Das wunderschöne, edle und hochwertige Ambiente, gepaart mit der Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt, sowohl im Vorfeld telefonisch als auch dann vor Ort. Sehr nettes Personal in allen Abteilungen, wunderschöne Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Booked this hotel for the wellness it boasts only to find out their entire wellness section closes at 8pm upon check-in (I arrived at 8pm). Generally hotel spa’s are open until 10pm as evenings are the most popular time. The fact that their spa closes so early was not stipulated anywhere even though I made a last minute booking mentioning my evening arrival. I paid full price but got zero amenities. As I was travelling for work I have requested an invoice 3 times already with no result. I asked the reception and was told it would be emailed to me, nothing. I reached out via booking.com twice already after leaving the hotel but the only response I get is that they don’t provide invoices and I should check with Booking (which stipulates on their page the invoicing can only be requested at the hotel). Friendly staff and nice stay otherwise but overpriced, difficult communication and 8pm is really too early to close a hotel spa.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig in der Fussgängerzone, die Bar hat eine tolle Atmosphäre, wir konnten für den Dauer unserer Transalptour die Autos im Parkhaus stehen lassen, die Omeletts zum Frühstück und das gesamte Frühstück waren sensationell

Die Öffnungszeiten der Bar sollte man überdenken, in den Zimmern über der Bar war man bis 2 Uhr nachts live dabei

Tout d’abord l’accueil par le réceptionniste PAOLO, alors que nous ne pouvions pas accéder à l’hôtel à cause des travaux dans la rue de l’hôtel. Paolo est venu nous chercher dans la rue en dessus de l’hôtel et nous a fort bien expliqué comment aller mettre notre voiture au garage privé de l’hôtel. Il s’est occupé de nos bagages et les a transportés jusqu’à notre chambre. Nous sommes allés à la piscine et au SPA qui nous beaucoup plus. On a demandé à prolongé d’une nuit notre séjour alors que nous avions un hôtel déjà prévu…l’un de nous deux a juste pu avoir un super massage avec NICOLAS ET NOUS AVONS FINI AVEC UN DÎNER EXCEPTIONNE SERVI AVEC COURTOISIE. Le 2ème soir ce fut tout aussi bien et on se souviendra longtemps du poulpe grillé et fort tendre agrémenté d’asperges et de navets croquants.

Super central beliggenhed, meget venlig og hjælpsom betjening hele vejen rundt. Lækker morgenmad og skønne lokaler til al slags (spil) aktivitet. Den bedste og smukkeste spa i byen. P-kælder og skikælder var helt perfekte og med elopladningsmulighed.

Vores værelse var ret småt og havde ingen udsigt overhovedet. Udluftning og lys på toilet startede automatisk og kunne ikke slukkes, hvilket var ret irriterende når man skal op om natten… Der var kun mulighed for at spise fulde fire-retters menu om aftenen og den var lidt dyr og ikke særlig vegetarisk

De locatie is uitstekend. De wellness is nieuw en zeer goed. Een aantal items was niet ingeschakeld. Daarom niet kunnen zien of alles ook werkt.

De kamer en badkamer zijn een balzaal en zeer ruim. maar om dan een douchecabine van 70x70 cm te hebben waar je niet kunt bewegen is raar. Ruim 3 minuten moeten wachten op warm water is gek en een grote verspilling van water. Bijzonder storend is de verlichting met sensoren. 'S nachts naar de WC betekent dat je meteen in de schijnwerpers staat. Het ontbijt is een aanfluiting voor deze prijs. vruchtensappen zijn een chemisch goedje dat je moet selecteren op een digitaal scherm. Na het ontbijt stinkt je kleding naar de frituur omdat de afzuiging bij de eierbakkerij niet werkt. Voor deze prijs echt ver onder de maat.

Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen. Vielen Dank. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr feines Essen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sadly we were very disappointed as no one was at reception to check in at 1pm we had to find someone. The room was very hot with no air conditioning. The room charge was €168 for a single occupancy & when I included my wife who joined me they added €120. Other hotels offer greater value for money & don’t rely on an old reputation for being the hotel to be in!

Great place for skiing

Location perfect in the middle of town, afternoon tea after skiing, lovely indoor pool area, lovely balcony view of the mountains. Very comfortable rooms and amenities. Amazing buffet breakfast and delightful staff. The hotel is a beautiful authentic Austrian which we loved!

We loved it, didn’t dislike anything.

I highly recommend this hotel because staff are helpful and friendly. Early check-in is very possible because they have the best housekeeping team. While we are having our breakfast, our room was nicely cleaned up so that when we return after breakfast, our room smelled great with lavender scent. What not to be missed is their gourmet dinner at a very good price and absolutely delicious. They also have free spa facilities: sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath for hotel guests’ usage. If the weather is not favourable these facilities definitely works wonder to help you chill and relax in the hotel. Remember to bring along your swim wear if you would love to have a dip after a good day out. Enjoy!

