It was central and not on a strep hill.

It felt sketchy, and the facilities weren’t as polished as they seem.

L’hotel est tres abordable, propose des prix très bas. Il est bien placé. Proche des cascades, du marché, le bus 600 est à 2mn à pied pour se rendre à l’aéroport. Le personnel est agréable et très serviable. La chambre est grande. Les serviettes peuvent être changées tous les jours.

Les photos sur le site ne sont plus d’actualité. L'établissement accuse le poids des années. l'hôtel est assez ancien et les installations (notamment la salle de bain) montrent des signes de fatigue et d'usure importants. Un rafraîchissement et un soin plus particulier apporté au nettoyage de la salle de bain permettraient de rendre la chambre plus agréable. Ce serait un plus pour l’hôtel.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. They helped us right away when we asked for a table and with all our other requests and questions.

We couldn’t use the kitchen in the room, only the common kitchen upstairs

住宿的房間類似一般住家的公寓大樓，周遭的環境很安靜，且距離偶來市場很近走路十分鐘以內，距離公車站也很近，適合想要體驗當地生活，運用公車作為主要交通工具的人。

The receptionist was super nice and it was a great location!

The receptionist was not at their desk a lot of the time. And there were some stains on the pillow.

The staff were fantastic! We arrived before check-in time and initially wanted to leave our luggage and check in later, but they let us check in first. The facilities included a free washing machine and microwave, and there was even a free self-service coffee machine on the 8th floor. It was truly excellent value for money. The location is right behind the Olle Route Visitor Center, and the surrounding area has excellent amenities.

The bathroom does not have a wet and dry separation.

On my second stay, everything went smoothly, and I got along well with the staff.

A pan to use the hob would have been great

It was a great stay. The personnel is kind and attentive. The hostel is close to the market and some restaurants.

Very good wifi for remote work. Spacious room. Good sound proofing. Little hallway noise even. Free laundry on 8th floor in bathroom. Roof access when i was there. Helpful staff.

Some things are dated.

L'établissement ne paye pas de mine mais l'intérieur est tout autre ! La chambre était grande et propre, bien fournie, avec une cuisine et un micro onde ! Les lits étaient confortables et l'établissement était calme. Il était plutôt bien situé, à quelques minutes d'un marché typique et de plusieurs jolies cascades ! Le personnel était très avenant.

La cuisine est là mais il n'y a pratiquement rien dedans pour cuisiner. L'eau de la douche n'était pas très chaude et la température changeait constamment sans qu'on bouge le bouton pour la règler.

The person running the hostel was really lovely, kind, and helpful. She let us check in early and was always quick to respond!

Room was nice and big, bed very comfy and good location. Really close to all the bus stops we needed and short walk to poetry park and a lovely waterfall.

We were here in the beginning of June which I think is low season. There was some water in our sink when we arrived which I think may have been there a while so was a bit dirty. Couldn't use cooking facilties in rooms as the gas was turned off which I assume was because most rooms were empty but we could use the shared kitchen on the 8th floor so was not a problem.

No breakfast but coffee machine

This is sold as a hostel, but I have never stayed anywhere with the least "hostel" feel about it. The whole time I was there I didn't see a single person at reception, so if you had a question to ask there was no one. The roof terrace, which looks so appealing in the photos, was deserted, dead. In fact the entire hostel was dead, and devoid of any kind of atmosphere. It was like staying in a ghost town. Having said that it's good value for money, the rooms are spacious, the beds comfy. Mine had a washing machine so I didn't have to use the communal one. The so called kitchen facilities are non existent as there is no gas to run the cooker, and no cutlery etc. It did have a small fridge. The communal kitchen/dining area was as dead as the rest of the place. As a single female traveller I found the place to be quite spooky. Location wise its a short walk to the Olle Food Market.

It's a big, hotel like hostel.

The whole place was Nice and comfortable, we had a great time, a quite environment and the rooftop was beautiful.

I liked the bed, lovely and comfy, the room was a good size for the price. Good location and the roof terrace was a bonus.

It was noises, the alarms were going off on my first night, there’s basically no staff. I a lady once in 5 days. So if you have any problems I’m not really sure what you do. It also says you can cook in the room, but you can’t and they close the communal kitchen at 8pm which is pretty early for me. I’m cooking as trying to eat healthy in Korea is expensive. So I booked a room you can cook in.

