The location was central to everything we wanted to do..

Nothing specific, the timing for cleaning was too late

Clean and big room. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Helpfull staff. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby

Nothing to complain

Thank you for the beautiful reception. The staff are respectful and have a wonderful way of dealing. “Special thanks to Mr. Omar.” The hotel is clean and spacious. The service is excellent. They deserve 5 stars very well ✨

No thing

Pleasant hotel, easy parking, good atmosphere!

It would be more convenient if there were a small table and chairs on the terrace.

Very good service Rooms are very luxurious

Excellent staff! Very helpful and nice room with great view

Odalar temiz. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı iyi.

A parkolás ingyenes.

Sajnos egy régi szálloda, koszos, cigarettaszagú szobákkal, lelakott bútorok és penészes zuhanyzóval, a szálloda környéke semmtúl bizalomgerjesztő, kicsit 8-ker szint....

zeer vriendelijke personeel. Schone kamers en goed qua prijs-kwaliteit

Room service is fully prepared to meet all my needs and the location in sisli its to much calm and safety And ask about the hero burak he have Positive energy

I like everything specially when the reception staff greet me with a smile.

I like the property it was nice, calm, friendly environment.

location was very good close to bus stop and a 20 min walk or a 210 lira taxi ride to the nearest metro station the room I had was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the roads and views of mosques Istanbul is an amazing city what made this trip extra special where the staff at the Urban Hotel Bomonti very helpful and always there whenever you need them nothing was too much for them I would like to say a special thank you to KAAN AYNA what a great guy always smiling thank you for all your help Enes & Yigit thank you for everything Taha - Oguz - Toprak and Burak what a great team I have stayed at so many hotels but the team here at Urban Bomonti to me where very professional and made my stay extra special. Thank you guys Inshallah see you all again at some point

I didn't like the first room I had I arrived late at night and they said they would change it there was a smell of smoke in the corridor must have been a smoking floor I have bad asthma so I couldn't stay there - the team understood and they sorted it out first thing in the morning - to be fair the first room was on the small side for me but they made amends and gave me a great place for my stay

Location is good. Staff are excellence just a nice Family vibe

All Good

Location and cleanness. Staff helpful and kind

Breakfast could be better

Spacious rom, clean, good toiletries.

The location is like on a hill so its difficult to walk.

Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Oguz and Enes were especially great! Polite, professional, and always ready to help. They made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable

Overall, the hotel is not bad. But it would be unfair to call it a 4-star hotel. Because it does not deserve 4 stars. I did not like the breakfast, it was very poor. I expected a richer breakfast from a hotel that costs 80 euros a day. I was satisfied with the cleanliness. Cleaning is done every day. I was not dissatisfied with the staff either.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Urban Hotel in Bomonti. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel is well-located, making it a great choice for anyone looking to stay in the Bomonti area. I would absolutely recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

The reception staff are friendly and ready to help... they are the best.

Staff if very friendly, the guy at the reception had good English.

The room smelled awful of cigarettes. My clothes absorbed the smell. Bathroom cleanness was mediocre.

Location is perfect, the staff ware very helpful specially Mesut. He made our stay better and easier 10 out of 10

It was a bit noisy during the night, but this is not a hotel's or staff fold, just a rude customers.

Very good location

Lage da wir dort sein wollten

Personal super unfreundlich.

I made a mistake in my reservation due to time difference and they allowed me to stay without any charge. My room was clean and comfy. Hotel is in a central area that you can find coffee shops, pubs in walking distance and shopping malls by driving 10 mins.

I stayed in this hotel before, it was perfect to spend time before my flight to Izmır. Staff was friendly, there was plenty of variety at breakfast. My room was clean. They gave us one of the rooms facing the back, so it was very quiet, thank you for that also.

Otelin konumu her yere çok yakın taksim beşiktaş şişli 5 dakikalık mesafede hepsi. çalışanlar size her konuda yardımcı oluyor.
