Breakfast was fantastic. Very quiet. Great location. Everything we needed. Arrived early and was just going to leave one car but rooms were ready and were able to check-in which allowed us to get in more sightseeing!

So many things to love! Location, staff, amenities. The common areas worked so well for our family reunion. The morning tray was a wonderful surprise!

An adorable heritage home, just a short drive away from everything (the falls, NOTL, the gorge/glen). The gourmet breakfast was fantastic! Super clean, and great staff—would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

Nothing, we wish we could come back again in the summer so we can use the beautiful backyard patio!

It’s not the first time we are visiting the Woodbourne Inn. We love this beautiful old house. The rooms are very well equipped, comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was delicious but too heavy for us. We would prefer to be able to choose as we usually eat eggs and yogurt for breakfast. Wifi was not working so we were using mobile internet.

Great spot. The room was a bit smaller than expected for the price but I would go back and book a different room.

The room was small which is fine; but the price was high for such a tiny room.

The property was quaint and beautiful and was such a good value because it included a really lovely breakfast. Everything was fresh and organic even the lotion and soap. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Lovely time, everything was exceptional from cleanliness, comfort of room, location and probably the Best Breakfast ever experienced at a Bed and Breakfast. Just wished we could have stayed longer than 1 night, will definitely plan to stay longer next time in that area.

We, mother and daughter from Japan enjoyed every minute of our stay at Woodbourne Inn. Warm welcome, beautiful place, great breakfast, and so on. A winery with an excellent restaurant is within walking distance.

Our room was minuscule. Just enough room to walk on each side of the bed.

Only drawback was the noise coming from rooms above. You could hear everything including talking but other than that loved Woodbourne inn!

OMG! The breakfasts (there were 2 each day: they brought homemade pastries and your choice of beverages to our room on a tray at the time you requested) and then an hour later we went downstairs for an amazing chef breakfast each morning. We were there 4 nights and the breakfast both the pastries and the breakfast were a pleasant surprise we anticipated!

Such a lovely little gem with charm and historic character. From when we arrived time we left, our stay was magical. It felt like we were transported back in time. Service was exceptional, the inn was beautifully curated, and it was a romantic way to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary! Thank you Woodbourne Inn team. Special nod to Chef Jen for creating a delicious two staged breakfast. The star-shaped croissant was so delicately prepared and tasty. The poached egg breakfast was equally delicious. We look forward to coming back! Until next time!

The attention to detail at the property was excellent. The grounds were peaceful. The breakfast was phenomenal. The room was lacking. Not worth the money for the room itself. We couldn't get a good night's sleep. It was definitely a very small space. We felt claustrophobic. We paid for a room with Queen bed (per Expedia description) and got a double instead that you could barely walk around in. Tiny room.. I would be open to their other options, but would never consider room #6 again. Everything else was great.

It’s heritage look.

We had a wonderful stay! Yvonne and the entire staff was incredibly responsive and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the outdoor seating area was lovely. We also enjoyed the indoor game room too, such a nice touch!

The exterior and grounds need some attention! Also, small items like the availability of an ice bucket and a firepit would be nice. Also, the room picture showed a fireplace, but it did not appear to be functional.

Very good team, welcoming and efficient. Excellent chef cook and fabulous breakfast . We had take profit of upgrading our booking by the manager.

It’s a beautifully restored heritage house on an outstanding quite private lot

I wasn’t expecting a suburban neighbourhood sprawling next door! The building and grounds, like all heritage properties, require more vigilant maintenance.

Woodbourne Inn was fantastic. From ease of booking to the warm welcome, incredible food and staff. Woodbourne is very comfortable, well located, well maintained. Highly recommended for your stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

I enjoyed the personal touches, ambience the friendliness of staff and the opportunity to select pre breakfast items each morning. The location was quiet and close to shops and short drive to the lake. I would love to visit again soon! Thank you to staff and our wonderful chefs for an excellent weekend.

Wonderful Breakfast

We had a wonderful time staying at the Woodbourne Inn, and definitely plan to visit the Inn again. Our room was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and our breakfast meals were individually prepared and outstanding. Our stay could not have been nicer.

