다이빙 하기 딱 좋은 위치 입니다. 주변에 다이빙 샵이 많습니다. 편의점도 근처에 있어서 이용하기 좋습니다 5층을 배정받았는데, 뷰도 괜찮았습니다. 넓은 원룸 형식의 방입니다. 침대 두개가 들어가있어도, 넓습니다. 전체적으로 청결하고, 어메니티도 좋습니다.

정말 다 좋았는데, 층간소음 하나도 모든 점수를 까먹는 숙소입니다. 제가 그렇게 민감한 편이 아니라서 왠만한 층간소음은 견디는데, 이건 못견딜 정도였습니다. 사람 발망치 소리가 사람 미치게 하더라구요. 호스트에게 말씀드렸더니, 양해바란다고 하고 다른 처리가 없더군요. 어쩔 수 없이 제가 직접 올라가서 말했더니 중국인이더군요. 다행히 영어로 대화가 통해서 조용히 해달라고 하니 미안하다고 하면서 확실히 소음이 줄더군요. 하지만 다음날 다른 숙박객의 층간소음은 마찬가지였습니다. 진짜 층간소음때문에 머리가 울리고, 심장이 뛰는 경험을 했습니다. 이정도 층간소음이면 숙소측에서 슬리퍼정도는 배치하고, 층간소음에 대한 안내문 정도는 붙여놔야 할 것 같습니다. 시설이나 청결함 등 모든 것이 좋았지만, 층간 소음때문에 최악의 숙소가 됐습니다.

Es hat alles gut gepasst. Das Bett ist sehr hart, was ich aber toll fand. Parkplätze vor der Tür, gute Lage. Sauber.

Mir fehlt in Korea allgemein ein Schrank im Zimmer. Man lebt quasi aus dem Koffer oder drapiert alles auf dem Schreibtisch.

Location is suitable for my purpose, it is a little away from the center of Seogwipo but could still be accessible within walking distance. A few convenience stores nearby. Ample road side parking available around the property. Shared kitchenette and the washer is available on every floor of the property. There's a coin-laundromat at the ground floor of this hotel. Used the dryer here after the washer use in the hotel.

Could consider providing small knife in the kitchenette. Was lacking this as this was needed for cutting fruits. :)

It was a very comfortable stay, even with fully self check-in and check-out. The owner was responsive via the Booking app and initially provided only three coffee capsules, but more were provided the next day after we messaged them. There is no room service, but basic items were replenished daily by leaving them at the doorstep. Everything was clean, and there was a washing machine with laundry detergent available. The stay was so comfortable that we didn’t feel like going out, and the view was lovely.

There are only four parking slots, two in the front and two in the back, which means you might end up blocking the car behind you. The owner mentioned that you could look for other parking, but no accurate location was provided. We ended up parking on the roadside, which required a short walk. We visited during the non-peak season, so it was still acceptable. There is nothing within walking distance, making it a very quiet and comfortable place. The nearest convenience store is quite far, but there are some local mini marts nearby.

Location was excellent to be able to walk to many places in Seogwipo. Public parking lot close by. Lots of great restaurants and coffee joints around. Very quiet room and the view was fantastic.

Room size OK. Got extra towels and water every day. Good location if you have a car - we could easiliy get around the island using this place as our base. Our room had an ocean-view. Owner answered very quickl to all kf our questions during the stay. Self-check in/out is very easy.

There is a 2x2 parking lot only - but there is a free parking lot very close to the hotel. Washing machine fid not operate on our level, the one on the other level were always used when we checked. There is no dryer - but there is self-service loundry on the ground flooer of the building, with washing machine and dryers.

저렴한 가격에 방이 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있었고 주인분이 친절합니다.

방의 인테리어나 분위기는 다소 올드한 느낌이 있습니다. 가격 상관없이 숙소에 세련되고 근사한 인테리어를 원하는 분에게는 추천하기 어려울 수도 있지만 욕실은 리모델링을 했는지 시설이 아주 좋았고 가격을 감안하면 아주 만족스러운 숙소입니다.

Clean, large room, good location not far from key tourist sites, good value for money, washing machine available.

This place was used a base of stay for the duration of our stay. We travelled all around with a car so getting to locations was not an issue. The surrounding area was quiet and there was a laundromat with dryers for those who needs to get laundry done asap. As for parking, theres a slot in the building for 4, but i find that it is not wise to park in as it does not offer any way of getting out if your are parked in too deep and there are other cars from tourists that may park in front. (leaving you at the mercy of their timing of whenever they chose to get out).

The room could have benefited with probably 1 more stool or chair for sitting as we didnt like to sit on the beds after an outing just to sit and cool down/lounge around. The bathroom could have provided a hand soap dispenser instead of a soap bar (for hygiene purpose). Otherwise, the room and stay was perfect.

