We liked the warmth of the Landlord's lntroductory greeting and the comfortable and immaculate cleanliness of the suite ! And every morning had the most gourmet breakfast ever : we were spoiled for the 4 days staying there !! It will always be a great memory in our traveling diary 😘
Nothing to talk about there .

The house was lovely with period pieces. Bed very comfortable. Wonderful hosts. Excellent breakfasts. A member of our group had dietary restriction and easily accommodated.
Amazing stay with Sandra and Keith! They catered to our specific food needs. Their place is charming! We especially loved the breakfast! We’ll definitely be back Sharon and Jeff
Sandra cooked awesome breakfasts for us! The room/property had many great touches & amenities all the way around. Drinking coffee on our suite's balcony watching the sunrise was super both mornings.
I had a little trouble figuring out how to regulate the cold and hot water in the shower but that's not a negative for me.
Sandra and Keith were welcoming hosts. The breakfasts were outstanding and the location was perfect.
We couldn't have been happier with our 4 night stay at The Red Coat. Keith and Sandra were the perfect hosts and they made their home felt like "home".
Such a pretty place and beautiful inside and out. Great covered porches to relax outside. Very quaint and peaceful. Owners, Sandy and Keith were great hosts. Sandy make an awesome breakfast, a strawberry puff pancake…was so delicious and the cherry juice was so tasty. Ate breakfast in the formal dining room and met two other couples from Toronto and New Jersey, had great conversations. Very spacious room and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and plush bedding. Wineries and vineyards just a short drive away. Only stayed one nite on our way home after a week long vacation in cape cod. Can’t wait to come back and stay longer. Will definitely stay at the Red Coat again.
Nothing.
Beautiful loft room, excellent hosts, breakfasts freshly cooked. Would thoroughly recommend this for a stay around Niagara
Nice old house in wine country. Comfortable room with modern bath. Great breakfast. Super nice hosts. Easy parking. 10 mins drive from downtown NOTL.
Great breakfast, great location
My stay at the Red Coat Bed and Breakfast was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The accommodations were cozy, clean, and charming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of my visit, however, was the breakfast. It was absolutely incredible! Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, it was clear that a lot of care and thought went into every detail. Whether it was the perfectly brewed coffee, freshly baked pastries, or the hearty, delicious main course, everything exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a peaceful and delightful escape with outstanding hospitality and unforgettable breakfasts, the Red Coat Bed and Breakfast is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!
Breakfast was outstanding

Our hosts were awesome. The property was beautiful
We had a wonderful stay. The inn is located in between Old Historic town and the Falls. Very convenient and easy to get to. Keith and Sandra are super nice and make a very delicious breakfast.
Wonderful. Incredibly hospitable, helpful for visitors to the area.
Beautiful historical setting.
Very friendly…..nice quiet location
Nothing everything was A 1...
The host couple was awesome. Our room with a balcony was spectacular. The food was amazing. Room was well appointed. Quiet, peaceful location. The house is simply lovely.
This was a lovely property and the owners were absolutely amazing. We loved the room (stayed in the upstairs room which had the jacuzzi tub). The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The property itself was located in a wonderful area that was absolutely beautiful. It was an easy walk to a historic home where you could get the Wego bus that takes you to different areas near Niagara Falls. The actual home and grounds were decorated beautifully and helped add to the charm of the house and rooms. I cannot say enough amazing things about the breakfast. Beyond amazing. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and the presentation made it even better. The owners (their names escape me at the moment) were also highlights of the stay. Super helpful with any information needed. They interacted and spoke with all the guests but were not overbearing. It was just the right combination of being interested without feeling like they were making you sit and talk to them. I highly enjoyed my conversations with both of them. I WILL be back for another visit when if I return to the area. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!
Keith and Sandra were great hosts, and so welcoming! Definitely recommend this for a stay in NOTL
The place was spotless, very cozy and inviting, lots of space in the loft, and very quiet. The host, Sandra, was very kind - she prepared a wonderful breakfast every morning and made sure we had what we needed for a great stay. We highly recommend staying here!