Been here twice already. Great location. Very friendly staff. Restaurant menu got an upgrade especially for dinner. Nice pool and relaxation area.

Perfekt läge. 100-300 m till liftar och järnvägsstationen. Smidigt med tåg Zürich flygplats-St. Anton. Stora rum, extra säng i eget rum med dörr!

Food was great and the location was right in the middle of town. No restaurants were open during interseason, but the hotel had reasonably priced meals available. The rooms were a little small, but comfortable and the spa/swimming pool was clean and a great experience.

We were given a view of the construction across the street and not many people were at the hotel. We would have liked a better mountain view.

Zimmer wunderschön, Service herausragend, Essen erstklassig, Hotel ist unbedingt eine Empfehlung.

Really nice hotel, helpful staff, great bar, and St Anton has a great selection of bars and restaurants - standouts where Acquilia, Museum and Basecamp.

Bien placé et avec tout le nécessaire d'un hôtel de ce standing

Located along side of the main street at Sankt Anton am Arlberg. Very convenient to walk around the village and access to the lift, which runs up the mountain. You can enjoy there even in the summer time.

The Alte Post was wonderful. Great staff, beautiful accommodation. The breakfast spread was delicious and the pool and sauna fantastic. Only a short walk from the slopes with a great ski room to leave gear in the evening. Highly recommend!

Sehr schönes Hotel, saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Schöner Wellnessbereich mit grosszügigem Pool. Frühstück war lecker. Leider waren alle Bergbahnen und Geschäfte geschlossen.

Reaching parking lot is a real life ESCAPE GAME. Reception persons in elegant local costume are friendly. Museum like interior, amazing window view. Only one drawback is a modest city imbiss like restaurant.

Albergo molto confortevole,molto bello e in ottima posizione

The first room they put me in had two twin beds next to each other - with a rift in between. However, it was early in the season and they upgraded me to a suite that had a king sized topper. They made it work :-) I got to the hotel after the restaurants had closed, so the barkeep tried to find as many bar snacks as he could...very accommodating :-)

Très bien dans l'ensemble. Un seul bémol : l'arrivée. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue interdite aux voitures et par ailleurs plusieurs portent presque le même nom. Il faut donc se garer comme on peut, chercher le bon établissement et obtenir des instructions : s'approcher très près des bornes automatiques, déceler un bouton qui est caché, trouver ensuite le garage, le bon ascenseur : tout ceci est un peu compliqué après une journée de voyage. Sinon, la piscine est bien, le restaurant aussi.

It's not easy to find a hotel for a long winter weekend in St Anton which is probably reflected in the price which was pretty eye-watering. The hotel is charming and traditional, slightly old fashioned but that's what you want, right? The staff are lovely with a sense of humour and the food is superb.

Aufenthalt wegen eines Konzerts in St. Anton am 06.10.2017 / deshalb zwei Nächte gebucht / perfektes Wochenende / sollte in St. Anton wieder einmal ein Konzert stattfinden, das mich interessiert, werde ich sicherlich wieder in diesem Haus ein paar Tage verbringen.

Lovely, clean hotel right in the center of St. Anton. The cable car/ski lifts are two minutes walk from the hotel, so one can roll out of bed and head right to the mountains for a hike (or ski). Staff was friendly and helpful and the pool/spa area are beautiful well-maintained.

We had a spacious suite in a quiet location, bed was comfortable, great bathroom with separate toilet, nice balcony to relax on, food in hotel was delicious, nice wellness and pool area and beyond all the service was great! Very helpful staff booked a day trip for us to Lake Constance on a day when the Sankt Anton weather was iffy.

A very comfortable, friendly, rustic hotel offering up-to-date modern facilities. .Wellness and pool facilities were much appreciated, so too were the gourmet meals.

When we eventually found how to reach the hotel by car ( you had to press a button for a bollard to go down in the road )our check in went smoothly and we were offered a welcome drink. Our room was large but the beds rather hard. We had a great buffet breakfast the first morning but after that we just ordered off the room service menu in the restaurant which wasn't so good. No one told us about the free Summer Card which luckily we read about in a leaflet from the Information Centre.

Mycket nöjd med vistelsen.

Bra boende. Nära liftar och mitt i byn. Wi-fin var lite jobbig, då man behövde logga in varje gång. Men ok täckning. Personalen i receptionen var trevliga, men hade lite dålig "koll" ett par gånger. Vi fick dock toppenbra hjälp med allt vi behövde och bor gärna här igen. Parkeringen i garage var väldigt bra.
