Poor housie keeping Restaurant was not maintained with any hygiene. Bath room towels were very old and used many times Receiption area was with strong perfume.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025There was an out side noise @ 3 a.m. mid night, some delegation from a marrige party making too much noise and making videos with song out side our room, it was too uncomfortable for us to rest after that which was a west of money we paid for the property

While checking out I found my car had a scratch which was not there earlier. I complained first at the front desk then they called the security manager. He came after seeing the scratch, he Immideatly denied that it had not been done by his team. Later when I asked him to check the camera, he said I will and said sorry to me and I left. But no one responded back to my complaint from the hotel side which is quite surprising from a hotel like this.

Reviewed May 18, 2025The staff is courteous and helpful. The quality and taste of food is very good. The hotel has good amenities like Spa, etc. The location of the hotel is also very good.
The hotel curtains and furniture needs improvement on cleaning. It was evident that the room carpet and curtains have not got a deep cleaning for a long time. WiFi coverage was not that great in the room. In the hotel common areas, it was very good. The room and hotel furniture, curtains and sanitary fittings probably needs an upgrade - it was good but when one pays rent for a 4 start property, then the comparison with other new 4 star properties is natural.

Reviewed May 7, 2025The hotel is situated centrally within Ghaziabad. Given that GZB as a city is fairly large, this caters to visitors who have work in and around GZB. The property is truly grand, and has fantastic facilities. The breakfast is a very reasonable, and wide, spread. The food quality is awesome, and the folks are eager to please their patrons. Abid, at the front desk, is an excellent host.
Nothing much I could find that I didn't like.

Everything. Very low standard of cleanliness , hygiene , totally run down and very low standard. Did not expect this from ITC. And extremely lethargic staff with a totally do-not-care attitude.
