く持って行ってあげたかったけどスタッフにお願いしたらダメだと言われ他のホテルでは大体オッケーなのにお金も払ってるのに 残念でしたコーヒーの部屋持ちもダメやしちょっと残念でした3歳の子の朝食代も５日の内3回しか利用しなかったが５日分請求されてたし😔ちょっとサービスがいまいちでした

Habitacion muy grande, cómoda y buena vista al mar. Muy buen desayuno con muchas opciones disponibles con cocina japonesa y occidental. En general es muy tranquilo al contar con playa privada y de acceso directo. En generla tuvumos una buena y tranquila experiencia.

La ubicacion no es la mejor ya que no hay comercio en zonas cercanas. Tienda de conveniencia mas cercana se encuentra a 25 minutos en automovil. Está pensado para quedarse en el hotel y realizar todo allí. Todos los servicios son de pago adicional y en general no son económicos. Cobran 100 yenes por cada toalla de playa que quieras utilizar. Restaurante no cuenta con opciones vegetarianas por lo que tuvimos que salir a comprar comida todos los días al centro.

とても美しいビーチにシームレスでアクセスできる立地が最高でした。施設は全体的に年季が入っている感じはありますが、リノベーションと行き届いた管理でとても快適です。特に宿泊したとぅもーる館の部屋は部屋がとても綺麗で小さい子供が地べたで這いつくばっても安心でした。朝食も美味しいです。

近くにコンビニがないので、買い物は市内に寄った際にあらかじめ終わらせておくのが良い。 夕食のバイキングを利用したが、特段感動はなく、値段の割にうーんといった感じでした。

Buffet du matin manque de variétés, personnel beaucoup trop strict, manque de chaises sur les balcons et à la plage. Le prix du buffet pour le souper est nettement trop élevé pour la qualité de la nourriture qui y est servie

Cleaning was not included in the price The dinner cost - 10000 yen for 2 people and was average (but not bad) Everything inside the hotel was overpriced, which is something I wasn’t used to in Japan They also provide snorkeling/diving and other water activities For snorkelling we payed 20k yen for 2 people, but we did see mantas and sea turtles so I’d say I enjoyed every penny Just overall this over-pricing thing there and a feeling this is a European/Americans-oriented hotel didn’t leave me my whole stay, which I didn’t like too much

Great location close to the stunning Kabira Bay. Nice local restaurants, we didn’t bother with the restaurant buffet due to price. We stayed in a villa which was perfect for our honeymoon, we even had a Seaview which we weren’t expecting! And an outside spa bath! It was so nice away from the main hotel, we only entered on check in and check out! We didn’t use them as we had a car but they have cheap bike hire too.

The pool is outdated, didn’t use. No cleaning each day although they do empty rubbish and replace towels.

Kaikkien huoneiden ikkunat taitavat avautua merelle päin ja ranta näyttää todella hyvältä koko päivän ajan. Kiertelin myös villa -puolella, jossa näytetään saavuttaneen yksityinen ja rauhallinen miljöö. Illallisbuffet on erittäin kattava ja ruoka on hyvätasoista. Myös ruokia koskevat allergeenit on kuvattu annoskohtaisesti erittäin selkeästi ja henkilökunta on TODELLA ystävällinen ja avulias.

Lounasmenu on tarjolla klo 15 asti ja seuraavan kerran hotellilta saa ravintolaruokaa vasta klo 18 illallismenun aikaan. Muita vaihtoehtoja iltaruokailulle ei käytännössä ole. Bussilla pystyy liikkumaan resortille ja sieltä pois, mutta vuoroja ajetaan harvakseltaan. Allasbaarin hinnoittelu tuntui ehkä kalliin puoleiselta, mutta toisaalta hotelli on suhteellisen halpa ja muita vaihtoehtoja juomien hankkimiseen (esim. automaatit) ei käytännössä ole.

Fijne rustige villa met jacuzzi op de veranda. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Meer dan genoeg parkeerplaatsen voor de huurauto. Fijn strand waar je prima kan zwemmen (maar niet snorkelen, daarvoor moet je naar andere stranden).

Voor het diner was er alleen de optie van het avondbuffet in de ontbijtruimte. De aankleding van die ruimte is nogal saai en het all you can eat & drink concept moet je ook maar liggen. Om buiten de deur te eten, moet je wel met de auto op pad. In Kabira zijn wel een paar goede opties voor avondeten.

獨立小木屋空間以兩個人來說非常大，陽台外還有浴缸可以泡澡，如果有玩水去陽台沖洗也很方便，早餐菜色也不錯可以吃的很飽。

私人海灘有圈出小小一個區域可以下去玩水，但比較受限制的感覺，其他外圍在玩水上活動感覺不能人直接下去有點可惜，另外小木屋外面蟲有點多需要注意。

Nocowaliśmy w willi położonej w pięknym egzotycznym ogrodzie. Klimat tego miejsca był niesamowity. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Smaczne posiłki, szczególnie kolacje.

No hablan inglés. El restaurante para la cena es solo Buffet y no habían restaurantes abiertos cerca. Nos fuimos hasta el centro que está a 30 minutos.

スタッフの対応が良かった。 食事も品数が多く、和食洋食共に美味しい。

コテージサイドに宿泊したが、コテージに車の乗り入れ出来ないので、荷物の運搬が大変。せめて道路を舗装してくれれば、スーツケースを運搬するのが楽になると思います。

The beach and the pool

8泊滞在しましたが、一度も客室清掃もシーツ交換もなく、とても不衛生で驚きました。 この点だけでも評価を下げざるを得ません。 サービスも柔軟性がなく、コーヒーを頼むと「ドリンクパッケージを買わないと提供できない」と言われ、 客室で食べ物を頼もうとしても「テイクアウトのみ」と断られました。 温泉にはタオルが置かれておらず、ビーチやプールでもタオルは有料レンタルのみで不便です。 さらに、大人2名・子ども1名で朝食付きプランを予約したのに、 子どもの朝食は「含まれていない」と追加料金を請求されました。 全体的に、料金に見合わないサービスで、改善が必要だと感じました。

Keine Restaurants in der. Nähe, Hotel Buffet überteuert. Zimmerreinigung muss extra bezahlt werden, Abfall wurde auch nicht täglich entsorgt. N achts hatten wir eine große Kakerlake im Zimmer. Zimmerwechsel war sofort möglich, das Problem ist also bekannt.

Había reservado una villa ( n.5) en el complejo a lado del hotel. La villa es rodeada de plantas y tenía vista al mar, es grande y muy cómoda . Tranquila y bien equipada. Ha sido la mejor elección entre las habitaciones del hotel y las villas del kabira village.

Pas grand chose, mais comme améliorations : cocktails au bar et buffet du soir plutôt chers par rapport à la qualité Avoir accès à une fontaine à eau plutôt que de devoir prendre des bouteilles en plastique au distributeur. Ou permettre d’utiliser l’eau des pichets au restaurant pour consommer en dehors du restaurant. Une personne au restaurant assez peu conciliante, après le petit déjeuner (payé avec la chambre) nous avons demandé pour remplir notre Thermos avec l’eau disponible en pichet et le monsieur du restaurant s’est énervé disant d’utiliser l’eau du robinet dans la chambre….c’est absurde car l’eau est la même que dans le pichet les glaçons en moins et beaucoup plus pratique qu’avec le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain…
