النظافه والاستقبال والمكان جيد والضيافه ممتازه، بعد الوصول قدموا طبقا من الفاكهه والتمر ودلة قهوة عربي، كانت لفته جميله

الحمام كانت رائحته سيئة جدا بالرغم من انهه نظيف جدا. غالبا هناك ارتداد للصرف او مشكله اخري في السباكة.

لايوجد إلا دور واحد للبوكنج وهو الدور الثالث فقط وبقية الأدوار للفندق

Good customer service. They offered upgrade for free with a warm welcome paired by lots of free coffee, fruits and dates.

Staff were great and helpful

The room is spacious with 3 beds, but it does need renovation and I believe they are working on that.

الفندق رايق جميل ونظيف وقريب منه خدمات (مسجد جامع وبقاله ودانكن ومطاعم مثل / البيك وريدان والطازج وغيرها )والحلو موفرين في الغرف ادوات للشاي ومكوى ومفرش ومخده اضافيه وادوات عنايه وغيره بصراحه يستاهل تجربتي فيه رائعه

Expensive, i found only 4 beds room, the location is far to haram

1. حسن الاستقبال وأخص بالذكر الأستاذ ريان قمة في الذوق والأخلاق. 2. سرعة الاستجابة عند الطلب. 3. النظافة العامة للغرفة وتوفير كل الاحتياجات للنزيل. 4. سعة حجم الغرفة. 5. موقع الفندق مخدوم حيث وجود المطاعم القريبة منه مثل البيك وبابا سنفور وغيرها، كذلك توفر التكاسي.

البعد عن الحرم فقط

Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment, and it failed to meet even basic expectations for a 4-star establishment. Pros: The room was spacious, offering plenty of space to move around. The bed was comfortable, providing a decent sleep experience. Cons: Cleanliness was severely lacking. Dirty walls, dusty windows, and unwashed curtains made the room feel unhygienic. The furniture was old and worn out, and the wallpapers were torn, giving the room a neglected and rundown appearance. Basic amenities like an iron were not provided, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 4-star. Room service was slow and unprofessional, making it more of a hassle than a convenience. There was no English-speaking staff at the reception. Only the manager could communicate in English, but he was rarely available, leading to constant miscommunication and frustration. Deceptive Practices: The breakfast situation was a complete letdown. We paid a substantial amount in advance for a buffet breakfast, but upon arrival, there was no buffet at all. Instead, they only offered an in-room breakfast with a limited Arabic menu, which was not what was advertised. We canceled breakfast from the second day onwards, but it took multiple exhausting contacts with the staff to get only 20% of the paid amount refunded. This was incredibly frustrating and felt like a scam. This hotel is falsely marketed as a 4-star property, but in reality, it meets 2-star standards.

This place is really great for the price. Was very satisfied. One thing that was bothersome was that it didn't have any windows in my room, otherwise was smooth.

Here is my experience with Concorde Mina Hotel: 1. Wifi is not working in the room. You should go down to the lobby. 2. Room service is average. 3. Reception is below average. 4. Hotel services are below average. For example, not laundry, you need to take your cloths and look for laundry outside the hotel, then go back to collect them. 5. Breakfast buffet is average.

I don't know what the previous guests reviews were moaning about. Great hotel and more importantly great value for money considering I only paid £21 a night for two people. The hotel was very Clean, comfortable nice and quite. Above all the air conditioning was good Quality 2 and I would definitely comeback again!!. The only dissapointing element was you find the water really

Pleasant stay. Clean rooms and bathroom. Nice ambiance. Shuttle service is up to Jamaraat only which is a negative. We had to use Taxi's every time.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Easy to check in and out.

The hotel should have been rated one star as it was definitely not four star hotel. No lifts working, no housekeeping done,no toilet rolls, no hot water in bath. Total disaster. The only plus point was the staff were friendly. Housekeeping was done three days into our stay and even that was after complaining. Very poor service

It was very nice and comfortable stay up there. If they add car service from Hotel to Haram sharif that would be great.

The hotel would be livable if they had regular transportation to the Grand Mosque. One has to take taxis to and fro which is very inconvenient.
