Mia Berre Hotels

Friendly staff was willing to understand me better, though for some employees English is not strong and they used voice translation. My room was upgraded to a bigger one for free after it turned out that room type in hotel's reservation system was different from the one in Booking app's reservation (it was smaller in hotel's system). The breakfast was tasty and various, though it was a surprise to see that no juice/soft drinks were not included.

I guess, this is not the issue of the hotel, but the issue of their integration with Booking's system, but somehow my room in the hotel's system was cheaper and smaller than I had booked. Luckily, it was replaced. Location of the hotel might be inconvenient for people with legs/heart issues, because it is located among hills and path to metro/bus/places around can be connected with quite steep uphills. I found breakfast coffee to be an area of a significant improvement.

Le personnel non souriant, pas courtois

The reception staff was really helpful

The standard economy rooms are a bit small and connecting the hotel internet was clumsy.

Great staff. Very helpful and attentive. Room was basic but clean, spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent in the restaurant, tasty, well presented and a good portion size. Note that this is an alcoholic free hotel so you will need to find a local bar if you want an alcoholic drink. Great choice of hotel and I highly recommend if you’re on a budget and looking for a clean, comfortable, well located and affordable hotel with great staff.

Nothing

The room was not clean The bathtub was blocked and the room service was poor They don’t clean the bathroom floors or the coffee table One day they didn’t clean our room

Freundliches Personal, alles sauber, Lage außerhalb vom Zentrum daher eher ruhig.

Everyone was very friendly, cleaning services were immaculate and the stay was worth the time.

A few guests came towards the end of our stay and there was quite a bit of noise but I did not make a complaint so I can’t fault the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Istanbul. The rooms were modern and quiet, and overall the atmosphere was very nice.

The breakfast could have had more variety, and the Wi-Fi connection was sometimes slow. Other than that, everything was good.

Nice stuff and good location, Everything is good and near to hospitals. The hotel was nice and quiet. We are definitely going back again .

The pillows was very thick 😊

Il personale è stato molto amichevole

Colazione molto povera a mio avviso

Posizione

Personeel was heel vriendelijk

De kamer werd niet voldoende schoongemaakt. En de kamer was best krap

Hotel is in very good location, next to all the clinics. Parking is included in which is a rarity in Istanbul. The stuff was very helpful and even gave us free breakfast!

The food was average and quite pricey for what it was...
