Smelly rooms, small windows and very hard which hurt my back

Close proxity to beach, shopping and restaurants.

The walls must be paper thin as you could hear everthing in the rooms next door. Waking up early to water running through pipes in the walls, people talking and traffic.

Rooftop pool is what makes it special.

Too noisey, hard to sleep and rest. Breakfast was below parr.

This is the fourth time we’ve stayed here. Every time has been great. This time we were treated to a newly refurbished room which was even better. The service and the location is great. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, amazing staff, secure and overall a great hotel.

Hard bed even when we asked for a mattress topper (didn’t bother me as I can sleep anywhere but my partner didn’t like) cleaning of the room needed a little more attention as some things not completed unless we asked to do, towels not the best for drying yourself after a shower seems to not soak any water.

The staff are fantastic the hotel is really nice with the refurbs the communication from the hotel about different things that may affect our stay was perfect and the location is always great this was our 2nd time here and we will definitely be booking and staying again everytime we are over in bali

I have been staying here for over 8years but this time was terrible. My room was not ready was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. So went and had something to eat and came back 1.5 hours later. Was told the room was still not ready. When I was there for check in at 2pm and arrived back at 3.30pm. Not good enough. Breakfast if you asked for bacon you were given 2 tiny slices. If you asked for more it felt like you had to beg. Rooms bed was so hard. If you wanted your room tidied it took them all day to get to your room at 4pm not good enough. This was a 14-day stay. I don't think I will return again

The location is central and staff are well trained. The restaurant is handy for quick meals before heading out and has a good rates money changer. The whole damily liced the infinity edge rooftop pooI. loved how close it is to some great live entertainment.

The convenience and closeness to Seminyak but yet not in the really busy heart

The showers were not clean. Impossible to get toilet paper and tissues or other ammenities, I was stealing it off the carts whilst they were cleaning. There was barely any shade on the roof top pool. If it was windy they just removed the umbrellas. It was very windy and no room to move lounges. The happy hours are advertised but apparently only on the roof top once you ask.

Bed was way too hard The air conditioner was so noisy I had to get ear plugs to sleep. Breakfast was average at best and the coffee was not fit for consumption

Every thing was great

The location is perfect and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant makes great food as well at affordable prices. The roof top pool has splendid views and a bonus is the bar right next to it.

The hotel primarily has international guests and to only have local TV channels in a language that we do not understand is a big problem. We could not watch any of the world cup matches either. Some rooms still have old generation LCD TVs with terrible picture quality. I know that renovations are underway but the old technology needs to be removed as it takes away from the experience.

Great position. Clean. Excellent staff and service. Nice pool. Very comfortable all round.

Breakfast is substandard. New chef and direction required asap. Extra help behind the egg station for starters. Bacon should be in warmer ready rather than on order and produce is too Asian focused, not always suitable for Westerners.

Had issues with the air conditioning when we first moved in but staff responded promptly and it was fixed by the next day. The food at the breakfast buffet in the Bain-maries could have been hotter

Good location right in the heart of Legian. Balcony room on 5th floor was modern, clean and well appointed. Staff were always friendly and attentive. Rooftop pool was a real plus with great views over the Kuta coastline.

The buffet breakfast had variety, but not much change each day, especially in the fruit and cold selections, made breakfast a little boring.

Hotel was clean staff friendly and great location bed was comfortable and pillows good.

Towels weren't the best hard to dry yourself.

The staff always try to accommodate you. The rooftop bar is great. The bar staff lovely and make nice cocktails. I love they have movie night on Tuesday, but haven't been yet. The rooms and beds are comfortable. Kettle in the room great for tea as not a coffee drinker.

I love the fresh omelettes. I would like the breakfast more if they didn't put garlic in tomato. Maybe some cooked mushrooms and spinach?

Can't beat Sevn for value for money, excellent location and the rooms are always spotless

Good location and nice pool. Hotel had issues on our first night so had to move hotels. They did their best to make the hotel transfer easier and compensated. Pillows too hard for my liking. Otherwise good.

Room preparation, renovation noise which i never knew was happening when I booked, air conditioning, phone not working. Broken toilet seat when I arrived, staff sleeping on the couches in the foyer at night

Everything was great , descent breakfast, staff ,pool and location were awsome. Nice little walk down to the beach to watch the sunset. Great place to stay, will definately be staying there again.

That the room I booked was not what I received. I booked a twin share room, as I was with my 12yr old son, who is as tall as me, and we each needed our own bed. I was given a single queen room. Fortunately my son is still comfortable sharing a bed with me, so we made do for this trip, but this would not be the case if he were even a year older.

The noise from the construction was disturbing especially since they started working from 6am very loudly and our room was next to where the workers would come and go from Also beds are like sleeping on a concrete slab even with a mattress topper
