Great Breakfast

Parking is not for free

Liked everything besides the parking. We arrived late at night and left right after breakfast but the price of the parking was 21 chf, would be nice if the parking would be included like at other properties.

Because we arrived late with kids, if they preaperd some basic meal for arrivals could upgrade our experience.

Location

Even though I reached at the restaurant well before they close taking orders for A-la-carte menu, I was refused to order and was constantly told to go for the buffet option. I found this unreasonable and requested them as I did not see any valid reason behind the staff's offering. I am very disappointed with this behaviour as It was not even a policy matter for them.

Location and the staff were excellent.

Room was a bit tired - flaking paint on bathroom door and some of the walls had marks on. Minor points that didn’t affect our stay at all.

Parking payant.

Close location to tramsh

The corrider to our room had smelly carpets. The room carpets needs changing asap. Nobody to help with our luggage. We are old but we did have to manage ourselves. The reception staff on the day we arrived on 7th sept evening had no customer service skill. I asked extra breakfast tea and a stool for me to have a shower because I have prothetic leg. The reply was a straight "No" They had know willingliness to help. I was told they had only lemon tea available. But the restaurant staff and morning staff on reception were very helpful.

Location was perfect for our stay with good tram connections to the airport.

We stayed on a Saturday night and hoped to grab a meal from the hotel, unfortunately they don't open Saturday nights and the outdoor seating was closed had to request that doors be opened to save a walk around from front door to back door seating area, they had 3 full bus loads in that night too, money going out the door.

Not valuable for money

Localização

Atendimento recepção

The location was very convenient, close to airport and other amenities. The hotel was very clean and room was very nice and modern. Staff was very welcoming.

The housekeeping staff was reluctant in giving extra coffee pods and sugar, we were 3 people and they said they can only give 2 as there are 4 in room. Which was rude and also unacceptable as we wanted a couple cups of coffee in morning for everyone and would not have been able to do it with 4 pods only between evening and morning.

Parcheggio in loco

Hotel comodo nelle vicinanze dell aeroporto . Pulito e accogliente.

Overall, everything in the hotel was excellent.

No microwave anywhere in the hotel that we could use to warm up food and milk.

Posizione comoda.

Perfect service And beautiful designed rooms and interiors.

Breakfast was delicious. We paid for dinner every night as it was a good deal in their all you can eat buffet. Suggestion: get there early before their ribs or steak run out as they don’t replenish it. They have a different selection every night and it’s all good for 25 Swiss Francs for adults and kids are half off. We had a rental car, so transportation was simple for us.

Good location from airport by tram 9 min

Bar was closed at 11

Property is near to the tram stop. And 10 min walk to the train station

I have never experienced a situation where, this early in the morning, someone comes to ask what time you will be checking out. If a guest is late for check-out, I understand that someone may need to follow up, but asking around 8:00 AM when the guest is still staying there.and checked out time was 11am . And then, someone came to check the washroom while we were still there. That could easily have been done after the guest had checked out, especially since the room was still occupied.

Every things is perfect the stuff are very helpful and friendly

Convenient near airport

A/C and close to transportation

Front desk worker only asked if we needed parking and handed us the key. Luckily someone in the elevator told us we needed to scan our room key to get to our floor. She did not explain the parking and we ended up paying for overnight and more because we went in and out. The hotel would not refund the parking saying it was from a different source but it shows up on the credit card as the same charge 🤷‍♀️

Accessibility by public transport

Her ayrıntı düşünülmüş.

Hotel was pristine. Staff very nice. Our flight was cancelled and we ended up in hotel with only a backpack. Staff was very helpful with the exception of a front desk person sho would not lend us a cell iPhone charger. Other than that, experience was excellent.

Very clean, comfortable room, helpful staff.

Proximity to the airport if you have an early flight. And also just by the tram. Very clean

Iron and ironing board was not available in the room.

Conforto e cordialidade no atendimento.

Decor

Unfortunately i would not recommend this hotel even though its a nicely designed hotel. The facilities and the service were terrible. The mini bar wasn’t working and the room was very hot and I asked for the air conditioner to be switched on as I couldn’t figure it out . The person at the reception said I’m busy I’ll come when I can, and then after a few minutes he opened the door with his own key rather than knocking and me opening the door! So while I was changing he just walked in and then said I knocked before opening and you said yes! Ridiculous! And then tells me it was so simple why couldn’t you turn the air con on and why have you opened the window! Gosh! This kind of service is unacceptable!

Kahvaltı menusu cok iyiydi, mutfak temizdi ve ortam ferahtı-otelin yeri mukemmeldi, hemen onunden butun destinasyonlara giden tramvay vardı, ve havaalanına da tramvayla gidebildik- cok iyiydi.

Ek yatak olarak verilen cekyat cok rahatsızdı. Banyoda kıl vardı, banyo kapısında cizikler ve grafitiler vardı, Otelin kalitesini cok dusuren bir ayrıntıydı.

Modern and clean. Comfortable beds and quality shower.

Très impersonnel et peu de choix

Les ascenseurs trop longs à venir. Mauvaise gestion des groupes

Location and the convenience of being close to tram stops.

A little warm welcoming smile would do wonders when checking in. Noticed that for 2 consecutive days, housekeeping didn’t finish cleaning our room. The used cups were left in the bathroom sink and just general observation that there was no cleaning done.

La posizione

Il personale è la pulizia della camera

The hotel was overall clean and comfortable. It was a stop over for us and provided all the necessities we needed.

It would have been lovely to have some halal options at breakfast.

Very disappointed with how my parents were treated. They politely tried to communicate in French and even used a translator, but the staff kept emphasizing that they only spoke English or German, making no effort to understand such a simple request as storing their luggage for a couple of hours. A little willingness to help and basic courtesy would have made all the difference

The proximity to the airport and easy access to public transportation!

NA

Although there were three of us staying, only towels, coffee cups, and other amenities were provided for two people.
