Great staff and location

Good location . A lot of good restaurants nearby .

The food on the breakfast very bad . The room facility very minimum , The chair in bedroom just plastic chair and it’s broken . So when I seat down it hurt my skin . The hotel receptionist good , very responsive by sending the staff to replace the chair and give me betadine and hansaplast to heal my wound .

Locatie, mooie kamers, schoon, vriendelijk personeel

Our family had a fantastic stay at Ashley Sabang Jakarta. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Its location is outstanding, with major attractions such as Monas, the National Museum, the Presidential Palace, the Istiqlal Mosque, and Grand Indonesia Mall all within a pleasant 15–20 minute walk. One of the highlights was the famous night street food market located just outside the hotel's main gate, offering a wonderful taste of authentic Indonesian cuisine. Staying at Ashley Sabang gave us the perfect combination of sightseeing, delicious local food, and world-class shopping. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Jakarta, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value

There were no perfect wardrobes in the rooms

Localisation. le confort du lit. la propreté

Sabang street means that street food and fresh fruits... :) the beds are comfortable. Hotel is very clean. Room is big enough. Breakfast is also great. Everyone is extremely friendly

The hotel doesnt provide a bed for kid... but they don't charge as well...

Location and friendly staff

NA

Spacious and clean room, friendly staff.

Breakfast is not bad, but can definitely be better.

Guest Officer Aviano & Ani were accommodating to us. Gave us free upgrade and early check-in. The location is good. There are many food stalls around & minimart is available across the hotel. Very comfortable pillows and bed. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was basic. Wished that there is a massage parlour nearby.

The room and toilet are clean. The pillows are very comfortable. They give us early check-in & free upgrade thanks to Guest Officer Aviano & Ani. The staffs are welcoming and service was fast. Despite it being a boutique hotel, it has a nice gym. Clean and has good equipments.

The breakfast was basic.

Special shout out to housekeeping team — Ani, jojo , Uki, Maulana—; our room had the napkins made with music theme -piano and guitar, etc. That was a pleasant surprise. Rest everything else was also good.

Clean and quiet

Breakfast needs improvement for western and Arab

Very clean spacious rooms Comfortable beds Coffee machine in the room <3 Friendly staff Got a free upgrade

It would have been nice if there were a bar or drinks were available in the evening— on the other hand the location provides for multiple options

The staff were very friendly and helpfull and honest.

Its only a small thing, there's hand towel rail/hook but never there when we are in, so I've to ask/remind the domestic staff to add. We just need it after washied hands. Also need some note/paper plus pen/pencil. Thank you, very helpful.

Very friendly and honest staff. Important asset for the company. I left my purse with moneys and they look after it.

No hand towel in the bathroom ! Need paper/note with pen/pencil.

The room was clean and spacious- got upgraded thanks. Beautiful flowers themed hotel lobby. Breakfast could be improved.

Very good hotel in downtown Jakarta. Very friendly staff, There are many restaurants and streetfood options in the area. Very close to shopping malls, national museum and national monument

There is no restaurant for lunch/ diner. Room service can be ordered from a nearby sister hotel. However, only for a minimum amount and till 9 or 10 pm only.

Gym, good location, nice view

The interior of the hotel is very tacky, but some people will like this.

Location was great- close to the national monument and right on a street with a night market, plenty of shops, and action. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The mattress was very comfortable

The breakfast was okay- good selection but many items were cold.

EVERYTHING

The variety of breakfast menus

Great location in the city centre, walking distance to street food

Breakfast is extremely poor, with limited options and oversweetened, synthetic tasting drinks and really bad coffee.

Its good for traveling

Maybe the breakfast???

well the room was big and we got a nice space-room. We got to leave our bags after check out for no extra expence- That made this room more worth it.

well.. the breakfast- we hoped for more..the scrambled eggs was cold and nothing that really stood out for super positive. maybe some yogurt or warm food?

Clean, close to everything, good breakfast

The water regulator is not fixed, so you have to keep it

Convenient location

Colazione ottima e abbondante. Hotel pulito e staff prontamente disponibile.

Very good services. We are there for my wife birthday and they decorate the room beautifully. The hotel exceeds my expectations.

Clean amenities, breakfast was simple yet classic standard options

Everything is good

Comfortable and close to restaurants. Room decoration very nice.Breakfast simple but verg delicious

Ubytovani a personal perfektni!!Recepcni Mila byla ochotna❤️
