Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for me, but the air conditioning needs to be replaced. It was pretty warm in the room. The shower water has a strange smell, so try not to get it in your mouth or eyes. The breakfast was very good, with the normal options, and they serve fresh soup. The hotel is near the port, so it caters to the sailors. They do not permit unmarried guests to share a room. That’s good to know. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, but I never found a coffee shop. I would stay there again. A taxi from the otogar will cost 300-400TL.
The WiFi is slow, and the air conditioner needs to be replaced.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war unser erster Urlaub gemeinsam und wir haben es genossen. Das Hotel haben wir quasi nur zum schlafen und ausruhen genutzt. Man kann es sich aber in der Lobby mit nem Tee oder ähnliches auch schön gemütlich machen.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025Had a wonderful stay at the Kent Otel. Staff was warm and welcoming from the start, breakfast was good, made everyday enjoyable. A/C and Wifi worked well, very comfortable room. Hüseyin was a cool host, highly recommend.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025The breakfast was amazing, the staff at the reception were so helpful. Even though he didn't speak english he parked our car and even ordered burger king for us, the hotel lacked little cleanliness, however the staffs friendliness made it up for it.
The Floors were little dirty and the washroom pressure was too much(it made a mess everywhere)

I booked 20 m2 room but they put me about 10 m2 small box. Room smells of cigarettes.Room have small window to onether building wall. air conditioning does not work well. Toilet seat broken. Shower nozzles broken. Bed hard. The breakfast is very poor. I have been to 1000s of hotels all over the world, but I have never felt so dissatisfied and thoroughly cheated. Moved the next day on the same street 50 meters away to another hotel, it was cheaper and a fantastic newly renovated hotel. 100 times better.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2023Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, besonders zu unseren Kindern. Insgesamt war das Hotel in einem alten Zustand, unser Zimmer hat nach rauch gerochen, unter den betten war es sehr dreckig. Für eine Nacht war es okay, würde aber nicht wieder herkommen.

Yataklar çok sert... sadece yattık ve kahvaltı yapıp çıktık uzun süre kalabileceğimiz bir otel değil...

Especially stuff, they were very helpful and polite, the guy took us to the market at 11:00 PM, because we couldn’t find the open one and also help us to communicate with sellers. The breakfast was also very good. Would stay one more time. Thanks for the great experience ☺️

Reviewed Jul 21, 2022The Hotel seems to be generally in poor condition. The shower outlet was broken from the wall and we had to stick the screws gently into the hole to use it. The air conditioning would only run for one hour and then shut off. We had to turn it back on every hour. The shower doors were very difficult to move in their tracks. The pillows are too large and uncomfortable. Also, the refrigerator would not work even after the staff tried to get it functioning. The breakfast was just okay, but there was no hot food. Generally low-priced, but not a good value. I do not know why they have a high rating. Will not stay there again.
