Neba Royal Hotel

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Lage.

Free private parking was not available despite the booking.com listing caliming the opposite.

The windows of another hotel were opposite our windows.

Gutes Hotel

I came at about 3:00 am, the receptionist guy came outside and helped with loggige to bring to our room. The location is one of the best in Samsun. The room was clean, the mattress quite comfortable, there were stains on the carpet. Hygiene products, such as shampoo and shower gel, were not enough for 2 people, cleaning done every day, towels changed every day. The refrigerator in the room wasn't working, and after we asked them to fix it, they put in a new one, but it didn't work either. The breakfast was very good, everything delicious and varied.

Very nice in the center og Samsun. Sea-view, good comfort and excelent breakfast. They offer that I could park my motorbike in the basement og the hotel😊

Her yer temiz.

Hotel in central position in Samsun. At the moment there are works in the area, and streets are a bit congested, but hotel is reacheable. I had a spacious room wit view on two sides. Room was very good, clean, and quiet. The hotel is in a strategic position, with shops and restaurants at walking distance The added value, in my case, was the reception personnel. They were kind and efficient, and went well beyond their duties in helping me with a problem I had. Thank you guys. Overall satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

Comfortable stay, great shower, breakfast buffet was wonderful, staff was fast to reply and friendly.

Great stay. Amazing shower. Buffet breakfast was wonderful. Staff was helpful

Relaxed environment, near the cost,

Very friendly stuff and helpful in every situation

Really not good place to stay with family. Dirty rooms, very old carpet and really smell bad throughout.

The carpet was extremely dirty, AC was not working well, bathtub doesn’t drain water. Had to change the hotel.

Otelin konumu çok merkezi . İş için konaklama yaptım . Oda geniş ve temizdi. Otopark sorunu yok . Kahvaltı normaldi.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality and excellent service. The room was clean and got everything we need. If you want to walk to the beach from the hotel - this place is not your choice. This hotel is more nearer to harbor

Nice hotel Crew are frindly Great location

Nothing

Vielen Dank. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Allowed us to check in early, which was massively appreciated after a long night of travelling. Huge room, exceptionally clean, brilliant shower. Great choice at the breakfast buffet and very close to transport links.

Geen witte gordijnen. Zeer vieze tapijt in de kamer. Mini bar was defect. Badkamer was regelmatig verstopt.

The room was clean, big, and comfortable

Nothing

Breakfast was ok. Would have preferred to have had white sliced bread for the toaster.

Boiled eggs could have been warmer as they were cold but I suppose that depends what time you have your breakfast.

The location , the valet & laundry service both was fast and good .

The breakfast not that rich one, you need to pay for the lemonade while orange color juice was free! Room was small but clean

Breakfast was very good & staff were excellent.

No drawers in the bedroom.

City centre location

I went there for a football match in Samsun. I’m not sure that I can recommend it as a holiday resort though, but the hotel itself was great.

The location was perfect, our room was huge with an amazing balcony, breakfast was lovely, and all the staff were really helpful and accommodating

No remote for the TV, decor a little tired, bed not very comfy, no info in the room with WiFi codes and stuff

Close to trams and many shops

The view from our room

staff were amazing. location was ideal. Room was tidy and comfortable

The wifi wasn’t the greatest very slow or not responsive

This hotel is wonderful.

1he hotel was very clean and near eating and shopping places. Near the coastal path too.

The aircon was blowing very hot air. Cant adjust to cooler.

Cheap price, but room and breakfast is nice. Service is very good. Location is very good.

The hotel is located in the very centre of Samsun, close to the main seaside boulevard, so this makes moving around easy. I got their king apartment, which was on the penthouse floor with amazing view and facilities. The apartment has a spacious living room with a dining table, a comfortable bedroom and a sauna in the bathroom!!! Not that I had time to use it :-(((( In addition to all this there is a spacious terrace around all of these rooms with views towards the sea/port. I enjoyed it a lot. The breakfast was good, reliable, with lots of options and vegetarian options. While not sofisticated, it can fill any capricious tummy. The staff in all areas was super friendly and helpful.

As is most places in Turkey, do not count on the staff knowing English. Get good mobile internet and Google translate :-) And smile and be friendly!

Overall good and comfortable enough. Breakfast was good.

WiFi was barely enough for phone calls, just below 10 MBps, not sufficient for good video download. Also, a lightbulb was flashing in my room after I turned it off making it hard to sleep. I fixed it by turning off the electricity in my room completely.

staff are friendly

location

the location is perfect and breakfast is nice.

the AC was dropping water all night.

Breakfast

It was good family stay, breakfast was excellent we all enjoyed it. Value for money

Geniş odaları, özel oturma alanı olan, deniz manzaralı, kahvaltısı açık büfe lezzetli, merkez noktada fiyat performans olarak oldukça başarılı

location of the hotel was good, its in the center everything is nearby in Walking distance

Lack of English or any other languages beside turkish makes hard to communicate with the employees

normal location. the service is good. sumptuous breakfast.

Everything nice

The location of the hotel is really good. It is easy to reach public transport like tram and buses.

I booked a room with balcony and two beds. Sadly, after check-in and payment, I got a room without mentioned facilities. After asking about this problem I was informed that in the system it says I booked a different room even though I showed the receptionist my booking details. Moreover, after check-in there were no towels, after asking the receptionist we got them after 2 hours because they didn’t have clean ones available. There was also shower gel missing. What’s more, the bathtub was leaking while proper usage. The whole suit wasn’t clean enough. The breakfast service was well prepared but sadly all the food was always cold.

Good location, friendly staff and good breakfast

very good experience, comfort, good hotel with affordable price, nice room.

Everything was good

very close to the city centre cafés and the beach

Excellent hotel. Accommodating staff.

Beautiful clean large rooms amazing breakfast and views

İş için Samsun'a gelmiştim.

Perfect

Great Location, everything was at walkable distance.

Clean hotel, in the city center, helpful staff
