Staff yasin was an amazing person and very professional

I am writing to share feedback regarding my stay in Room 607 from 05th Sep to 09th Sep. orginal room 401 triple bed with balcony. Upon check-in to the room I had booked, I found there was an AC water leakage. I reported this to Mr. Erkin at the front desk. He initially informed me that no other room was available, which was very upsetting, especially as I was with my family. After I insisted that I could not stay in that condition, he managed to arrange a family room for 1 night. However, he informed me that I would be charged extra if I continued in the family room for the remaining nights. I explained that the issue was not caused by me but was a maintenance issue from the hotel's side. As a Genius Level 3 member on Booking.com, I have never been asked to pay extra for an upgrade necessitated by a hotel issue. Mr. Erkin still insisted on the extra charge and said "if you want you can choose". This conversation in front of my family made us feel very uncomfortable and sad. To avoid further escalation, I agreed to pay and stay. From a brand like Ramada, I expected much better handling of such a situation. Being charged extra for a fault that is not the guest's fault is not fair.

We had an exceptional family stay at this property! The location in Şişli is unbeatable—very peaceful, safe, and just a short walk to the metro station, Cevahir Mall, and great local eateries, making exploring Istanbul incredibly easy. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with great amenities. The breakfast spread every morning was delicious and offered plenty of fresh variety. Above all, the staff was remarkably warm, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended for families, and we would definitely choose to stay here again!

Everything was great overall, but having a Muslim shower in the bathroom would make the stay even more comfortable, especially for international and Muslim travelers. Other than this minor point, our experience was wonderful!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast is very good with a selection of foods. The restaurant/bar on the top floor offers an excellent view of the city. Overall a very comfortable experience.

There are not so many good restaurants in the area around the hotel, so if you a looking for choice then you will need to go further afield. Metro is about 15 minutes away by foot, but not easy to roll a case over narrow, crowded and broken pavements - I recommend taking a taxi!

The room was very good and some of the staff were very helpfull ..i would like to thank Mustafa and Takwa they are amazing .

Too small elevators and no loby (very small area ) ...The resturant at breakfast time was too over crowded .

The staff were very kind, professional and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the daily room cleaning was excellent. I also really enjoyed the restaurant and its beautiful view of the city.

I didn’t have any major issues during my stay.

The hotel is so clean and the staff is wonderful especially Arcine & Rita . They were so helpful and Rita used to check on us if everything is okay. Their breakfast is TOP.

Exceptional stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive. They have upgraded our room even without asking. Breakfast was fantastic, we couldn't ask for more. Rooms were very comfy and had everything we've needed. The location was also great. It was just ten minutes walk from the subway. They're also offering free car park in premises which we really needed and quite valuable in such busy area.

Sound isolation can be better. Nothing that affect our experience but can be an issue for light sleepers.

I have stayed at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Istanbul Bomonti several times before, but unfortunately, my recent stay was not as good as my previous experiences. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, which is definitely a positive. However, there are several issues that I believe hotel management should seriously consider if they want to maintain a consistent level of quality. The sound insulation between rooms is quite poor. During my stay, I could clearly hear conversations, TV sounds, and even music from both neighboring rooms, which was particularly disturbing and affected the overall comfort. The breakfast quality has also significantly declined compared to my previous stays. Considering the hotel’s overall standard, I expected better quality and more consistency. Another inconvenience was that the room telephone was not working, meaning that whenever I needed something, I either had to go downstairs to reception or wait for the reception team to respond via WhatsApp. This is not ideal, especially when staying in a hotel where room service and guest requests should be easily accessible. There was also an issue with towels during housekeeping. Each time the room was cleaned, the used towels were taken away but not replaced, so we had to request new ones afterward. Overall, the hotel still has positive aspects, especially the cleanliness of the rooms, but several operational and quality issues have become noticeable. Given that I have stayed here before and had a better experience, the recent decline is disappointing. I hope the management takes these points seriously and works on improving the service and maintaining the quality expected from the brand.

Almost everything was available with helpful staff especially Mustafa at reception and Taqwa at breakfast hall.

Herşeyini beğendim diye bilirim. Yalnızca girişte küçük sorun yaşadım, erken giriş için (12:00) Booking aracılığıyla not bırakmışdım. Rezerv etdiğim Excutive oda hazır olmadığı için "Deluxe" oda teklif edildi ve bunu "Upgrade" olarak açıkladılar sanki daha iyi odaymış gibi, kabul etmedim. Çünki aksine daha aşağı kategi teklif ediyolardı. Ve saat 2 e kadar beklemek zorunda kaldım. Bunun dışında herşey güzeldi.

The room was generally clean, and the staff were helpful.

I stayed on the 6th floor, directly below the restaurant, and the noise was very disturbing. It usually started around 7:00 AM and continued until approximately 11:00 AM. The hotel is also a bit far from the metro station. In addition, the lobby is very small with only a few seats, which are usually occupied. Overall, the hotel was not quiet or comfortable enough for a relaxing stay.

I don't like anything about the hotel reception and one of the their staff at the reception lacks professionalism and customer service relation.

One of the front desk attendant was rude and unprofessional. After paying for two nights before my arrival and I had some delay with the flight plan, I contacted them and they agreed to extend my check out time till the time I leave instead of the normal check out time (I was supposed to check in on 18th August 2026 and I checked in on the 19th August 2026). . One of their manager (Mr. Erkan) had agreed that I'll check out on 20th August 2026 around 10pm when I'm supposed to catch my flight. A supposed rude attendant from the reception called me around 1pm that, I should take my stuff and leave the room that he doesn't care where I go to, totally inhumane and bad way of addressing someone who stayed in your hotel and paid for your services. I won't ever recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my enemy. They changed the room I initially paid for and gave me another room after much plea and persuasion and the room does not worth what I paid for. No toiletries, No room service (i got one room service for only a day). Bad behavior from one of the hotel staff. Lack of professionalism and customer service relation.

It is a beautiful cave hotel with many hidden gems. Starting from the garden, pool area, spa, restaurant and rooftop and the cave rooms are unique and with many little details. The service is exceptional. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
