Bed was comfortable, room warm, good hot shower, a comfy couch to sit on, will stay again Checked in early & host was very accommodating. This is my 3rd stay on Great South Rd & the best so far

The accommodation is quiet place and close to the entry of highway and easily drive up to the highway in a couple minutes. Not far away from the airport.

The accommodate is a little bit old style but clean and comfort. The drive-in of this Motel is not easy enough.

Great to have a separate bedroom and large table. Loved the space. So quiet. Bus stop right outside on both sides of the road and train station within walking distance. Restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

An older motel, but a goodie. Because of the access to motorway, Newmarket shops and food; and huge parks like One Tree Hill and the Domain. Great fridge /hotplate or even an oven in some rooms. Staff exceptional, especially when I misread my dates, they worked "overtime" to accommodate us anyway. Much appreciated. Tx

Power points were adequate to charge 4 devices overnight.

The staffs were extremely helpful and carried our heavy luggage to the room for us. The room was quiet and comfortable. Very good price for a room like this during high season.

Die Lage ist super. Der Bus in das Zentrum ist vor dem Haus und zum New Market ist nur 10 Minuten Fussweg. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gab uns gute Tipps. Preis- Leistung in der Stadt ist extrem gut.

Prima prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Locatie is prima, new market en mount Hobson op loopafstand en openvaar vervoer (bus 70) is tegenover motel. Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en meedenkend.

It wasn’t really an issue for us but no fly screens on the windows which if hotter and wanting windows open might have been an issue

No ability to leave windows open at night securely. Sliding windows could have a rod to put in the track to prevent opening further. Odd to have plates for 2 people, glasses/mugs for 4 people in a suite that can take 4 - didn't impact stay, probably could have gotten extra on request.

I would of love them put a guest book or note pad and pen somwhere or note As in my 3day stay I left early and arrived back late and tired just wanting to rest up for next day. My stationery was packed up somewhere👍🏽🫶🏾

I loved the location, very friendly helpful staff and comfortable clean room. I asked for a full length mirror and it was in room on arrival. Very satisfied customer😊

Room is clean and well maintained. Linens, bathroom and kitchenette were all clean. The staff is very friendly and were able to meet our needs with respect to checking in earlier, holding on to our luggage after checkout. We needed a clean and quiet place and it delivered well on both aspects. The staff sweetly handed us some Lindt chocolates as a Christmas treat which was very sweet

Cooking facilities ie no microwave so I had to get takeaways. takeaway shops were closed by 7.30pm.

This is our 2nd time to stay there, as we know the set up, location and, especially the comfortableness. They maintain the level of their sevice, which we're appreciated. This motel is always handy and worths to pay.

At the beginning their sign could not be seen at night as it seemed there was some problem with lighting, but after the guys came and fixed, it perfectly worked again :)

I feel a number of repairs would Improve things with such as you could a few floor boards broken under the carpet..not things that impacted our stay but for long term continued health and safety and upkeep of the motels they would be beneficial

Our second time staying here and we loved it again. Great location, easy parking, super clean, quiet, comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely keep choosing this place every time we come to Auckland.

Great location, close to everything in the city. Just no walkable distance from cafe or restaurant.

A bit older and tired. Lots of things are patched up but could really do with renewing.

We felt very well looked after by the friendly staff. Despite being next to a main road, you don't hear much of the traffic at all and it feels peaceful coming back after a day in town. The bed was comfortable, too. We stayed for 3 nights. We could walk to our skin specialist appointments and also walked to the big shopping centre complex Westfield. My go to public swimming pool was also in walking distance. We will be staying here again on our next Auckland trip. Everything worked, we were comfortable and it was very clean. Good shower pressure too, and everything as advertised. We've booked a relatively cheap accommodation so do not expect a luxury unit.

It was our home for a week! So clean and tidy, Jaden and James were nice and helpful to us! the location is just ten min by bus to city centre .Definitely recommend this place

A basic and reasonably priced accommodation handy to hospital which is what I needed

limited kitchen supplies, e.g. one teaspoon

once i found it, it was a good place to stay. staff were wonderful and called me to ensure my arrival time, leant me a charger as i forgot one and were generally really kind and welcoming. rooms themselves were nice comfortable. easy to get back on motorway

The hotel was clean and the beds was comfortable, they even gave us water bottles each day (we were there for 2 nights). The motel was close to supermarket, shopping center and not too far from the central business district (cbd). It seems like they are still doing some renovating. The rooms seemed to be newly painted and family owned and they were really kind, friendly and accommodating and gave us the better parking space to park our van.

The bathroom has 2 steps to go to the shower and toilet.

The location was lovely and the staff went above and beyond to help out when we were in a bind with the new car we brought. The room was kept extremely clean and well stocked our whole stay. The location was great and close to some great eateries. I highly recommend this place.