While the breakfasts were amazing, they were too much for the way I eat. I ended up foregoing the "main course" since the pre-breakfast was perfectly satisfying. The location was perfect -- equidistant from the Old Historic town and the Falls! Beautiful grounds and I think the guest pantry is a great idea. Great towels which are always a bonus! All members of the staff that we met were extremely sweet.

Nothing I didn't like, but just a couple of details. When there are no dressers in rooms, it helps when the night stands have drawers which ours did not. Both the armoire and the closet didn't have handles or knobs on the doors which made them both difficult to open and close..

Everything! From the staff, to breakfasts, to location, to decor and the backyard. Very comfy and laidback place. The staff are one of the nicest people ever and their breakfasts are out of this world. 15 minutes by car to Niagara Falls and a 5-minute walk to the nearest vineyard/winery.

The rooms could use a bit of soundproofing.

The personalized service, the breakfast and the soaker tub are top reasons we love this place! The cozy library with wood fireplace, the guest pantry and the history of the Inn are all added bonuses!

It is as clean as the first time we stayed at the room 3 yrs ago. Love the characteristics inside the inn . The silverware , the relaxing atmosphere inside.

I stayed there with my husband in November. It was a lovely stay. Room was cosy and breakfast was amazing. Very relaxing. A bit far from walkable dinning options but with a car there are many great options around. Also close to Niagara-on-the-lake lovely town and vineyards.

I booked 3 nights for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary.. I have nothing but exceptional things to say about this Inn!! My parents were treated like a king and a queen! The place was gorgeous, everything was super clean, the food was cooked by a chef every morning, and the people running the inn were all extremely nice and caring. A huge thank you for making my parents' anniversary memorable!! 💙

Outstanding b & b! The bed was extremely comfortable. I love that they had a kitchen area set aside for the guests’ needs. Breakfasts were superb! A real gourmet treat.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Woodbourne Inn and have booked already for our next stay there because we love it so much . Attention to detail is superb . The staff are so thoughtful and kind and make you feel comfortable and welcome . We had to be at an event super early before breakfast dining starts . So they kindly arranged the most amazing breakfast “ to go “ . It’s this kind of detail that sets Woodbourne In and their staff apart from the rest ! We are already looking forward to our next visit !

Small town charm. Beautifully appointed rooms. Tastefully decorated. I fell in love with all of it; especially the cozy library with fireplace and the elegant drawing room. My friends and I felt completely at home sharing a bottle of wine in the library the evening of our stay. We had purchased the wine at a nearby winery.

Wonderful inn midway between NOTL and Niagara Falls. Top floor rooms 7 and 8 are perfect. Wonderful staff. My breakfast today was poached egg and duck breast over fresh greens and potato pancake. What else needs to be said?

We liked everything.

Woobourne House is an exquisite B&B that checks all the boxes. The decor is a mix of modern and traditional antiques in an old century house, with a parlour sitting room, to relax, chat or read. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The morning added touches of a pre breakfast tray dropped at your door with coffee, in house baked goodies and organic squeezed juices, is an example of how they go above and beyond. Not to mention the specialty cooked gluten free breakfast bars they cooked for my mother. This was followed by a sit down chef prepared breakfast, custom made with everything seasonal, and truly gourmet. We can’t recommend it highly enough. We will be back.

The property itself was very nice. It was a little pricey for not being close to the main area of Niagara on the lake. I wish there was at least one breakfast option to choose from.

A nice location , we arrived late and someone was here to welcome us and orient us to the inn. A lovely bedroom with all amenities, loved the soaking tub !!I would definitely recommend this to our friends .

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and it has certainly set the tone for any future travels.

This B&B was spacious quiet clean and staff friendly. The pre breakfast delivered to our room and the full breakfast later in the garden were chef special The location was just a short scenic drive away from the many attractions in the Niagara area.

Spectacular. What a pleasant surprise! The Inn offers a wonderful experience away from the droves of tourist in Niagara on the Lake just a ten minute drive away. Staff are wonderful and attentive. Breakfast was outstanding, taste and service. I highly recommend this gem. I will be back.

This property is a ten ! The head chef that makes your breakfast in the am is a ten ! The breakfast was amazing each meal was a wonderful treat ! The staff at this lnn are so nice . Please stay here don't miss this place .. Good location to get to all the falls.
