Bliss Ubud Abangan

The location was good, close to the main street. Very small complex. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was good.

The rooms smelt mouldy. If you wanted to order a drink by the pool it would take 40 minutes as it had to come from the other Bliss Resort.

Super süßes Homestay! Waren hier für 5 Nächte. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Blick zum Pool und auf die Reisfelder. Das Frühstück konnte man jeden Tag neu wählen und wurde zur gewünschten Uhrzeit aufs Zimmer gebracht :) es war super lecker 😋 Die Lage ist auch super. In die kleine Seitengasse kann man nur zu Fuß oder mit dem Roller. Aber alles war fußläufig sehr schnell erreichbar. Und um das Homestay war es angenehm ruhig. Unseren Roller durften wir direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Am Pool waren wir meistens alleine. Der Pool ist nicht groß, aber völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt ist das Homestay sehr schön bepflanzt und man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Es war immer alles sauber und ordentlich. Kommen gerne wieder!

Very quaint small hotel in great location for Campuhan Ridge Walk. Easy walk to restaurants! Excellent service by staff and breakfast served in balcony was nice.

Hicieron todo lo posible por agradarnos. Cambiamos de habitación durante la estancia sin ningún inconveniente. El último día nos prepararon un desayuno a las 6 am porque salíamos de viaje. Todo muy limpio. Alguna hormiga, normal en el entorno en el que te encuentras.

Todo fenomenal. Para hacer el tratamiento en el spa vien a buscarte y luego a traerte de nuevo. 10/10

Quiet oasis in Ubud but very close to everything. Room was spacious and large bathroom with shower and bath. Nicely furnished patio with view over the pool and garden.

We liked everything especially the staff who were friendly and helpful.

Struttura molto bella, la nostra camera era molto spaziosa e aveva una vista mozzafiato sulle risaie, il bagno era enorme e dotato di tutto il necessario. Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile. La colazione viene servita sul balcone ed è abbondante e buona. Acqua sempre disponibile in camera e in reception. Posizione molto comoda, a due passi dalla strada principale di Ubud, ma allo stesso tempo molto silenziosa, essendo un una stradina non accessibile in macchina.

Dò come punteggio un 8 perché la pulizia è da migliorare, avendo i pavimenti bianchi si nota tutto e la quantità di capelli/peli sparsi per la stanza era notevole e non adeguata alle stelle dell’hotel. Probabilmente basterebbe cambiare gli strumenti usati per passare il pavimento. Essendo la struttura immersa nel verde, ci sono insetti e persino pipistrelli, che tendono a dormire sul balcone durante la notte. Basta lasciare accese le luci e non vi troverete sorprese! Tuttavia sono innocui.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour au Bliss Ubud Abangan. L’hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre d’Ubud, à seulement environ 8 minutes à pied du Ubud Palace. C’est donc très pratique pour découvrir la ville tout en profitant d’un endroit assez calme. La chambre était très propre et agréable, avec un lit très confortable et une belle douche. La piscine est également très agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bon, avec plusieurs choix. Mention spéciale pour les œufs Benedict faits maison, qui étaient délicieux ! Enfin, un grand merci au personnel, qui était extrêmement gentil, souriant et serviable. Leur accueil chaleureux a vraiment rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour confortable et bien situé à Ubud !

Good position and good staff

Bliss is exactly that-BLISS. It is intimate, very comfortable and in a great location for central Ubud. We loved many aspects- the great verandah, where breakfast was served each morning, where you could sit and relax, the fantastic bath! The pool though small, is very refreshing and set in a beautiful garden. The main street of Ubud is just metres away, but the little laneways surrounding Bliss are delightful and take you to less busy areas. The staff are friendly and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and easy.

We would book Bliss again with no hesitation. This was our first ever stay in Ubud and we now understand why it is so popular.

Fijn hotel die op een rustige plek ligt maar wel dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Je geeft de dag van te voren het ontbijt door en ze komen het op het afgesproken tijdstip brengen. Kamers zijn schoon en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel.

De airco in onze kamer sloeg af en toe uit. Hierdoor wilde het af en toe nogal warm worden in de kamer.

Très belle chambre spacieuse (et belle salle de bains) avec superbe vue sur rizière et coucher de soleil, à 5-10mns du centre. Personnel très sympa, petit déjeuner top. Aucune hésitation !

Ubicado en una muy estrechita calle por detrás de una de las calles principales de Ubud, es un hotel pràctico, cómodo y muy limpio. Si quieres alquilar moto, puedes hacerlo justo en la subida que hay desde la calle principal. El personal es atento. El desayuno en la habitación es un lujo.

Close to the centre just a short walk. Staff were friendly, always greeted you when they saw you. Amazing breakfast, loved the pancakes every day on the balcony.

