The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was really tasty and staff super friendly

We only stayed one night upon our arrival in Bali

Our stay at Astagina Resort Villa & Spa was truly unforgettable. The resort is beautiful, peaceful and full of authentic Balinese charm. The lush tropical garden, the pools and the relaxing atmosphere made us feel completely at ease from the very first moment. We celebrated my 60th birthday and our 22nd wedding anniversary here with a beautiful Balinese Blessing Ceremony in the Banyan Garden. Everything was arranged with so much care, love and attention to detail. The decorations, flowers, candles, ceremony and romantic dinner created a magical atmosphere that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Astagina was not simply a hotel for us – it became a very special place in our hearts. We left Bali with wonderful memories and with the sincere hope that one day we can return.

Great adults pool, although there were kids in it in the afternoon. Loved the note on my mirror, cute extra touch. Excellent breakfast buffet!

My bathroom wasn't in the best shape, the shower/bathtub combo was scratched and a bit dirty in the corners. Hot water also took a long time to come through. The hotel is old and needs to be updated, or at the very least do basic maintenance and cleaning.

The location was perfect, very clean and well maintained, 2x beautiful swimming pools. One for kids and one for adults. Food was fantastic. Staff were very nice. Cant wait to go back.

Staff were fantastic, close to lots of shopping and food was good. Breakfast was a standout. Fresh and different each day. The staff are always maintaining the premises and it means it's always clean and well presented. Mostly quiet considering it's quite close to a busy district! Would stay again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Astagina Resort. The hotel is large, centrally located and surrounded by beautifully maintained outdoor areas and gardens, which create a relaxing atmosphere despite being so close to the heart of Seminyak. The international breakfast was very good, with plenty of options, and our room was clean and comfortable. Some parts of the rooms could benefit from a little renovation or updating, but overall our stay was very enjoyable. The staff were always kind, friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is definitely one of the highlights: perfect for exploring Seminyak and getting around easily. A very good choice for a stay in Seminyak! 🌴

A lovely evening Service was amazing from Adhitya. He looked after us all evening. And we had lovely conversations.

Nicely situated, short walk from beach, bars and shopping. The vibe is very inviting and relaxed. The bed is very comfortable, balcony was lovely place to sit of an evening and let the world pass you by. Very good price for accommodation, food and drink prices were cheap but not lacking in quality or size. Very clean rooms, housekeeping done every day with respect to your space and belongings. Loudest sounds in the morning was the singing of birds in the garden, little music sounds from outside but not loud or late. The staff were ALL amazing, my husband was ill on the first night of our stay, to much heat and not enough water. And sadly threw up during tea (nothing to do with the food or restaurant AT ALL!) and the beautiful Widia was absolutely fantastic, helping clean him up, with great professionalism, care and respect, for which I was very grateful.

Nice and cosy resort, quiet and clean. Good variety of rooms and villas that can accomodate a wide range of budgets and preferences. Lovely barbeque events organized in selected evenings. Resort spa can provide good massage and therapies.

Great place to stay, and we are returning guests. We like the location, the peace and quiet, the room, the facilities, and the breakfast. A few minor maintenance issues during our stay (that could not be helped) and would otherwise not influence my review.

The friendliest Resort we've been to in Bali. Staff are excellent and nothing was too hard for them. If you want to try a cocktail with a difference swim up to the pool side bar and ask for a Bloody Mariko-San...you won't stop at one. The Resort was very relaxing. Overall excellent

Great location!! Short walk to the beach, short walk to my fav shopping street "double six st". The staff are so friendly, easy check in and out with MEI & MIRAH. They spoke great English and were very helpful and explained everything clearly. The room was very clean with a great bed... the bathroom was a bit tiny with a shower in tub (which can be dangerous if not careful) the pools are beautiful and the breakfast was amazing with a wide selection. I would definately recommend. Great value for money.

Food and entertainment was really good. Service was great and Adhitya really looked after us.

The Astagina hotel is centrally located, very friendly helpful staff spacious and clean rooms.

This was my second stay here. Lovely quiet hotel with pleasant staff. Beds are comfortable. Good breakfast that catered to my gluten free diet.

Great stay great location good food and atmosphere

The BBQ Dinner we had at Astagina resort was wonderful. The food had a wide variety of different dishes and flavors, and everyone enjoyed their meal. The music and singing kept everyone engaged throughout. We especially enjoyed the dancing, and the amount of audience engagement that was seen with the mini dance lessons for everyone.

We loved the resort, from the beautiful walkways, pools and villas, to the friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast with lots of choices. We were travelling with our 8mo who especially loved all the fish. The room was also so lovely and quiet but also so close to everything.

