The room was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a microwave and full-sized fridge which was really useful. Breakfast was good and the location was very convenient. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make my birthday feel special, which I really appreciated.

There was live music from across the road until around 11pm most nights and unfortunately it was extremely loud — it sounded like it was actually in the room. Some of the doors were also difficult to open and close, and I found the pool had too much chlorine.

Close to main road with easy access. Bed was comfortable and pool was lovely. Staff were helpful although we did not need much assistance .

a couple of lounges in the pool area instead of chairs would be more comfortable. Maybe a toaster??

Puri Hiromi was the nicest place we’ve stayed at in many years of travelling to Sanur. The suite was huge and the value was good. Location was very central to everything. We really enjoyed having our breakfast delivered directly to our room. The staff were lovely. We’ll be back

We stayed in the villa with the pool for 2 days and the room with no pool upstairs for 2 days. Both had self contained kitchen with electric hotplate and microwave. Both rooms were lovely with very comfortable bed. In a great position Short walk to beach path and great cafes and bars around. Lovely halpful staff Breakfast served in your room.

No restaurant but doesnt matter as so many great choices all around

Puri Hiromi is well located in central Sanur, close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The staff were wonderful and the rooms spacious and comfortable.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and centrally located near cafes and shopping. The staff were absolutely fantastic, and communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend and plan to stay again. The rooms are very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

In the evening, it was quite loud due to a bar right across the road, but for us, it wasn't a deal breaker

Unavoidable construction taking place next door. Not the proprty's fault and they were able to lett me move to a quieter villa half-way through.

-private pool was really cold, even in August aa the sun doesn’t reach it for long during the day. -TV didn’t work on the second night, was nice to watch a film when we returned on the first night, but we don’t rely on a tv during our holidays.

Tolle, zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage in Sanur. Schöner Pool und ein sehr schneller Weg zum Strand. Auch die Nähe der Restaurants spricht für diese Unterkunft. Das Bad ist schön gemacht und die Dusche ist sehr angenehm.

Leider ist die Villa sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit ist trotz des freundlichen Services schlecht. Schimmel und Krümel in der Küche. Außerdem sind die Klimaanlagen sehr laut und auch das Mobiliar ist eher abgenutzt. Das Bett ist durchgelegen und die Bettwäsche besteht aus einer Wolldecke mit Überzug. Der Pool ist leider auch Recht dreckig und es gibt keinen Tisch auf der Poolterrasse.

Sliding doors to the pool were very stiff and in the case of the door to the outdoor seats - didnt work at all so could not use the outdoor seating.

We stayed in a 2nd floor room and a poolside room. Both were fabulous. The breakfast in room was delicious. Highly recommend!

Service and staff were exceptional. Rooms was always cleaned very well and breakfast delivered on time by friendly staff. Staff always greeted us with smiles and always seemed happy to see us.

Bed frame was a bit low which caused us to walk into it few times during the night. The flush on the toilet took a few times to clear with every use.

Location was brilliant and central to restaurants, cafes and mini marts (and The Shampoo Lounge, virtually next door). Room was spacious and bed was comfy though the whole apartment seemed a bit sad and old and lacking in maintenance. Still, we enjoyed our time there, breakfasts were good and the staff are lovely.

It was nice to have our own pool but it would never pass any OHS standards in Australia. Very dangerous to get into so we hardly used it. Also, the door leading to the bathroom needs to be fixed.

The property is dated and not properly maintained - sliding doors do not close and lock properly - noise from apartment below, street and bars across the road completely disruptive. The sound from one band one night vibrated through the room.

The staff are very accommodating, friendly and professional. Great location on the main street in Sanur, easy access to Icon Bali shopping centre and beach. Our breakfast was served beautifully in our room (no breakfast room) ordered the night before.