I want to share my experience so future guests can be careful. During my stay, while I was attending a yoga session, two credit cards disappeared from my wallet, which I had left inside my hotel room. I am not accusing any specific person, but the fact is that my cards went missing while my belongings were in my room. What concerns me even more is the lack of security measures. There are no cameras available to verify what happened, and the entrance is easily accessible. When I raised this serious concern with the hotel, instead of feeling supported as a guest, I was told: “Please feel free to report the matter to the police, as the hotel has certainly followed all proper procedures; however, if you lack evidence, we are concerned that you might be filing a false report.” I found this response extremely disappointing. Reporting that personal belongings went missing is not the same as making a false accusation. As a guest, I expected concern, assistance, and a willingness to investigate. I hope this helps future guests to be extra careful with their valuables.

L'emplacement est top : environ 3min a pied de la rue principale d'Ubud. En revanche, pas accessible en voiture (seulement a pied ou en scooter). La chambre comporte tout le nécessaire et est très propre. 6 petits déjeuners différents sont au choix chaque jour ! L'hôtel met à disposition de l'eau et des serviettes de piscine. Pour le prix ça vaut vraiment le coup !

Forse il fatto che la piscina sia quasi sempre all'ombra.. Ma d'altronde se si vuole una struttura immersa nel verde e intima direi che non è un grosso problema .

Cet établissement est parfait pour un séjour à Ubud, l’emplacement est idéal tout en restant au calme. La chambre est très confortable, propre et dispose d’un balcon très agréable à tout moment de la journée. Le personnel est adorable et la piscine est parfaite.

Je dirais juste qu’il faut changer la bouilloire, celle-ci était en plastique, il serait mieux de la remplacer par une bouilloire inox.

J’ai été agréablement surprise par Bliss Ubud Abangan ! Le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement exceptionnel. J’y ai passé un magnifique séjour et je m’y suis sentie en totale sécurité. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à seulement une minute à pied du centre d’Ubud. Malgré cette proximité, les nuits sont extrêmement calmes et reposantes, sans aucun bruit. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et attentif au moindre besoin. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et pour avoir rendu ce séjour si agréable. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation ! ✨🙏🏻🌿

Perfect location in the city centre, everything walking distance from our stay. Clean and well serviced unit everyday. Breakfast brought to our room on time and a great selection to choose from😊

Wouldn’t say we didn’t like, but the complex only had one pool that really didn’t get any sun, so the water was definitely a lot colder than all our previous stays in Bali. So if lounging in the pool is a biggy this may not be a good choice.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Bliss Ubud Abangan dans la suite vue rizière au 2e étage ( chambre numéro 6). L'hôtel est bien situé et permet de se balader à pieds dans Ubud. La chambre est spacieuse et la vue sur la rizière est super. Tres bon accueil. Tout le personnel est agréable et chaleureux. La vue est le gros point positif. Concernant la salle de bain, elle est belle avec vue sur la rizière, et grande. Il y a une grande baignoire qui à titre personnel n'a pas d'utilité. L'eau est très chaude et avec une bonne pression, mais il réside une odeur désagréable que je ne saurais décrire. Il manque une poubelle dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est livré dans la chambre. Ce n'est pas le meilleur petit déjeuner mais ça va. Par contre d'un côté il y a la vue rizière mais de l'autre la vue sur des ouvriers au sein de leur petit temple. Et le bruit des travaux parfois de l'autre côté. La piscine est jolie ...mais froide donc personne ne s'y baigne. Nous avions choisi aussi pour la piscine donc déçue pour ma part de ne pas avoir pu en profiter ( heureusement mon mari aime l'eau froide! ) Et la réception est juste à côté, pas idéal pour l'intimité. J'ai pu faire un massage au Bliss spa, l'hôtel partenaire. On vient nous chercher en voiturette car l'hôtel est à 10 minutes. L'autre hôtel est d'un autre niveau avec un magnifique jardin. Je recommande le spa. Super accueil, super massage. Le 1er jour, J'ai jeté un œil dans la petite cuisine à côté de la réception car il n'y avait personne et là j'ai vu un rat... ça m'a vite refroidie . Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel. Et selon moi, il ne mérites pas du tout d'être un 4 étoiles. Plutôt un 3 étoiles.

Je ne recommande pas le Bliss Hôtel. Il y a plein d'autres hôtels qui semblent être bien mieux pour le prix.

Rustige plek buiten de drukke straten van Ubud. Alles is wel op loopastand dus dat is fijn. Verder een heel mooi hotel met zwembad, veel groen, schone en mooie kamers, ontbijt wordt gebracht op je kamer/balkon en alles gewoon goed geregeld.

Hotel was interestingly tucked away down an alley which made it extremely quiet and charming, but very hard to find initially, and quite a ways to drag your luggage since only motorbikes/scooters can go down the alleys. Since it's hard to find by car with a GPS, tell driver to drop you off at the top of the steep drive by the Lazy Cat Cafe.

Hotel zit op loopafstand van het centrum. Personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ontbijt is goed en wordt naar je kamer gebracht.

Helaas geen parkeergelegenheid en hotel is niet met de auto bereikbaar. Hotel zit ook 'verstopt' en is lastig te vinden.

Location was quiet, yet still close to everything. Breakfast on the balcony each morning was lovely.

The hotel lights stayed on all night and lit up our room which made it too light for sleeping. The curtains are not block out.
