Un po lo Staff del C&N,non ha funzionato il wf x 3 giorni ,io mi lamentavo e loro hanno chiamato il tecnico dopo 3 giorni,gli dissi che chiamavo Booking e dopo hanno finalmente chiamato il tecnico.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Hotel ben gestito, in un'ottima posizione e qualità prezzo, ci siamo ritornati per la quarta volta, silenzioso e pulito, adesso gestito da un hotel accanto Cn, abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti, avremmo proseguito ma il prezzo di riconferma per notte era più alto della prenotazione booking. Comunque valido

不隔音，晚上有很多摩托车的声音，有许多蚂蚁，蚊虫，灯不太明亮，当天入住没有热水，第二天下午工作人员修理好，房间里没有吹风机。

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Hotel Room was clean and nice smaller looking than the pictures but it was okay since we were out most of the day. walking distance to any place in Patong which was good.
Reception was at C&N Hotel. The receptionist FERN was rude. She has stapaled my deposit note to the booking and gave back the note with holes. Lucklily it was accepted some place else. Other staff was nice.Air condition was not that great.

Персонал сразу реагировал на все просьбы. номер достаточного размера, есть все необходимое. Отель отлично подойдет для непритязательных путешественников. Номера убирают каждый день, дают воду. Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле.

Одноэтажные бунгало прекрасно подойдут для непритязательных путешественников. В номере есть все необходимое. Управление отелем осуществляется на ресепшен рядом расположенного C&N hotel.

No beach towel no kettle in room no toilet paper holder very small tv and not smart tv tea coffe service in hotel reception area but they use cheap coffe and tea also hot water unit electric plug cable almost always off the plug so no hot water if you are staying in hacienda what ever you need c&n receptionist rejected they dont even smile

Merci de bien vouloir mettre un Grand Miroir dans la chambre ( il y a de la place ) et une couverture et oreillers de couleur sur le lit car le blanc est très salissant.

Mancava il bollitore ma nella zona comune gratuitamente c'erano a disposizione caffé, te, latte , zucchero e un grande erogatore di acqua calda . Stuttura centralissima a 2 minuti da bangla road ma , essendo ubicata alla fine di una strada laterale , era esente dai rumori del traffico e della movida. Ottimo rapporto prestazioni/prezzo.
Ho trovato scomodo la mancanza dei comodini a fianco del letto. Nella mia stanza il bagno non aveva finestra ma solamente un aspiratore.

Начиталась хороших отзывов и с уверенностью взяла номер. Конечно,у каждого свой уровень комфорта и возможно кому-то подходит такой формат отдыха. Для меня важна чистота и сон. Но здесь с этим большие проблемы. Ночью спать не возможно,слышно абсолютно все: мотоциклы,музыку,караоке и это длится до 6 утра. А еще на стене были 3 кондиционера и она вибрировала как от дрели. Я оплатила 9 ночей,но убежала оттуда на 2 день в другой отель. Я не рекомендую.

Çıkış yaptığım gün resepsiyonda duran orta yaşlı bayan biraz kabaydı odaya bahşiş bırakmamı söyle. Söylemese zaten bırakacaktım.

It is so pleasant to sit outside under the palm trees. They cleaned the room every day, very nice staff and facilities. Definitely recommend 👌

Ho avuto un problema con lo scaldabagno e mi è stato ripristinato con urgenza 👍
Ho avuto un incomprensione con un'addetta alla reception per gli asciugamani in dotazione che ha rischiato di rovinare un po' il mio soggiorno.Ma poi chiarito il tutto situazione ristabilita.

Avevo già soggiornato in questa struttura in passato e, con la precedente gestione, non avevo mai riscontrato alcun problema. Al mio arrivo ho però scoperto che l’hotel è stato acquistato dalla struttura adiacente e, purtroppo, la qualità dei servizi offerti è notevolmente peggiorata, sia per quanto riguarda lo staff sia per le pulizie. Siamo una famiglia composta da tre persone e in camera erano presenti soltanto due asciugamani; per averne uno aggiuntivo ho dovuto pagare un supplemento. Inoltre, per l’igiene personale ci è stato fornito un solo flaconcino da 30 ml in tre persone, decisamente insufficiente. Alla reception, alla richiesta di un taxi per l’aeroporto, mi è stato risposto che non avevano alcuna possibilità di assistenza e che avrei dovuto arrangiarmi autonomamente. Le pulizie venivano effettuate anche oltre le 15:30, causando disagio. Durante la notte, inoltre, i vicini di stanza si sono dimostrati molto rumorosi e maleducati, bevendo fuori dalla camera fino a tarda ora, senza che nessun membro dello staff intervenisse per ristabilire la quiete. Un’esperienza decisamente deludente rispetto al passato.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026First thing first, watta location, simply woww. Amidst tge happening space at Bangla Road and Patong Beach Area and yet so quiet. Rooms very spotless, housekeeping cleaned the rooms daily, reception is at next door at C&N hotel, but thts not an issue.
Room size was perfect. Bed was may be slightly small for sleeping 3 people. [1 kid of 11 yrs]

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Hacienda is located very close to the main drag in Patong without the sound. You can easily get to the club or restaurant.
The electrical system is needing work. One of my adapters was fried because it couldn’t handle multiple plugs and even shorted. That was a surprise to me. If you have many devices, I recommend staying somewhere more modern.
