I had a wonderful stay at Privato Hotel Ortigas, and I’d especially like to commend Ivan from the Front Desk for his exceptional service. He was very warm, courteous, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Ivan made the check-in process smooth and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. It’s employees like Ivan who truly make a hotel experience memorable. His excellent customer service and positive attitude are a great reflection of Privato Hotel Ortigas. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay here again!

Towels are thin and looks worn-out. Expect the minimum in terms of room provisions - no complementary bottled water but there is water dispenser in the hallway (I didn't like the taste though) and there is only one body wash for hair and body. Chair is stained. It's OK if you are just looking for a place to sleep.

Had a minor inconvenience during our check-in on August 17 for my birthday, but the staff Sir Art handled it right away and everything was resolved smoothly. Overall, we had a pleasant one-night stay and appreciate how quickly they addressed the concern.

Location - very much accessible to leisure amenities in Ortigas, tho kinda hard to book at 4PM on a Friday 😅 Atmosphere - it's very much chill Rooms - The room was clean and the king bed is superb Value - You get your money's worth naman Noise Level - mostly it was quiet, kinda weird na merong construction noises early in the morning tho Service - Sir Art was very nice and accommodating, very attentive to inquiries as well Amenities - The pool is quaint and the city view is great Food - The breakfast buffet was beyond excellence! We've been here for like 3 times and we truly enjoy our stay here with my friends. Comfortable yung room, mabait at accommodating yung mga staff, kaya sulit. May mga times lang na medyo mahina yung Wi-Fi connection, though hindi naman siya naging malaking issue dahil overall maganda pa rin yung stay namin. Special shoutout to Intern Yuri and Art from the front desk for being super friendly, approachable, and very helpful throughout our stay. Sila talaga yung nagdagdag ng magandang experience. Definitely we'll be back soon.

This was my nth time checking in sa Privato Ortigas. Location is good, near estancia and bgc. Staff Yuri helped me regarding on my check out.

I honestly had a great stay at this hotel. Isa sa mga pinaka-nagustuhan ko is yung location niya. Super strategic because it's near different malls and other essential places, kaya sobrang convenient whether you're in Manila for business, leisure, or even a quick staycation. Another thing I loved was the city view especially at night. Ang ganda tignan and it really adds to the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the indoor and outdoor amenities gave us more ways to relax and enjoy our stay. But what truly made the experience memorable was the excellent customer service. Special mention to Art from the Front Desk. From check-in until our stay, he consistently showed professionalism, a pleasing personality, and genuine hospitality. His warm smile and the way he sincerely assisted guests made us feel welcomed and valued. You can really tell that he enjoys what he does, and that kind of service makes a huge difference. Overall, with its excellent location, ambiance, great amenities, and outstanding staff, I can confidently say it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Manila. Definitely worth every peso, and I'll surely recommend it to my family and friends. Looking forward to staying here again!

My name is Richard Tuazon. I would like to take this time to mention my stay at the Privato Hotel in Shaw Blvd. I am a resident of California visiting my son and daughter in law in Paco manila. My son and daughter in law spoke very highly of the Privato Hotel which is only about a few kilometers from where they live. My overall experience at Privato was excellent! The dining area at the 6th floor was very good! it was spacious, clean and overlooking a city view. I specially like to mention the dining deck supervisor (Rodel M. Claricia) He is very hospitable and attentive to the guest, He is knowledgeable and always made sure dishes are readily available. Hire more people like Rodel! I will surely come back to Privato on my next visit.

Privato sits right across from capitol commons, making incredibly convenient for both business and leisure. Walking distance to Unimart and Estancia Mall. The vibe well it feels cozy and sttaightforward , not overñy luxurious but a clean hotel, mostly when you at the roofdeck. The rooms comfortable basic but consistent, amenities nice and eco.friendly woith pool and gym. The cost is practical really indeed and most of all the staff is bery cheerful and courteous especially the front desk Yuri, Ivan abd Darren.

The buffet was ok. There should have been more options but it was otherwise well-presented. Staff is friendly.

There wasn't consistency in breakfast items. Sometimes two kinds of fruit, sometimes one. Real juice rather than instant would be better.

Ambiance is good. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Just do everyday cleaning po sa rooms even pa check out na ang guest 😊

The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the airconditioning was also working properly. I had a good stay at this hotel. Yuri the staff was also very accommodating. My friend and I saw a wallet at the roof deck and immediately called the front desk. He came to pick it up and told us that they will try find the owner. That’s prompt and great customer service.

I availed the no breakfast booking. So far the place is ok, not far from malls and the city, but the place needs more staff to do some cleaning. It seems the smell of some of the rooms (typically the CR/Restroom) are roaming sometimes in the corridors. Overall, I rate the place a good place to stay.

The room we got is not that clean, dust on the sides of the flooring, smell back flowing within the cr.

Service is superb. All staffs are pleasant and welcoming. Yuri helped us to check-out seamlessly. Location is convenient and near to Capitol Commons and other fast-food chains and even pharmacies.

General Review: Cleanliness are very good. Housekeeper also did her best to make our room clean and cozy again. Amenities are sometimes disappointed. When something is requested for the room, it took a long time to arrive.

They had a nice bar and viewing deck that really should have had music and a bar (there is a bar but was not opened).

It is described as a 3-star hotel, but it felt like we received more than what we paid for. It is definitely perfect for families who want to spend time together. I enjoyed the free coffee in the afternoon, the swimming pool for my husband and child, and the fitness gym.

The location is near Capitol Commons, but we had to book a Grab car to visit SM Megamall since we were travelling with a child, and walking to Shangri-la or Megamall can be exhausting for her. Also, I wish there would add more treadmill since most guests had to wait for their turn to use the machine.

3rd time to be here. Amazing hospitality! Kaya namin binabalik balikan kasi sobrang bait ng staff. Kahit anong room mo, vip treatment ka :) definitely will come back!

Location was walking distance from Estancia and Capitol Commons. You also get stunning views of the city in the roofdeck and room if you request for it. Rooms and breakfast buffet were okay and what you expect from what you would pay. Service is very good and concierge was very quick. Thanks to Jan and Yuri for making our stay great and memorable!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. It’s conveniently located near malls and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were comfortable, although the air conditioning was limited to a maximum of 22 degress celsius. However, considering the chilly weather, it was still quite pleasant. Additionally, Yuri, the friendly front desk attendant, greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay.

The location is perfect for my business purpose and leisure after work. There are a lot of cafés near by that’s walkable. It’s easy to book grab for transportation. You get what you pay for the quality of the room and the service they give. The pool, gym equipment, and breakfast selection were okay.

The staffs are great and they are friendly as well. The cleaning lady is efficient and nice. The hotel is great for all types of guest and the pool was the best part for the kids. The room was spacious enough for a family and a great value for your money. The location is accessible and super near the malls. It's always our go-to hotel whenever we stay in the metro for a few days.

Went downstairs for our meal and came back with a clean room but everything was turned off. The AC settings went dead and even the internet. Turned the ac back on and left it for a bit to cool the room because it was so hot and to my surprise, the AC turned off again when I returned. And weirdest thing is the TVs volume kept going up to max without anyone touching the remote. 😵‍💫
