Great place

Great location, large rooms.

I love the area and the property is nice rooms are big but the carpets needs to be cleaned and the pool area needs to be repaired there were a few boards the popped up when you stepped on them right by the entrances to the pool.

The hotel was a bit difficult to get to by foot, but once there, it had everything you could need. The room was very long, it was a studio but it had a sofa, 2 TVs, kitchen and dining table. The AC was implemented in the most thoughtful way ive experienced in hotels on my week long trip, nextto the bed but not blowing directly onto the bed. The area arroud the hotel was compact, but had all the necessities, 7-eleven within 100m of the front door, restaurants within 300m. Lots of choice for food, Indian, Chinese, Thai, and even a smoothie stand. Also within short walking distance to a Central shopping mall.

Have stayed here multiple times and always felt welcomed. Staff are very friendly. Facilities are good, multiple pools. Breakfast has a good selection and nice area to enjoy. Have always stayed in two-bedroom room, very spacious has own kitchen, priced right.

Excellent place to stay especially with family. Away from the noisy streets of Bangkok. The rooms are excellent but some furniture is outdated but still good.

Nice studio room clean and modern

The property was ok, and the room had a kitchenette. There were no pots, pans, and cutterly. The surrounding property was a convenient walk to a mini-mart, grocery store, and restaurants. Central Rama 3 Mall 16-minute brisk walk if you don't mind the heat and smog. I would stay there again if I needed to be in that part of Bangkok.

1.Soooo.....the kitchenette lacks a burner which means you have a fridge and empty cabinets, riddle me that! 2. Make sure you get a room you can cook in if thats your plan, otherwise you'll have to pay to eat. 3. Property is at least 30 minutes from any entertainment. 4. Santuary of truth is incredibly far so you'll need to get hire a guide, but be sure they don't rush you, they like to rush you in Bangkok, all the way around. 5. If you like sleeping on a hard bumpy floor, their beds are right up your alley. 6. Customer service was good, dispite a few of the women at the reception desk. 7. Laundering works if your lucky. Only one of the dryers work the others will take your 80baht. 8. If your looking to lay out in the sun you can count that out, pool outdoor but covered. Other than that i mean at least they hard hotter than luke warm water. This is a resort style hotel so plan accordingly. I won't be back, but far for me to judge ones experience. Just plan accordingly 😌

Old building but well maintained. We had a 2 bedroom room with kitchen, it was clean and comfortable.

Have stayed here several times over past 5 years. Whole facility, especially Tower 1, needs complete upgrade to be competitive with other resident hotels in area. Staff is very helpful and always cheerful.

BEWARE!!! This guy is a complete CON ARTIST. The property we arrived at was lived in by a family. Left us completely high and dry. All other comments are FAKE! KEEP AWAY!!

Great pool. Decor needs updating

Pros: Located within 20min from most of Bangkok's tourist destinations. Convenience stores, pharmacy, mart, school, restaurants, coffee shops located walk-able distance from property. Friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Comfy bed, spacious rooms Cons: Property badly in need of major renovation. Dirty carpet and flooring, rust particles in tap water, noise of barking dogs and roosters every morning. All machines in the gym were unusable. Totally inadequate breakfast buffet.

The rooms are spacious, there's plenty of options for food around the location.

I always stay at the Narathiwas Residence in Bangkok. The size of the rooms and the facilities available makes it remarkable value. Recently, due to Covid, breakfast is served in your room, but when the restaurant is open the breakfasts are excellent (both Asian and Western).

Horrible hotel. Not clean, infested with roaches...very rundown.

Room was very large, and has kitchen. Big refrigerator, micro, and stovetop (on request). Staff were very good too. Hotel is near Central plaza mall, so shops are near by

Very bad stay. Room repairs going on above my room early morning. Complained first morning, staff assured me it wouldn’t happen again, however very next morning same thing

Very good value and excellent pool and fitness facilities, none of the room I stayed are equipped with towel bar or something to dry bathing suits.

