It's conveniently close to a lot of facilities like Pa Tong beach, restaurants and Jungceylon mall. Great for a quick nap before getting busy in this location.

The pictures aren't updated. The regular rooms have a window which is very close the next building, and you can't much. Not even the sky. The walls and the table were not particularly clean, and we found it difficult to move around in the room considering how small it was. It is okay if you're travelling with just a backpack. Not good if you got luggage.

A bit annoying to get to as it’s located right in the middle of a market strip so people try and sell you things every time you walk past.

The hotel is situated in interior lane without any parking even for scooter. On going inside, the receptionist person was very rude. On asking to show the hotel room booked online, he said that room is on fourth floor and there is no elevator. Not even help to take the luggage on fourth floor. Had to leave the hotel inspite of giving 100 percent advance. Straight away denied for refund and asked to write to agoda, our booking agents for any sort of refund. So don't come in trap of lovely pics they have posted on portal.

Great location right in the heart of Patong - everything is minutes walk away, yet it's tucked away inside a shopping street away from the main road so you don't hear any of the noise from the nightlife at all

Really nice little hotel, just in the alley way by the beach walking street, plenty food options, grocery and massage.10 min walk to major shopping mall. The hotel is nice and clean with minimal style. A bit better than the pictures show on Expedia in my opinion. Recommend

Really quiet and lovely place to stay!

TIRAS Beach hotel is very modern and walking distance to the nightlife, malls and many great restaurants. Double Rooms are very spacious, however the TV is a bit small compared to the ratio of the room size with limited channels. The room I stayed in are keep very clean however it definitely needs an upgrade perhaps some some newer towels, fresh paint as “paint chips” on bathroom frame are peeling. If you’re a heavy sleeper and don’t mind some fireworks going off at night- this hotel is perfect for the travelers on a budget managed by an excellent staff. Would stay here again !

The hospitality from the staff was amazing. The location is pretty good, right opposite the beach and only a 5 minute walk from Bangla Rd.

The safe wasn't completely bolted in so it was a bit sketchy but the building has good security to get in and it was not a big issue.

Nice hotel. difficult for taxis to find but very friendly staff. Rooms were ok and I had no trouble with any noise despite the proximity to busy areas. Couple of things could do with updating in the room but overall really good value for money. Just remember no lift.

4th floor with no lift. Irregular cleaning. Reception never answered phone. Physical damage on balcony wall. Meant to have sea view but got a view of dirty decrepit roofing over markets with the heat and humming of old air conditioners. Water pressure inconsistent. Airport transfer never showed up despite being prepaid. Requested tv be fixed but never happened. Was stuck in room without tv for three days with COVID. Worst accommodation and would never recommend it!

Fantastic location, 2 steps away from Patong Beach! 10 min away from Bangla Road. Small but very modern, clean and well equipped hotel. Rooms are equipped with air- con which was on 24/7 and we’re so happy with it!

I loved my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and has everything you need. I especially loved the bathroom, plenty of toiletries are provided and the shower is huge! The staff at this hotel are lovely and are happy to help if you need anything. The location is another good point, it is across the road from the beach. If you want to do some shopping, there are market and food stalls right outside as it is tucked away inside a little market alley off a main road. It is so easy to walk to places like the beach, Bangla Road, Jungceylon, and various markets. Even just walking down the street you can find so many interesting shops. Since the hotel is located in an area famous for nightlife, there will be some noise from the street so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. My room was located on the third floor, and there are no elevators. This was okay with me, but if you have a lot of heavy luggage or aren’t able to lift upstairs, that would be a challenge. Overall, I recommend staying at TIRAS Patong if you’re looking for a bang for your buck hotel, particularly for solo travellers on a budget.

The place is very close to the sea which is a big advantage close to Bangla Street and despite this there is no noise from the clubs

There are four floors and there is no elevator. There are fireworks every night. It disturbed my sleep. In addition, there is a problem with the hot water in the shower. The water is hot and immediately cold, and it appeared in the two rooms I took.