The room was great - really spacious, big bathroom, good wifi. Also a good location in Jeju, and the communal kitchen and dining area were great! It could be a fantastic hostel if it was managed better.

The main reason we booked this place was the rooftop - it wasn’t set up the 4 days we were there and other reviews say the same (for us it rained occasionally, but there weren’t cushions available to use for the evenings when it wasn’t, as as there were never any staff there you couldn’t ask anyone!). Main issue though was we booked it a few weeks in advance, and got a message from them the day before asking our arrival time. When we arrived (about 7pm - in the time window we said, and the signage says the reception is manned til like 1am) but there was no-one there - staff or guests. There was a sign saying we’ve popped out briefly, give us a call on this number. Not a problem at all, but over an hour and a half I repeatedly called the number and they never answered, and no-one ever came back to the desk. Eventually I found our key by pure luck as I was looking on their desk for an alternative number, which was lucky because several hours later I got a message from them saying they would come over to check us in now. The “we’ve popped out” sign was also up for like 3 days, so they just need to work on their communication and not provide a number that does nothing. It was very poor service and not what you want after a day of travelling to get there. Also the light switches in the room were bizarre - there were about 8 switches for only a few lights, and a sensor light by the front door kept turning on randomly while we were asleep. I think it was meant to turn on if you get up in the night to go to the bathroom, but although it was shielded from us moving in bed by a wall, we got woken up by it every time it turned on. Place is fine when you’re in - we enjoyed the kitchen and the room, but it’s just all the day to day management of it that needs to be addressed.

Very clean and a perfect location for our stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is the largest one we've seen in Korea. The staff were very nice and kind. The rooftop is the highlight of the stay.

The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the coffee available in the communal kitchen. It has an excellent rooftop area also.

Amazing value for money, comfy bed, always someone on desk-Korean speaking only so use translator, very friendly. Good WiFi. Good location to market and 30 min walk to Oedolgae.

Over all really clean. But a few thing missed from previous (drinks in fridge) didn’t bother me but it might others. Rooftop area wasn’t set up with cushions etc, but assuming it’s more for peak season

The room was large enough for two and a dog. The staff were helpful with all our qyestions before and during the stay.

There were no mugs for hot drinks so we purchased disposable cups from the corner store.

The pillows smelled, the mattresses were terrible, there were only sour-smelling tea towels available for showers. They weren't responsive to Booking.com messages and asked for communication to be done via email without providing an email address.

The location is good, and the roof top is nice but dirty unfortunately.

People shouting in the corridor at night and you hear everything. The glasses were dirty (oil inside), and there is a kitchen but absolutely nothing to cook, not even plates or spoons. Also the towels smelled weird. In 3 days we did not see any staff from the hostel.

Nice room with good space and with a small kitchen. Good view and enjoyed their rooftop.

The only thing that colud have made our stay better would be english speaking staf.

The roof and location were great. You can checkout whenever you want.

Should be cleaner. There wasn't anyone at the reception- if we wanted anything we had to call them by phone (toilet paper or towels...)

location was good. I could get around easily with multiple bus stops and food options around. owners were quick to reply the messages on booking.com. fresh towels and water was provided daily (except the last night)

the walls are a bit thin so I could hear the neighbours. there were some dead mosquitoes on the ceiling and walls and there was a sock left by someone previously in the drawer. the kettle had debris on the snout and the sink smelt funny.

Beds are comfy, room has a good size and location is good.

It was impossible to find anyone at the reception, either at check in or check out. Even the phone in the room didn’t work so we could not reach anyone, which leaves you a bit hopeless if you have any questions or need help with anything.

- Kitchen in the room was not avaialble for cooking. - Double bed was to small for two people, had to sleep separate as married couple. - Terrible stench from the sink in kitchen. - The light itself came on automatically in the middle of the night making you wake up. - Staff entered the room with the door code when we were inside, to change the fire extinguisher. Didn't wait for us to let them in even for 5 seconds. - Shared kitchen messy. - Hard to get more toilet paper or trash bags, not many times that there where staff at the front desk.

Really happy as the owners are very accommodating when I could not board my flight, and they changed the dates when u arrived without additional charges. I booked 3 nights and extended 4 more nights. I just want to remind travellers to apply for Korean ETA online and get it approved before boarding your flight or you will be denied boarding your flight.