Good clean apartment and excellent location in the heart of Sanur

Loved the location. Right on the Main Street, almost opposite our favourite sunset bar at The Maya and a convenient 15 min walk to Bali Icon. Just a few minutes to the beach and lots of great restaurants and warungs. As a bonus, The Shampoo Lounge is almost next door. The included breakfast was fabulous and delivered on time every morning by the lovely staff. The apartment was spacious and the private pool was always inviting. We used the laundry service and were very happy with the price and the quick turnaround. The staff are the standout. Just lovely and very accommodating.

We’re reasonably fit and active but there were a few things that weren’t that great for us. There are no proper steps or rail to assist getting in and out of the pool so it’s tricky getting in and you have to climb out hoping your knees are good enough. 😀 The bed while very comfortable is also low on the ground. The lounge is not comfortable and has seen better days. The sliding door to the main area didn’t lock. There is construction next door and while we heard a little noise most days it didn’t bother us until one night when concrete trucks were delivering into the night. It was just the beeping of the truck as it reversed though, no other noise really. I understand why the workers work into the night as it was very hot and it didn’t keep us awake.

Fijn verblijf gehad bij aankomst op Bali in Sanur. We kwamen al om 11:00 aan bij het hotel, en konden eigenlijk pas om 14:00 inchecken. Het personeel had erg hun best gedaan zodat wij alsnog eerder de kamer in konden wat super fijn was aangezien we erg moe waren na een lange vlucht. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hadden een bungalow met privézwembad, waar we helemaal tot rust konden komen. Het verblijf is schoon, ruim en gezellig.

Mooi hotel met een top locatie. Wij hadden de kamer met een prive zwembad, erg fijn! Ook super lief personeel, die ons veem goede tips hebben gegeven.

De kamer was wat gedateerd en we hadden erg veel last van muggen.

Unfortunately we booked this place mistakenly thinking there was a pool. As we were just staying the day to catch an evening flight we left as there was no pool and found a lovely and much cheaper place up the road with a gorgeous pool

The place was very quiet and central , its best option to spend the first 2 nights there after landing in bali , then go further to other destinations, the receptionist Anni was very friendly and welcoming .. pick up from the airport was very smooth. Breakfast was good.

Location is great. And that is the best part of this property. Girls at reception are very friendly and sweet.

The swimming pool is not comfortable at all - one side is slant and there are no proper steps/stairs , so you have to do some gymnastic tricks specially when getting out. Not suitable for / with small children. Bed is very soft - too soft for our liking. Breakfast is not too good even though it is nice to get it served in the room. This is the only property during our two montjs travelling in Bali that asked us additional cost for both baby cot and baby high chair. Wifi is not the best - often enough signal is disappearing. Overall feeling is somewhat outdated.

Broken doors into our bedroom (from outside). Slider doors were broken and could be entered at any time from the outside, into our bedroom. We told staff the first day, they said an ‘engineer’ would fix it. Nothing happened, we stayed there for 2 nights in an insecure property. When we mentioned it again to staff, they pretended not to know and said they’d fix it. Didn’t happen. So dangerous, so unacceptable. Really poor.

The location is in the heart of Sanur, very central however Puri Hiromi offers quietness & very secluded and it allows us to have privacy. Puri Hiromi is very unique place, very well architecture and super comfortable. The staffs were wonderful! We will definitely come back, highly recommended !!!

I like Puri Hiromi for it's location. There are restaurants, shops and spa's right out the front but the property is far enough back off the main road to be quiet. Staff were lovely.

We had a room with a private pool. The room was really spacious and so was the pool. Breakfast was served to the room. The staff was really friendly and fixed immediately a little problem that we had in our room. The location is really good.

Not the properties fault, but noise from massive construction work next door became very intrusive. Pool was incredibly difficult to get into and out of safely, and was too too for short people.

Great central location, a short walk away from the beach, and the main street. Everything at your doorstep! The suite was lovely, with a private pool in the centre. I also really appreciated have a kitchen area.