The hotel's location is excellent! You can't get more central than this for the price of the room. Despite the fact that the paint on the walls is fading and there are signs of wear and tear on the walls - The room was clean. The bathroom was spacious.

The towels were clean but ripped/had holes in them. The room is small and we had to open our suitcase in the mini corridor between the bed and the toilet and step over it... The view from the room was accross an old abandoned/storage house, but as we were only in the room to sleep, it was fine.

The hotel and the rooms were nice and modern, although it looked a bit better on pictures. The staff were very friendly. They arranged the airport taxi for us and they cleaned our room everytime we asked them to. The location was great, the hotel was right beside Patong beach in the center of everything. You could reach everything on foot.

The first thing - according to booking.com, this hotel should’ve had breakfast if you pay at the hotel, but right at the beginning, the receptionist told us they don’t have any breakfast options. We were dissapointed and had to buy breakfast on our own. Booking should update their information. The second thing - the walls in this hotel were so thin, it was so loud and noisy at night, we couldn’t sleep at all. The airconditioner outside was terribly loud, also the wifi box in the hallway, the constant fireworks, you could even hear the people talking in the hallway and their steps going up and down the stairs. Not even earplugs could help us. We slept terribly the whole week.

In bed was hair and dead bug bed not comfortable I can’t follow sleep any night , air conditioning work perfect , no view room small but enough for carryon almost enough but for money it okay but I think it overpriced patong beach dirty actually so u need take ride to different beach

A great hotel in a great location. Located directly opposite Patong Beach and surrounded by loads of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were really friendly. There is no lift so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues but if you're looking for something reasonably priced, clean, tidy and centrally located, then I would recommend Tiras Patong Beach.

Value for money: a cheap accommodation in the heart of Patong. As long as you are aware of what you sign up for (very busy part of town, a lot of merchants everywhere and flashing lights) this puts you right into the action. The hotel is hidden in an alley, so you have to walk through a market. But once there the room is very nice, spacious, great AC and good vibes.

The only remarks I would have is that the bed is very hard (which however I’ve now experienced in multiple Thai accommodations) and the water temperature in the bathroom is tricky; the faucet didn’t produce any hot water and the shower was an all or nothing :D

The relation of price versus value can not be beaten and just meters from the Ocean.There is no food service at this Hotel, but you are surrounded by literally hundreds of Restaurants to choose from. If you are a chi chi lady you do not like the lighting for your make up, but who cares, you are on vacation

One of the staff ( the male) his behavior was not really good. also the deposit side were not mentioned on booking we had to pay 1000 bhat upfront. Although, the location is pretty good its located in the middle of souq which makes you whenever you go in or out to get asked by souq employees trying to sell you their materials.

Nice hotel at Patong Beach, really good location close to all the bars, restaurants, dining and party options, 5-10 mins walking from Otop market and the main street with the discos At reception the staff was friendly and accommodating, helped us book a private driver for 5 hours to go to Karon viewpoint, Kata Beach, then down to the best sunset spot - Cape Phrom Thep and waited for us at each stop and then returned us back at the hotel for a good price. Good room, clean, nice, really good price.

In front of your balcony there is a roof of a commercial building, and that roof is full covered with airconditioner machiner that make noise day and night with a loud horn impossible to bear , even if you put on ears plug. So, I had booked 9 night with Booking.com , the second day I told to the employee that I would live after 4 days because I couldn't sleep for the noise, she suggested me to contact Booking, so I did, but the new change of the reservation should also be confirmed by the Tiras hotel manager and even I asked for it several times , he never accepted the change, so I paid 9 night staying only 5. So if you sum that you cannot sleep there and the behaviour of the manager, my advice is : "never never again, never go there" . I can't understand people who said they liked that hotel, maybe "no sleeping people"
