Reception staff helpful. Choice of rooms for large family group.

No communal area and breakfast service and food choice poor.

Staff was helpful to solve the issues with our room. Nice view to the river.

We booked a room with garden view, and got a basement room with view to a wall. We were told there were no more rooms available unless we paid extra, but then they had to move us because there was a terrible smell inside our room (to a similar room, that after all was available). The hotel is very overpriced for its facilities and location.

The location and the view was superb.

When we entered the room, the sink and the bathtub were not clean. And unfortunately, even though we selected the do not disturb option from the panel and then left with the key card, we realized that there was an attempt to clean the room, so don't forget to ask for a back up electronics card.

Everything was amazing. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is quite a bit out of the city, but the area is wonderful and dreamy.

Everything was great for a long weekend in istanbul, spa and gym were beyond expectations.

little things could have changed a lot. 2 days our room was not cleaned, even we left the room sometimes for 8h. By this fresh water was not provided. when we mentioned this at the reception cleaning staff came, but it's not what u expect from such a nice hotel. The breakfast room in the cellar was a classical 18°C room where u should wear long stuff on 36° summer days. when me as a men, used to cold winters, freezes at breakfast, it feels a bit weird. The technical panels to connect HDMI was a great idea, sadly it was broken and couldn't be used

النظافه والغرف واسعه مقابله للشاطئ. والموظفون ودودين ومخدومين

لايوجذ مطاعم وبقالات وكافيهات بالقرب بعيده نوعا ما. نضطر لطلب اوبر. الاكل في الفندق غير لذيذ.

The hotel's location is excellent. The room has a beautiful view overlooking the Bosphorus. The staff greeted us warmly with smiles and were helpful at all times. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent.

I couldn't find a ashtrays in the room, even though I had requested a smoking-friendly room.

التكييف سيء للغاية والغرف جداً حارة ولا نستطيع فتح النوافذ لوجود ازعاج من السيارات والبواخر والمشاة.. حجزنا ليلتين ولم نستطع النوم من الحر مع تغيير الغرف

احب هذا المكان وسبق سكنته 6 مرات

كانت معي والدتي وهي مقعده وتسخدم كرسي احتياجات خاصة وحجزت غرفتين وكتبت هذا فالحجز احتاج غرفتين بنفس الدور لكن لم يتم التعامل معي بطريقة مهذبة وبدون اي مساعدة في هذه المرة غرفة فالدور الارضى والاخرى الدور الثالث وكانت حارة جدا التكييف لايعمل وتم تغيير الغرفة مرتين مما تسبب في تعب في التنقل بين الغرفة فاليوم الى ثلاث مرات لا تليق بشخص مسافر للراحة والاستجمام

Amplasarea, vederea spre mare

Totul a fost ok, e putina distanta fata de centrul istoric, insa se ajunge confortabil cu taxi sau feribot.

The location for me was really good. specially I was there for an appointment and the location was queit and beside Bosforos with a beutiful landscape.

Lobby and rooms were lovely.

The food wasn’t the best but a short walk to the left on the seashore is a fantastic fish restaurant.

Das Hotel ist direkt am Bosphorus, sehr gut ausgestattet, komfortable, sauber und Frühstück war excellent, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis optimal

Im Frühstücksaal die Stühle quitschen am Boden, die benötigen Bodengleiter (stuhlbeinklappe)

Otelin bahce katı odaları gayet büyük ve güzel temiz

Gerçekten yatak geniş ama uzunluğu çok problem ben 1.92 boyundayım rahat değil ve yatak başlıklerı neden demir merak ettim. Birde böyle bir otelin daha iyi restauranttı olmalı , çok basık ve havasız cam yok.

موظفين الاستقبال من قبل سته سنوات ممتازين وددين لطيفين ويساعدو اما السنتين الاخيره جدا غير متعاونين واخر زياره كانو مستفزين عند التشيك اوت ادعت اننا طلبنا وجبه اكل فقلت لا وبعد جدال اعتزرت وقالت اسفه هناك خطاء وادعي اننا استخدمنا قناع ومرتب شفاه ونحن لم نستخدم شيء وعند التحقق وسؤال المسؤله عن القناع والمرطب قالت اننا لم نستخدمه وعلى فكره حكايه القناع والمرطب أيضا عملوها مع قريب لي وكأنهم حاطينو للدفع واخذ مبلغ بدون حق المهم كمان قالت اعتزر بس اخدتو ماء من المني بار فضحكت وقلت لها كيف ناخد ماء وانتم موفرين ماء في الاستقبال وفي الغرف صراحه من سنوات احب الفندق ونظافته والاطلاله وبعد هذه المعامله فلن أكرر الاقامه فيه في الماضي كان كل شيء تمام اما الزياره الاخيره سيءه جدا من الاستقبال يعاملوك كنك سارق وفي الاخر يعتزرو فهل من المعقول ادفع مبلغ الاقامه مبلغ وقدره واخد ماء ولا أحاسب انتم ايها المسؤلين عن الاداره تتعاملون مع طبقات راقيه من رجال الأعمال وليس مع سارقين

Amazing view of Bosphorous, Good food at Restaurant, breakfast was nothing special, staff were attentiv but communication was a challenge since they didn't speak good English, good room service, overall I recommend it

l'hotel e' in ottima posizione sul bosforo, purtroppo con camera affacciata direttamente sulla strada e abbastanza runorosa. Il personale molto cordiale.

la colazione non disponibile, in pratica informano che e' disponibile alla cart ma poi arrivati in sala colazione non era disponibile nulle, tutto doveva essere preparato con una perdita di tempo non congruente con un viaggio di lavoro. la camera molto piccola, non paragonabile con il prezzo pagato.