Thank you Sandra for accommodating my early arrival!!! Breakfast was delicious!! The balcony was a huge plus!!
The owner was so friendly and nice, make my wife and I feel right at home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable at The Redcoat B&B. Our room was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was beautiful and the service outstanding! Our breakfast was absolutely delicious with fresh (local) fruit and freshly baked treats! We would definitely stay here again and would give 5 stars!!! Thanks for a beautiful stay!
Everything was great! The hosts were very friendly and the property was super clean and comfortable! The house was furnished with lovely antiques, had all hardwood floors, and beautifully kept gardens! The location was quiet and midway between the falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, and near the wineries. The breakfasts were amazing with fresh fruits, scones or pastries, and a main offering of creatively made quiche, french toast baked with apples, etc. Wonderful stay for our 4 night visit!!
Breakfast was great. Friendly hosts. Comfortable room. Well situated central to local attractions.
This is a lovely historic home with very friendly owners. The area is beautiful and peaceful. We are pleased to be staying here.
This is a lovely property and the hosts are warm and gracious.
We had a wonderful stay For me, cleanliness is everything.. and this was very very clean. Much appreciated.
Nothing. Maybe make the clouds go away so we could see the total eclipse.. which would not be possible. Super accommodation and very friendly hosts.
Our host Sandra was absolutely lovely! The room was very homey and decorated so nice. Breakfast was delicious! Definitely will be booking another weekend getaway.
Breakfast was healthy and delicious. Parking was easy. Host was very pleasant and accommodating. Everything was super clean and comfortable.
Close to the Brock monument and vista lookout over the Niagara River, many local wineries, short drive to town, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and amiable hostess/owner.
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful century home. Sandra was a very gracious host.
Great breakfast, it was nice to be able to share it with our host.

Absolutely lovely home with beautiful rooms. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be back!
This is a lovely B&B, in a house built in 1901! Our room was spacious and beautiful. We loved the balcony. And the breakfast was very delicious. Great location also, close to everything but on a very quiet street.
Sandra was a perfect host and a great cook. She was accomodating to various dietary concerns. The house was very clean and comfortable and it was on a quiet street, not too far from the town centre.
Nice quiet location. Very comfortable room with ensuite bath and shower. Immaculately clean and excellent hot breakfast
Owners were delightful and very accommodating. Breakfasts were scrumptious. We stayed in the Brock suite which was spacious and quite comfortable. There was a covered balcony. Property is beautiful with perfect proximity between Old Town and Niagra Falls.
It was on a quiet street. The front verandah was lovely and the heritage house was well maintained and clean.
Beautiful property perfectly situated between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake.
Thank you, we had a wonderful stay.!
Loved the whole area. Lovely old homes, gardens so well kept everywhere.
everything!!!! Sandra is a wonderful host, the breakfast is self-made and delicious and the whole athmosphere very friendly and pleasant.
My suite was super clean, and Sarah provided great breakfasts, interesting and informative conversation, and excellent recommendations for local restaurants. I will certainly return.
Wonderful hospitality and breakfast was spectacular.
Beautiful room with large balcony. Delicious breakfast. A very special house in a quaint town
Breakfast was amazing, usually fresh baked muffins, fruit and some kind of egg dish. Couldn't wait to get up and eat. The house is perfectly situated, and beautifully decorated. Only 3 rooms which makes it cozy and easy to get to know the other guests.
The room got a bit hot at night.. if there was a way to improve a/c flow that would be good.
The breakfasts were outstanding. The host was very helpful giving us recommendations for things to do and see and where to eat.
Beautiful room - clean, quiet, comfortable. Hostess was inviting, friendly. Would DEFINITELY return.
The location was centrally located. Easy access to Niagara river bike and walking path. Bed was very comfortable.
Lovely balcony
Excellent breakfast
Lovely old homestead, congenial and attentive hosts.
The home was well kept beautiful and comfortable The hostess was extremely pleasant and the home cooked brkfst was great The home is located with easy access to Niagara Falls or Niagara’s o the Lake
Wifi could be a little better No other problems
Three breakfasts--each were different and very fine, with fruit, baked good and a hot-egg-based main dish.
