Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Everything worked well during our 5 night stay in September 2026. There were two of us on holiday trip and we are in our sixties. All worked well for us. When not out in City attractions, hotel has good restaurant with interesting menu to find dinner or even lunch. The breakfast offers for Asian or other international traveller plenty of coices to choose from. Rooms are comfortable, AC and bathroom function well. We enjoyed our stay, which was our fifth time in Japan.

男性の大浴場のお風呂のお湯が汚かったそうです。 女性の方は、お湯が循環されていたのできれいだったけど、男性の方は、循環されていなかったので、汚れが目立って、不快だったそうです。もう入りたくないと主人が言ってました。

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026シンプルでエコでした 大阪駅からのシャトルバスもあり、ドライバーさんも親切丁寧でした お部屋も１６階の大浴場も綺麗でしたし、一人用露天風呂もよかったです 中之島美術館のフェルメール展の為に一泊のみの滞在でしたが快適！ 製氷機も各階にあるので便利です（大体のホテルは数階ごとですので）
電子レンジがあると嬉しいです。

The room was very small and we ended up booking another room for my daughter. The front desk said there were not any available, so we booked thru booking.com and she moved to that room for the 2nd and 3rd nights. Ideally we would have had 2 beds and room for our luggage, but the queen bed with no room for luggage was uncomfortable.

New frosted windows. on 14th floor yet NO view of outside. free shuttle bus driver loads and unloads your luggage depending on his mood. this is only 1 driver as others were consistently very helpful w/luggage. No vending machines on floors to just get a bottle of water. August is a very hot month to visit Japan.

家族三人トリプルを予約できなかったので、事前にシングル、ツインの部屋を二部屋を並びなど、近くでお願いしていました。 チェックインの時に、かなり並んで待っていましたが、 まだ清掃中との理由で、離れた階での利用となってしまいました💧

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026It was clean and conveniently located next to the subway. The beds were very comfortable. We had a nice view at the lounge was pleasant.
Staff took my wet laundry out of the dryer because I was 10 minutes late to collecting it. It was still quite wet and I would’ve had to add more money to continue the drying cycle but I didn’t have the opportunity to do so. Other people continued to use the laundry room and so I had to pack wet clothing in my luggage to take back with me on my journey home. This was not nice.

Restaurant is a bit too small for breakfast when busy and food choice is limited especially fruits. Coffee machine was off at one occasion.

Frühstück kann man auslassen, Rezeption schafft es nicht ein Taxi für 4 Personen inkl. Gepäck zu bestellen. Man bekommt einen Zettel und soll es selber machen. In einem 4 Stern Hotel kann man sich das aber schon erwart.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Das Frühstück bietet eine exzellente Mischung aus japanischem und europäischem Geschmack, das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut, die Dachterrasse mit Bar und Ausblick macht großen Spaß.
Vor dem Haus war eine lärmende Baustelle, aber die hat man in den oberen Stockwerken nicht gehört.

There were construction on my floor that I was not aware of. It was not noisy however the floors were dirty and to get to my room I had to go around the elevators to get there. Also the towels smelled bad.

L'emplacement est parfois éloigné de certaines ligne de métro mais vite compensé par la navette.

It was then lack of english speakers...in an hotel ur going to serve international guests, and english being a standard language. Staff managed best they could. We had a lovely stay.