The layout of the room could have been more functional but that’s all I can think of, it was great!

Incredible. Gorgeous atmosphere and the most attentive and friendly, happy staff you’ll come across. Great location walking distance to endless stores. Rooms are gorgeous, great value. Thankyou Widia for your service at the resort held pig on a spit, with live music and dancers. Incredible.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'accueil a été chaleureux et le personnel s'est montré très attentionné du début à la fin. Merci à Rochman et Mirah! La chambre était spacieuse, propre et dotée d'une literie très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner offrait un large choix de produits frais et de qualité. L'emplacement est également idéal, proche du centre ville et au calme. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Astagina is a haven of a hotel. A retreat amidst vibrant Legian. The pools and garden are beautiful and the staff are attentive. Special thanks to Aldi for cleaning my room beautifully daily. I hope to return.

Really lovely experience - the team were so helpful and it made it the perfect t place to base myself while travelling to other places for one night! Shout out to Edy who would check in each day and left my room immaculate!

Great room well serviced with responsive staff great stay. Great resort quite but in the middle of everything. The pool area was well shaded but the opportunity for sunshine if you wanted. Friendly atmosphere and good value.

We enjoyed our stay here it is relatively close to the beach which we liked. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a motel of this type , it really made our stay that much better also incredibly good coffee!!

An area I think lets them down is the check in process, it is 3 pm - who does that ! And to rub salt into that the lady knew we were waiting and said she would txt us when it was ready …. No txt was sent and our luggage was still at reception after 3 pm . Poor service really

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. There is room service available. The buffet breakfast had a huge variety of foods available, more than any other place I stayed. It was easy to get around Legian walking from there. You are right in the middle of the hubbub. There is a cheap laundry and cheap massage place just down the alley going out to the road. It’s a good place for a night or two before flying back home.

The room was pretty small. The balcony overlooked nothing. There was a strange window between the bathroom and the bedroom. I was alone but could just imagine a couple- one on the bed and the other on the toilet staring at each other. :) The pool area feels a little crowded. There were a lot of Australians drinking and being loud. The location is good if you want to be in the touristy area but I found it a bit overwhelming. The beach close to the hotel was dirty and unappealing just because there are too many tourists.

We stayed in the pool villa and hotel room. Great location.

Had to walk down an alley to get to the main road. Well lit up at night. Not many restaurant options really close by.

Such a great stay, the spa is AMAZING! Mirah and Arila were very helpful with organising our airport transfer.

During our stay in March 2026 we were lucky to have a beautiful waitress named Sri who looked after us every time she was rostered on. Sri encouraged my girlfriends & I to participate in a Balinese Cooking Class at our resort…..Best time ever!!! From the beginning to finish we enjoyed everything. The food was delicious everything was well planned & easy for us to follow. Would definitely recommend as a must do while you’re staying at Astagina👌👌

Dommage que le soleil n'est pas longtemps au niveau de la piscine. L'eau est par conséquent pas très chaude.

It was overall an amazing stay and Mirah was so welcoming and accommodated to all our needs and really did go above and beyond for us! definitely coming back!!

Pobyt jsme si moc užili. Postel byla pohodlná. Personál byl milý, přátelský a velmi ochotný. Snídaně byly fantastické.

Jen místo vany bych ocenila sprchový kout. Zařízení a pokoj celkově působí již opotřebovaně. Každopádně vše je dostačující a účel plní.

The staff were lovely and the room was very clean and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't really want to get out in the morning! The food in the restaurant was excellent, a must try are the vegetable spring rolls and the beef sliders, so good!

The toilet roll holder was behind the toilet, very hard to reach, and the shower is over a narrow bath, so water tends to spill out. Only minor issues but worth management keeping in mind if they refurbish the rooms. I would certainly stay again, as the positives out way the negatives by far.

Great location and a well maintained facility. Loved the hospitality they provided. The only downside is that we were allocated in a connecting room and we could hear footsteps and even the sound of someone closing their suitcase from the next room. We also felt sorry for them cuz we stayed with a 10month old baby.

No power plugs near bed or bed side table . The towels look very old like a towel you’d dry your dog with . It down a very awkward lane way that takes 10 5- Minutes to walk down depending how fast your are

Pool area was lovely, the big beds were superb with poolside bar and meal service. Breakfast was lovely and staff are very friendly.

Our room had a big wall as the view and the neighbours dog barked loudly and regularly during the night, but no fault of the hotels. Would have asked to change rooms if we were staying longer.