Третий раз останавливаемся в этом отеле! Чисто, большая удобная кровать, ванна. Последние разы берем самый дешевый вариант - номера поменьше, но выходят во двор и значительно тише. А на Босфор можно посмотреть на прогулке. Рядом очень популярные и вкусные рыбные рестораны.

Çok keyif aldık.Çalışanlar güler yüzlülerdi.Temizlik harika.Odaların konforu ve pozisyonu manzarası çok yeterli.Otelin konumu restorantlara uzaklığı yürüyüş mesafesinde olması büyük avantaj.Hatta kireçburnundan keyifle denize girip boğazda yüzme keyfini de yaşayabildik( mutlaka kamp sandalyesi getirin yanınızda)

The phones were not working both by bedside or bathroom and the safe was displaying a LowBattery message. The hallways have a fragrance infuser that is a little too heavy. Beds are very comfortable and amenities are over the top, they included everything you can think about, down to hair comb, wash cloth with scrubber, shaving cream and razor, sleepers and toothbrush/toothpaste. That is something totally commendable, good job!

Receptiondaki Fatmanur Hanım otele gelişimizden itibaren Alaycı ve küçük gören bir tarza tavırlar sergilemiştir. Akşam 19 gibi arayıp kaçta gireceğimizi sormuş yaklaşık bir saat verdiğimizde ise iyi tamam diyip telefonu kapatmıştır.Evlilik cüzdanımız bile olmasına rağmen EŞİMLE kalmak için 50 euro fazla ödemek zorunda bırakıldım.(Ödemeyi yaptık). Otel oda fotoğrafları boğaz manzaralı ve balkonlu gibi gösteriliyor lütfen dikkat edin ve balkonlu olanı seçin biz bu tuzağa düştük.Bunun için de ekstra para istendi tabi ki (ödemedik).Ertesi gün,düğün günümüz olduğunu belirtmeme rağmen eşyamıza odamıza kadar yardım eden arkadaşımız için, odamıza kadar gelip yüz yüze uyarmış eşimle söz dalaşına girmiştir. Yardım talep ettiğimde ise eşimin özel eşyaları için özellikle erkek personel yönlendirmiş sebebini sorduğumuzda ise ilgilenmemiştir. DÜĞÜN GÜNÜMÜZÜ MAHVETMİŞTİR. Gerek booking üzerinden gerek ise işim gereği yaklaşık dünya çapında 55 ülkede otelde kalan biri olarak tesisi hiç çözemedim. Yetkili biriyle görüşmek istediğimde kimsenin olmadığı, telefonla ulaşalım dediğimde ulaşamayız cevabını aldığım bir tesis. Furkan beye yaşadığımız aksiliklere rağmen çok profesyonel bir personeldir teşekkür ederim. Rusça konuşan receptiondaki kadın personelinize adını bilmesemde olağanüstü profesyonel konuşması var teşekkür ederim.

I really liked the location of the hotel — it’s in a beautiful area and very convenient. The room itself was comfortable and had good potential for a pleasant stay.

However, I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness, which did not meet expectations. Additionally, the staff’s attitude was not welcoming or helpful, which affected the overall experience.

A hotel like this but they only care about money. It was my sisters birthday but they didn’t do anything. I’d expect even a small surprise. Also their breakfast and food is very expensive.

The hotel is in a good location for exploring the upper Bosphorus and Tarabya itself. My room was comfortable and well-equipped with all amenities including an increasingly rare - and much appreciated - bathtub. The almost unimpeded view of the Third Bosphorus Bridge was great.

I hate Juliet balconies which is what I got! There are a few real balconies but presumably you have to pay more for pleasure of actually being able to sit or stand outside instead of just looking through a tall window. The main coast road runs between the hotel and the water - double-glazing kept most noise out though. At this time of year breakfast is served outdoors but in winter it will be in a basement.

We found out that they don't accept couples that don't have marriage certificates if they're Turkish citizens. 1. This is hypocrisy. They portray something but also don't want to lose tourists. This kind of hotels should be banned from booking.com . You guys should have a stance against these people. 2. If you don't, then at least "put it in huge black letters" that the hotel requires a marriage certificate for Turkish citizens. So that people don't get surprised at midnight when checking in at a hotel.

Perfect location

The hotel is right cross from the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the staff were very nice and helpful. Not to mention the food in the hotel is very good

The bathtub was a bit high and it was a spa tub but it didn't work

This is a fantastic location on the Bosphorus with stunning views. The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. One gets the feeling of staying at a seaside mansion. Alcohol is not served at this property. For its own reasons, the hotel only accepts married couples. The area has many dining options, including some of the best seafood.
