NASPA New Otani

越後湯沢駅まで近く、駅付近には飲食店もあり、夕食を外出食べるのも便利でした。花火を出来るスペースが設けられており、花火だけ準備(ホテルでも購入可)すれば火やバケツは貸してくれるので、夜の時間も楽しめました。大浴場のお風呂は露天風呂もあり、ゆっくりできました。スタッフの方も皆親切で感じが良かったです。

朝食は予約なしでも、美味しいビュッフェがいただける点は良かったですが、料金高めで家族分で考えると結構いい出費になってしまいます‥

宿泊当日が町のお祭りで花火大会があったのでホテル前からお部屋からも大花火が見れて良かった

夕食の会計を新潟県ゴートゥーイートを使いたかったのですがチェックアウトの時にお願いしたが夕食会場での会計しか受付ないと言われ残念だった。

ブッフェの種類が多く、部屋も広くて快適でした。

ディナー時のアルコールメニューの定番品（ビール、ハイボール、サワー）を充実して欲しかった。

朝食のビュッフェの列の並び方。 日本人の習性として列を作るが、おにぎりコーナーからパンケーキコーナーまで一列になるため無駄な列となる。

とても清掃が行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。

小さい子供が障子を破りそうで、全部外させてもらいました。日中、窓から西日が差し、カーテンを閉めると暗いし、レースカーテンがあった方が良いと思います。 今回食事を付けず外食にしましたが、ディナー、朝食がもう少し安いと有難いです。

ブュッフェの食事が種類が多く、調理も凝ったものがあり、とてもおいしかった

駅からホテル行きのバスがあるのかわからなかったので歩いたこと

トイレのウォシュレットが故障中で水が止まらず自分の洋服と回りもビショビショになり、トイレ掃除をしました。最悪😞⤵️⤵️。部屋も空調を調節出来ず暑くて不快でした。

ジュニアスイ-トでした。 素敵なお部屋で、景色も良かった。

グリーンシ-ズンで1万円位の値段の時期との情報でしたが、適応にならず、 残念でした。

很日式飯店，大，乾淨，服務人員有禮貌。它有自費的游泳池溫泉和健身房，有需要可以預約。

交了bath tax一定要拿證明，妥善保管到你離開飯店！！！我入住時現金交錢，沒拿證明，最後一天花不少時間處理這個，沒想到這麼棒的飯店會出這種差錯，所以我一開始沒注意到要跟服務人員要求收據。

景色はあまり良くなかった。翌日、ノークリーンの札を下げていたにもかかわらず、清掃の人が鍵を開けて入ってきたのは、びっくりした。

Everything! Starting with the 5 minute hotel shuttle bus ride from the train station everything was exceptional for me. The staff especially Ms. Nakabayashi were terrific. I stayed in the very spacious and super clean junior suite and loved the room. The hotel offers a selection of restaurant choices serving a variety of cuisines. Just be sure to inquire about reservation times. The buffet breakfast was copious as was the dinner buffet. There is a fitness room and an indoor pool. The onsen was excellent after all day on the ski slopes. I reserved in advance by phone rental ski boots in my large size. They provided new, very comfortable boots and skis. The convenience to the mountain and all the services available couldn't be better. I've skied at and enjoyed various resorts in Niigata, but will definitely return to NASPA soon. Thank you all.

I'm not sure if the 1,500 yen charge included both the pool and fitness room at the same time or just the room that I used for some weight training. I can understand a fee for pool maintenance, but don't see why it's that expensive for the training room. I would have no problem paying a one time fee for use during the stay, but 1,500 each time seems a bit excessive.

しいて言えば スキー、ブーツの雪払い 入り口に欲しいです ひとつ　ぶら下がってましたが　どうやって 使うのか届かないとこにあり　笑うしかありませんでした

Great location. Large rooms. Great option for ski in/out. Ability to hire ski equipment and access to lessons onsite.

Few affordable options for dining. Shuttle bus stopped at 7pm, leaving us to head to town for early dinner. No ability to use streaming services for television.

Big hotel with Onsen, Half board option and friendly staff

食事に地元のものがあり美味しかった、自家製バターがとても美味しい 部屋からの眺めが良く広い部屋だったので快適に過ごしました

素泊まりでも当日ホテルで夕食が食べられたこと。夕食一つひとつ手が込んでおり美味しかったこと。売店が充実していたこと。接客が非常に丁寧だったこと。

This resort is brilliant for location, access to the ski fields and shuttle bus into town.

The restaurants at this resort are extremely over priced, especially to eat as a family. There were limited options to eat inside the resort, and we typically took use of the shuttle bus to get to town for dinners.

Well connected by free frequent shuttle buses with the ski resorts and train station Echikawa Yuzawa. Good room for family of 5 - two single bards, plus 3 futons on tatami area. Spacious and nice. Good onsen style bath

The shuttle is so convenient and the hotel's lobby, rooms , and all facilities are all great!

The mattress and bedding are too old and not comfortable.

Although somewhat dated the rooms were spacious. The shuttle to the station was a bonus as walking would have been difficult given the snow and bear sightings. The pool was excellent except the opening hours. Finally the public onsen was fabulous.

Restricted pool opening hours and cost. The expensive buffet dinner. Location is not near to any shops so you need to catch the shuttle into the station if you want to buy food from 7/11. Restricted hours of hotel shuttle.