We have very good experience with this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and courteous. However breakfast quality needs to improve.

Close to Central shopping center, close to my friends and family location.

Only two pillows, non-Thai Channel TV was limited to BBC, and CNN only. No utensils were provided. No guides or explanation given for where the facilities are. No one helped with our baggages at check-in. Moldy smells from AC. Pricier for that kind of quality. Far from BtS/MRT or skytrains. First and last stay.

It was great to have a suite with living area and kitchen with 2 separate bedrooms. The property condition overall seemed dated. The staff was extremely helpful.

Even though it is an old property it was very clean and the staff were pleasant. The Security at the door were very friendly and always willing to help.

Poor ac system. No ac in the hallway near the elevator. Not enough toilet tissues in the bathroom & keep having to ask for it. Poor washer.dryer system & expensive.

We had a great stay. :) The room was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and its near the mall Central Plaza Rama 3 but if you’ll be asking them to clean your room note them to change the bed sheets because they’re not changing the sheet covers. The staffs are very friendly and there’s lots of shops, restaurants and street foods near by. Can easily ride a cab too.

The address on Expedia was wrong. It was soi 19 not 24 It took a lot of taxi time to find it . The rooms are great and excellent pool. People excellent. Great room set up design with kitchen etc. Just no bottle opener Will be prepared next time.

I visited this hotel on Friday 04/19 for one nite. Easy check in They dont except debit cards only credit cards or cash. Dep is available to be left by cash 1000 bah per day $30.00 US. The outside pool is huge & clean. Walk outside the hotel you have a Starbucks, 7 11 & subway. Staff friendly, the apt has 2 bedrooms 2 full bathroom, huge livingroom & kitchen. Overall i would definitely recommend for 3 or more people.

The pools were great. Rooms large and comfortable. Would have liked to see crockery and cutlery in the studio rooms. Shame when the facilities were there.

The staff are friendly and eager to help. The swimming facilities and perfect for families. The wifi can be problematic and take a few times to connect properly.

Very good value if you require to be in Sathorn. Very friendly personnel and enormous pool.

The staff was very polite and courteous. The location is a bit out of way from major public transport and shopping location.

One of my 3 yearly trips. This time chose a smaller room Quite nice but no cooking above. Room was nice but the noise from neighbors was unbearable.

It is a good hotel to base yourself, though best to travel round the city after 9.30AM to avoid rush hour. The breakfast is good with lots of selection. The rooms are fine though a little dated, but comes with a kitchen.

Location is not convenient, signboard is not clear difficult to grab

I loved everything about this place. From service to amenities. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and highly highly recommend if anyone is going to Bangkok! Definitely will come back.

The front desk told the wrong floor and when we came back to inform him about this. He did not apologies. No staff did help with the baggage, except one security guy helped us. But he always ask for tip every time he do something. The Hotel in general was good, but not many staff working there, everywhere we go no staff. They need to pay attention about service and hire more staff.

Nice big 2 bedroom apartment. 7 eleven, subway and other restaurants close by.

The room was big and very clean. The wifi was excellent.

Good size pool. Convenient location, not too far from silom. Mini-mart is just downstairs. They have shuttle bus schedules to BTS. Totally recommended.

After several stays in the neighborhood, I have considered it one of my most favorite even the room was not the most spacious, nor with nicest design, but it was comfortable enough in good layout of separate dining and sitting areas, especially with the outdoor pool view which added to the appetite for every meal! Also the location was very convenient for various dining options, and there was daily shuttle service to nearby shopping malls and public transport.

It was nice and staff need to be more impressive on hospitality, specially in breakfast buffet.

Kitchen has stove but had to call for plates and cutleries. If want a pan or pot, get a pay 500 extra. Room is 2450 baht, why pay more to get what should have been there in the first place.

They were good to allow a late checkout. Hot water didn’t work.