Proprietor responded immediately and effectively to our request for proper reading light. Lack of proper light is almost universal in hotels these days, because light-bulbs now sold are usually inadequate. But,we got incandescent after request.
the house is beautiful and charming - as is the host Sandra. Breakfast was divine and Sandra even sent leftover scones with us.
The room and house was immaculate, quiet. We had a very tasty breakfast on the front porch with a table just for two…quaint and romantic! Our room had a lovely covered balcony. The bathroom was spacious and remodeled.. Sandy and Keith were the quintessential hosts. I would highly recommend this property.

A totally delightful stay. Very comfortable. Wonderful location close to the Niagara Parkway. Great breakfast. Warm, hospitable welcome.
A great place to stay, Sandra and Keith was very inclusive and nice to us. The room is tidy and old fashioned, I really enjoyed the stay there.
We had an incredible experience at the Red Coat BnB. Our host was wonderful, the accommodations were relaxing, beautiful, and well-thought out in terms of room amenities. We had a delicious breakfast every morning. Highly recommend choosing this bnb for your trip!
The hosts are extremely welcoming.
We had a fabulous weekend. Sandra and Keith we extremely accommodating. We had great discussions about our families and travels. The breakfasts Sandra cooked were amazing. Each meal came with a side dish whether it be baked apples or a bowl of fresh fruit. She also provided muffins and scones. As a main dish we had crepes, quiche and pancakes. We were able to eat each day on the porch. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The house was only 15 minutes from downtown Niagara on the Lake and the Outlet Mall. We went to two Shaw theatre productions and enjoyed a couple of downtown restaurants. We would definitely stay here again
The owners are very nice. The accommodations were very nice as well and the location was perfect for both Niagara Falls and Niagara On The Lake. The loft has a view of the monument and the river. I'll definitely go back!!
We had such a wonderful experience. The house itself is a historic and it just stunning. The hosts Sandra and Keith are very welcome and kind! The food for breakfast was so delicious. I have food allergies and Sandra made sure everything was safe for me. They went beyond what we expected. We stayed in the loft, the bath tube is where we had to shower, lol, it made for a funny memorable experience. They also were so helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and have already spread the word to others.
Owners were very friendly and helpful. Informative and it shows that they enjoy what they are doing.
A great place to stay! Our hostess was very helpful, getting us to places we wanted to visit. She provided a splendid breakfast. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for both visiting the Falls and NOTL.
Great breakfasts and a very comfortable bed made by stay very enjoyable. The owner was kind and helpful and all precautions were taken for Covid19. Very enjoyable stay.
Amazing !!! Red Coat B&B is definitely one of the best !!! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary and so personal. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you for such a wonderful experience
It was filled with antique furniture. Breakfast was homemade but small. Had to ask for towels. No internet the the we left.
Friendly hostess. House in middle of renovations so a bit untidy. Was disappointed that we could not use the balcony, in the process of repair, as that was the main reason we booked this b & b.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. So gracious. I felt as if we were staying with family. The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful and presented beautifully. The bed was very comfortable. Or only criticism is that there is some construction going on at the property. We couldn't use our balcony. But overall it was a great experience.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Sandra and Keith were very accommodating and available. The house has a classic charm and our room had all the necessary amenities. Also the breakfast was delicious, we wish our stay was longer!
Wonderful B&B in a beautiful area. Gracious hosts. Everything was great! We would love to come back one day.
My husband and I had a very enjoyable and relaxing five night stay at The Red Coat. Sandra and Keith are lovely and made us feel quite welcome. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious and included a large covered porch. Sandra's breakfasts were delicious. She had a lot of information about the area, offered suggestions when asked, and also had vouchers for free or BOGO wine tastings at many local wineries. The location is a good landing spot for visiting Niagara Falls, the historic towns of Queenston and Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the Niagara wine region.
Sandra is an amazing host and her breakfast is so tasty. We look forward to our next stay.
Great Canadian B&B in the following: Social visits with the owners, the quality of the room and breakfast, and value.
