The Kirana Canggu Hotel

De kamer was niet schoon, de vitrage was kapot en schimmel, muren waren niet ok, lekkages overal en de geen water uit de kranen van de wastafel. Klachten ingediend en toen alles gepoetst behalve de muur (de verf was brokkelen). The Kirana in Tembok was beter maar had last meer van geluiden van de buren, het was totaal niet prettig vooral als een kindje bij je hebt.

Vraag even of dat de kamer schoon is.

Excelente ubicación del establecimiento cerca de muchos restaurantes, spa, muy cerca de la playa y sitios de ambiente nocturno. El trato de los empleados es bueno y la calidad/ precio esta muy bien, las habitaciones son modernas y amplias. Es la segunda vez que visito este lugar y aun se mantiene en el tiempo. Claramente volveremos

De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend en was absoluut het pluspunt van ons verblijf.

De hygiëne liet helaas heel erg te wensen over. Het was erg vies op de kamer; de gordijnen waren smerig en de zijkanten van de douche en het bad waren ontzettend vuil. Overal zat zoveel kalkaanslag dat het zo smerig was dat we niet eens normaal konden douchen. Er moet echt veel beter en grondiger schoongemaakt worden, en we vonden het dan ook heel vreemd dat er slechts om de twee dagen werd schoongemaakt. ​Daarnaast valt het ontbijt erg tegen; je krijgt bijna niks en het is heel gering. Ook in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes was de hygiëne niet op orde: de wc bij de receptie stonk enorm naar poep en de kasten hadden een gore, muffe geur. We hadden nog duurste kamer ook

Had a sliding door to outside that didn’t lock. The AC unit was dripping water in the floor, and the “double bed” had a gap down the middle as it was just two singles pushed together

Centraal gelegen aan de straat waar het in Canggu allemaal gebeurd. Zeer dicht bij het strand en goede restaurants.

Zwembad was wat klein, maar het strand maakt veel goed.

This hotel is comfortable and really good value for money! In a central location, with kind staff and a very nice pool. We liked the rooms as well.

As other reviews stated, the water pressure is a bit weak. But is still worth the amount we paid.

Los baños, las habitaciones están increíbles y con buena vista. Lamentablemente los baños muy mal diseñados, un ex con tapa plástica, vieja, el agua se salía por debajo del inodoro y con respecto a las duchas, también cada vez que entraba se inundaba el baño.

The room AC are not working properly, smoking at the balcony is prohibited and i didn’t know that , since many of the hotel are allowing smoke at the balcony .. if we could know, we cant smoke at balcony, i will not book this hotel ..

The maintenance staff were very attentive and helpful. They did the best they could.

The rooms were old and outdated. My shower didn’t work and the tap in the bathroom loose. I was t really happy with the room. I wasn’t comfortable there and regretted I chose the place.

The staff was very nice. They were very kind and were clearly upset that I left and did not stay. Given the location is right in the middle of everything in Canggu, I think this hotel is a bit of a party hotel, and I am guessing damage is done by guests and it is challenging to keep up the maintenance.

The door looked like it had been broken down multiple times and did not close on its own, but had to be bolted. Someone had punched or kicked in the closet door and there was tape over it, the air conditioning unit had water dripping out of it, the sliding doors to the little balcony did not lock and the balconies on either side were easily accessed, so I did not feel safe. The toilet seat looked really dirty and heavily used, and overall the bathroom did not look clean. All in all, I did not feel safe nor was it clean. And the WiFi was barely functional, so I had to use my phone to find another hotel. I left about 15 minutes after I checked in and stayed elsewhere.

L'emplacement de l'hotel est top, central pour visiter Canggu. Le personnel était présent, dès qu'il y avait un soucis avec la chambre ils ont été réactifs. Lit confortable.

L'hotel mériterait un coup de neuf (couloir, escalier). A notre arrivée les toilettes fonctionnaient pas et faisaient du bruit. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude dans la douche le premier soir, après qu'un monsieur soit passé vérifié on a compris que le chaud et le froid étaient inversés .

le personnel est très à l'écoute , et le spa est digne d'un grand hôtel !

la douche a besoin d'un bon décapage pour enlever le calcaire !

Obsługa super miła!! Bardzo ładny hotel, ma klimat. Lokalizacja też super. Cena a jakośc jak najbardziej ok. Ogromne wygodne lozko - to było najlepsze.

Nie było czysto, w pokoju w kątach chodziły mrówki. Ogólnie przydałoby się odświeżyć. Więc ocena 7 niestety jest niższa przez czystość …

Property was in a perfect location, hotel was amazing looking , nice open plan. Breakfast was limited but lovely , Ac in the room was nice and cold and the staff were the most friendly and helpful people

The balcony doors were not the best , they were not sealed and because of that ants and mosquitoes were constantly in the room , there were gaps under the door and at the sides of the door , but other than that the hotel was great

Amazing location! In general, very nice hotel for this price. The stuff was friendly and very helpful!

Unfortunately, our window faced the wind, and during heavy rains our room was always a bit flooded and very humid, so all our clothes felt wet even if we didn’t wash them😅 The hotel helped by putting towels on the floor to block the gaps between the balcony and the room, so it was okay, but it still ruined the experience a bit. Also, the room is cleaned only once every two days, which is not great with this humidity and in general with the Bali lifestyle. Everything else was great!

The location is way too great for everywhere! The service & environment was great! Will come back again in future.

There is still a need for improvement in the cleanliness of toilet seat, bath tub and bed sheets.

Nothing like the photos, mold and water damange everywhere and stains on the beds. No refund even after not staying there.

El desayuno muy completo, el personal muy amable. Ademas nos fuimos una semana a Tailandia y nos dejaron guardar las valijas, motivo suficiente para volver, nos han ayudado muchísimo!

Solamente que no llegaba tanto el wifi a la habitación. Pero después lo solucionaron.

The location is very convenient, close to the beach and many restaurants, and the hotel offers bike parking. Cleaning was done daily at a reasonable hour; towels were changed, water was refilled, and overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The staff were very polite and friendly. Check-in was smooth, and they kindly stored our luggage free of charge for a couple of days before check-in while we were away.

The hotel looks much better in photos and from the outside than it does in reality. It seems a bit older and not as well maintained as I expected. We stayed in a Double Room with Pool Access, and the humidity level in the room was very high. At times before falling asleep, it was difficult to breathe for me. I haven’t experienced this issue in other accommodations in Canggu. As expected, the room window faces a passage area near the pool, so there is limited privacy when the thick curtains are open. And the lighting in the room is very poor.

The staff members are very friendly, very clean and nice location, excellent value for the price. Nice spa inside and outside almost next door to the hotel.

The taps were a little old in couple of the rooms (we had 3 rooms) and not all showers were working properly. Also constructions site next door, like almost everywhere in Bali.
