The rooms were large and comfortable and hotel was in the heart of everything but still quiet and peaceful. The staff were amazing at the hotel and the restaurant. The breakfast that was included was great and a lot of choice.

A quite location in the middle of a very busy town. Exception and friendly staff. The property is very well maintained. A lovely outdoor shower!

Me enviaron un conductor para recogerme en el aeropuerto. Como yo había reservado fuera del servicio del hotel, pensé que quien me escribía era el que había contratado. Para mi sorpresa al llegar al hotel, resultó que quien nos trajo era el conductor del hotel. Quedamos muy confusos recibiendo mensajes de dos números indonesios al mismo tiempo, pensando que eran la misma empresa. Al llegar al hotel nos quería cobrar 700.000 IDR por el servicio que ya le habíamos pagado a la otra empresa. Al final el hotel se arregló con el otro conductor y nosotros no tuvimos que pagar nada extra.

Todo, el hotel espectacular, el staff super amable, la habitación perfecta, todo genial.

No es del alojamiento pero la zona tiene mucho trafico, no afecta dentro del hotel pero algo para desplazarse.

Personalul foarte amabil, am luat o excursie de la proprietate, iar șoferul pus la dispoziție de către proprietate a fost un ghid excelent, ne-a oferit foarte multe informații, ne-a depășit așteptările! Patul este mare și foarte confortabil. Mic dejun excelent si foarte variat.

Staff were very cooperative. The property was clean and beautiful. The location is perfect for ubad and has a fabulous view of the water palace. the breakfast in lotus restaurant was delicious and plenty but it was the same everyday

The pool is average not very good. Lizards were everywhere, I know it's normal for a resort but we saw them in the bathroom because the ceiling was brocken.

La comida del restaurante es mejorable!

Hotel adiacente al water palace con colazione nel Lotus ristorante perché è tutto lo stesso complesso. Molto caratteristico. Davvero in stile balinese. Con massaggio di 30 minuti compreso. Una vera coccola. Molto centrale ma silenziosissimo. Sembra impossibile avere il caos della via principale a così poca distanza e non sentire nulla. Davvero una bella esperienza!

La nostra stanza molto bella non aveva però le finestre con vetri trasparenti. La luce arrivava ma avrei preferito diversamente. Ma ho visto che altre sistemazioni erano più confortevoli.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war ein Traum, wunderschön und sehr gemütlich. Besonders toll waren der Pool und der wunderschöne Blick auf das Puri. Am Abend konnten wir sogar die traditionelle Show sehen. Die Atmosphäre war einfach wunderbar und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstück war für uns in Ordnung. Wir persönlich hätten uns jedoch ein größeres Buffet mit etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht

浴室の扉の所に段差があり、同色な事もあり気づかず足の指を思いっきり打ってしまいました。 骨折しなかったことが幸いです。 フロントに車寄せがないので、渋滞している道路に車を停め慌ただしく荷物を乗せたり降ろしたりでした。 高級なホテルに泊まる感じではありませんでした。

Super mooie en rustige locatie te midden van het drukke Ubud. Hadden een huisje dat opgedeeld was in 2 kamers, met elkaar verbonden via deur en terras. Eentje voor de kinderen en eentje voor ons. Lekker ontbijt aan het water paleis.

Zie het prijsverschil met ons eerder drie sterren logement niet goed. Was de prijs waard die we betaalden via de promotie, maar de volle prijs zou ik het niet waard vinden.

Personnel incroyablement serviable, aux petits soins, souriants et prévenants. La chambre magnifique, la piscine jolie, le petit déjeuner magique face au temple et fleurs de lotus. Nous avons essayé les massages au spa, parfaits aussi. Une bulle de paix dans l'animation d'Ubud et en plein centre. Près de rizières et des restaurants. Comfortable room in great location in the heart of busy Ubud. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nice, peaceful pool to while away the hours. Excellent breakfast in a setting that looks out over the water palace.

The room was a little small with no view, but it had a nice little porch in front that we enjoyed.

Wonderful hotel, the grounds are incredible with free entry into the water temple, hotel room was amazing & so beautiful in design, lovely quiet location off the hustle & bustle of the streets, cannot praise the staff enough, nothing was too much trouble for them to help & everyone was so friendly & kind, will definitely return to this fabulous hotel.

The light in the room is a bit dim.

Located in the centre of ubud with a lot of shops close by. Free entry to ubud water palace which is peaceful in the morning. The staff were helpful and friendly. The spa was excellent.

The breakfast options were limited and lacked flavour. Starting the breakfast at 7.3 can be late for early morning tours. There is construction work happening close by which affected the privacy from the outside shower.

Gostei de tudo. O quarto lindo com vista para o templo das águas de onde assistia aos espectáculos. As luzes, a água, a música, tudo era mágico! A localização era fantástica para quem quer ficar no centro de Ubud e ter contacto com a vida frenética que a caracteriza. Mas basta entrar no hotel para nos sentirmos num sítio de calma e paz. O pequeno almoço é excelente, servido num sítio lindo com vista para o lago de lotus. Podemos escolher entre três opções.São todas muito boas. Os funcionários são uma simpatia, sempre atentos e disponíveis. Foram uns dias maravilhosos!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, and attractions, and the overall value was outstanding.

Only that we couldn't have stayed longer.

Lugar bonito, boa localização, funcionários muito gentis e solícitos, quarto limpo e bonito. Estamos na nossa lua de mel e eles fizeram a gentileza de fazer um ritual de benção e deram um brownie decorado como agrado. Café da manhã maravilhoso, muito gostoso e com ótima vista. No último dia, saímos às 5h30 e eles prepararam um box de café da manhã para mim e para a minha esposa, o que foi muito gentil e atencioso. Gostamos muito e recomendamos bastante!!!

A única crítica que temos é que as vezes acaba água quente. Então normalmente ou eu ou a minha esposa tomávamos um banho todo com água quente - em geral, no meio do banho da segunda pessoa a água acabava. Mas é um problema pequeno comparado ao que oferecem.

Parfait ! En plein centre d'Ubud dans une oasis de verdure et de calme. Jolis bungalows bien aménagés avec literie très confortable. Personnel aux petits soins, toujours souriant . Le petit déjeuner se prend au café lotus, au temple d'eau, un lieu magnifique avec une musique douce et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié.

The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive throughout our stay. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, always greeting us with warmth and professionalism. The breakfast was excellent and provided a wonderful start to each day. Overall, the outstanding service made our stay truly memorable.

Amazing staff, Beautiful location, 15 mins walk to monkey forest, 10 mins walk to Campuhan Ridge walk, so many resturants and markets at walking distance. Highlight of the place is the Lotus Cafe with incredible view of the Ubud Palace with lotus views. Live music on some days and traditional dance performance views at the Lotus Cafe. The temple is access from the hotel.

Would prefer more vegetarian and vegan options at the resturant.

The shower is in the bathtub which doesn’t have anywhere to hang nozzle so hard to wash yourself whilst holding water nozzle but not enough of problem the good out weighs that small problem although for older people hard to get in and out of bath tub , we had the Saraswati classic room
