Hampton by Hilton Samsun

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, a várostól picit messzebb, a főút mellett. Tökéletes szállás volt tranzit megállóként. Tiszta, kényelmes szoba, finom vacsora a saját étteremben, és bőséges svédasztalos reggeli.

Preis-Leistung gut. Mitarbeiter freundlich. Frühstück auch gut aber nicht abwechslungsreich. Zimmer sauber. Würde ich wiederkommen ich denke ja.

Zimmer müssen überholte werden. Alles schon in Jahre gekommen. Einige Steckdosen ohne Funktion. Fernsehen ohne Funktion.

This hotel is terrible. The internet barely works, there is a horrible, strong smell in the reception area, and the bed sheets are stained. There is practically no food, and what little they do have is tasteless. None of the staff speak any language other than Turkish. We ordered something at the restaurant, and when they brought us the wrong order, they were the ones who got annoyed with us — even though we had translated our order into Turkish using Google Translate. 😁 I really regret staying here. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Location and breakfast

Although my room was on non smoking floor but it was full of smoke

Minden tökéletes volt.

Enttäuschung. Habe die Unterkunft über booking gebucht. 5 Personen 3 Kinder 2 erwachsenen.

Jó a parkolási lehetőség. Személyzet segítőkész.

Nem volt ilyen

1. Booked a Non-Smoking Room, but Assigned a Smoking Room When making my reservation, I clearly selected a non-smoking room. Yet after checking in it was a smoking room filled with such a strong smell of cigarette that made me hard to breathe! I went down to the front desk to request a change, the staff firmly insisted there were no non-smoking rooms available and only offered to spray some air freshener. It was only after I said I would cancel my booking and look for another hotel nearby that the front desk "suddenly" found a room for me. If a non-smoking room was available all along, why refused to change it in the first place? I had finally to wait over half an hour before I could move to the non-smoking room. 2. Serious Hygiene and Cleanliness Problems In the bathroom, the towels were not only dirty but also torn! Besides, there was no glass in the bathroom for teeth brushing so took a coffee cup from the living area instead, however, it covered in stains, clearly hadn't been cleaned. This was truly unacceptable! 3. Broken Iron I was here on a business trip and needed to wear a dress shirt. The next morning, when I went to iron my clothes, I found the iron was broken! It leaked water as I filled it and was completely unusable. Since I was rushing to meet a client, I had no time to ask for a replacement, which left me unable to head out looking presentable that day... From the room assignment to the cleanliness and the in-room facilities, there were simply far too many problems with this stay, and the front desk's handling of the situation left a lot to be desired. Obviously these were neither isolated nor one-off incidents. As a business traveller, this was far from the reassuring experience I'd hoped for. I sincerely hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and makes genuine improvements, and I'd advise fellow guests to pay close attention when checking in.

Excellent underground parking. Many outlets available for charging except on one side of the bed. Comfortable bed. Pleasant restaurant for dinner in the evening. A staff anxious to please in spite of the fact that they spoke very little English. Our room was relatively small but well organized.

Breakfast room was chaos with no organization - e.g. cutlery in different locations nowhere near the plates. The bathroom was very tight with almost nowhere to put any personal items.

Some garbage left from previous guests

There were clean room, comfortable beds and there is soundproofing which is important! Tasty breakfast with wide choice. Polite staff!

Nothing. Everything was Okey

The hotel was clean, the staff were well trained, friendly, and professional, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options.

The room was extremely small, with no balcony and not even an openable window to let in some fresh air. Although the hotel advertised Wi-Fi in the rooms, there was no usable Wi-Fi signal in our room. The Wi-Fi only worked in the reception area and the restaurant, which was very inconvenient. The fridge was unplugged when we arrived. After plugging it in, it worked, but we soon realized that whenever we removed the key card and left the room, the electricity—including the power to the fridge—was switched off. As a result, every time we returned after being out all day, the fridge had warmed up, and all of our bottled water and juices were warm, making the fridge essentially useless.

hotel itself was quite good, decent breakfast

staff quite unwelcoming

Location clean and breakfast 👍

Clean interior! Great breakfast!

Hotel manager was very kind and helpful.

There were only Worn-out towels! Staff weak English

We really liked the hotel, even though we were just passing through. We arrived very late, almost midnight. We were very pleased that the restaurant was open, so we were able to have a delicious meal after a long drive. The room was clean and comfy, and all the toiletries were good. The breakfast was also excellent. 👍🏻

The only downside was that there was no parking on site. There was some, but we were told it was all taken. We parked quite far away, and it was difficult to carry our luggage into the hotel.

Dichtbij vliegveld, goede kwaliteit-prijs verhouding. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Uitstekend ontbijt.