Very pleasant stay. Part of the same complex as our friends Condo. Made for a very nice visit. Bit room with plenta of storage space. Two minor negative items: no cooking utensils given for short term guests. WiFi didn't work on 2 different days of a 7 night stay, appeared to be their authentication server error.

Overall was good, value for money. Pretty spacious and is near to eateries (by taxi). In terms of walking distance, there isn't much. Customer service was good, spoke Thai, English and Mandarin. The place is huge albeit a little old. Could work on the toilet amenities.

First time at this hotel, but definitely not the last! The room might not be the most spacious in neighbourhood and not really close to public transport, but shuttle service to nearby shopping malls and nearest BTS station could help. It was comfortable with full amenities in the room as well as Starbucks and 4 branches of 7-11 in walking distance!

Location was a bit far but we used uber to go everywhere.There were small ants everywhere and we asked for the room to be changed but no one did anything.The doorman tries to sell you his taxi.

This is about my 9th stay in the ladt 3 years. Not much has changec, like the soup at breakfast. Many renovatiins undefway Non of which are beneficial to thd cusfomers.

Family suite consisted of one king sized bed and one single bed. Not enough room for 2 adults and 3 children! Ended up 2 kids sleeping with sheets on a the couch.

Location a bit out of the way but the area has very good amenities. Room is big but getting dated. The hotel staff are good and helpful. The only downside is the hotel has lots of Chinese tourists, who are very noisy and slamming the doors in the middle of the night.

Stayed in tower one, the main tower. The room was fine and TV had American movie channels. The breakfast buffet is very good. The location is a little tucked away but this makes for very quite nights. The staff is great, good place to stay. No issues with WiFi strong signal fast download times.

Good hotel apartment, Area is very pleasing and calm

Nice hotel great staff kid friendly location. Caution balcony doors need to be locked as we had a 1 year old and balcony fence was not kid proof.

Overall good hotel for Tour operators and bit remote from shipping areas.

We stayed at this hotel for one week. Hotel very clean, rooms very clean and comfortable. Ideal for families with young children. Very good value for money.

I have previously lived here fjr 3 years. Been going back 3 times a year for last 2.5 years. No improvements fir the guests are visible. Chinese tourists are extremely ill manered and noisy.

It was okay.

The hotel was great! Plenty of space, the kids absolutely loved the pool, breakfast was excellent. The only complaint was that are room had a bunch of tiny ants in the living room, and anything that we would put down on the table or chairs would be covered in tiny ants after a little while. They appeared to be coming from somewhere in the wall. They didn't appear in the bedrooms or anywhere else. We had 3 suites total for all our family, and I didn't see them in any other suites except ours.

Value for money. Friendly helpful staff. I arrived early and was able to check in which was great after an all night flight.

This hotel is only okay for me. I was happy with the room size (2 bedrooms and bathrooms) as was lovely and large. Plenty space for 3 adults. The rooms are a bit dated and old fashioned looking. The actual hotel is out of the way though and not really close to anything although they do run a shuttle bus to a train station. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but enough to get by on.

We checked in late at night and ones in bedroom we have discovered insects in room. Room was dirty with lots of dirty marks on ceiling, doors, carpets and around the cocker . We should stay there for 3 nights but room was that bad so we have booked another hotel and checkout after 7 hours. The hotel standard is no more then 2*. At checkout hotel manager told us that he will issue refund and ones we back in uk and contacted ebookers he denied that. Ebookers decided to refund two out of three nights to us

Lots of hotels to choose from in Bangkok, but this hotel has very big rooms for a great price

Had to leave because of strong odor in the room and very outdated. Staff was very apologetic and gave me the refund for the two nights we didn't use.

Great Staff they kept my extra bag for weeks, although I told them it will be just a few days prior to my travel complications, came back & my valuables were still as a I left them, safer than home!

This is one of the best value Hotels i have stayed in Bangkok.The location was just far enough out of the busy Traffic but close enough for Shopping and going out...