今次包了整層住宿，自助入住非常方便，房間夠多適合家庭旅行，房間大而整潔，每間房各自有廁所和浴室非常方便。設備齊全，有咖啡機可簡單煮食，有洗衣機但係冇乾衣功能，但係一樓有付費洗衣乾衣機！

L'emplacement est absolument parfait ! On ne pouvait pas être mieux situé. Accès au bord de mer, au marché couvert et au divers restaurant très rapide. On a pu découvrir la cuisine locale qui est excellente. Chambre plus grande que sur les photos et les petites attentions que l'hôtel laisse a ses clients sont tops. Très bien insonorisé et personnel agréable.

The hotel itself was easy to find. There are 4 spots, 2 which are right in front of the other two. Meaning you would block the two parked in the back. This seems very inconvenient. We raised this concern via chat with the hotel in English, it didn't seem like they understood the point. We ended up having to park off-site, on a free parking lot. Room was spacious, looked clean. Basic comfort bed. When you enter the room you are hit with a heavy whiff of bleach. There's a common kitchen with washer (no dryer), the laundry we did came out smelling bad, even though we used the proper amount of detergent. Next time I would look to stay elsewhere in the area, there's plenty of options.

The washer on our floor was broken and the ones on the other floors were in use when I needed to do laundry so I had to go to the nearby coin laundry to wash my clothes. The shower was the best shower I’ve ever used!

Amazing stay, we checked in the hotel 10:30 p.m. late, the hotel was very thoughtful in providing key-entry information. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable with fast wifi. It has very safe and secured entry door in a quiet and safe neighborhood with beautiful view of the harbor. From our balcony, we were able to watch the sunrise. Wifi is fast and self-check process is very easy and good location with a lot of sites nearby for visit. Street parking is easy to find. We came here with our daughter and we all would stay here again.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Free parking was available. Each floor has a shared kitchen area and a dining area. The washing machine is also located in the kitchen area and washing detergent was also provided. The hotel is also within walking distance to Seogwipo Olle Market.

It’s very nice, clean, simple but modern apartment. They had a mini shared kitchen for coffee and prepare the meal. There is a washing machine and laundry detergent. Everyday they changed towels, gave bottle of water and coffee capsules. Everything was clean, room is spacious, beds were comfortable. The location is in calm area and free parking nearby.

They provided washing machine and detergent, however there was not laundry rack, struggled to hang our laundry.

The place is really value for money as it's well located near all the major sights of Seogwipo. Just a short walk away, you can find Jeju e bike rental where you can rent a bike to explore the city. 7 elevens and GS25 are everywhere for quick bites. The common kitchen and washing machine is very useful. Highly recommended for families or group travellers.

Very clean and comfortable. Clean towels and coffee every day. Great location , walking distance to Olle street market, the port and the waterfalls and lots of places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern hotel with modern facilities. It even has a little kitchenette and washing machine in every floor. It's the best place I've stayed in Korea. Everything was perfectly clean, the room is very big and comfortable and the bonus was the view of the sea from the window. Check in is flexible. Location is good, it's not very close to the center, but it is close to the beach and many buses that take you to other places in the island.

Everything, the location was perfect and it was very clean. Never met the reception staff as it was self check in but would like to thank them for a great stay and will recommend this hotel to all of our friends.

Lovely location down south! Close to a lot of activities to do in Seogwipo! Beyond expectations, I booked for me and my 4 other friends, they had no idea what the interior or the hotel looked like, and left it in my capable hands - They too were beyond amazed with the great shower facilities, the view off into the distant coast with Saeyeongyo Bridge! The PILLOWS!!! I remember walking out of toilet and my friend was immediately conked out after laying her head on the pillow (manufacturer: Nubizio), I too was a victim to this pillow, conked out whilst friends were still in the room talking. This cloud pillow really absorbs your tiredness making you feel refreshed upon your slumber! There is a lovely cafe within walking distance of 7 mins from the hotel called Cafe Dam-a (카페담아), you must go, the owner was lovely and maybe she'll give you a treat on the house if you're nice :) Not only is the neighbourhood quiet, but so is the hotel, it felt like we honestly had it to ourselves! In a good way ahah. We drove from the airport to the the hotel, and it has parking for up to 2-4 cars (realistically for up to two cars, although there are four parking spaces, you'd block the cars at the rear from exiting as the parking is shaped in a square format), nevertheless, the neighbourhood seems to be a free parking area where you can park your vehicles without any lawful restrictions, so long as it doesn't interfere with other vehicle mobility. I don't know if it has been mentioned on the bookings website, but there was an EV charger on the premises in the parking spaces toward the rear of the 4 by 4 square car parking, as to what kW charger type, I don't quite recall, most likely a type 2 charger as the assumption is that you charge your car overnight, and it wouldn't make sense to have installed a highspeed charger, but double-check with the premises beforehand!

Everything was great, no particular dislike. I noticed the culture is that receptionists are not at the desk perhaps until around 16:00 in the day, so maybe you'll need to communicate beforehand with the hotel via booking/email how this will be handled in terms of obtaining the key card.

전반적으로 객실이 깔끔했고 숙소 이용에도 편리해서 며칠간 잘 지냈음. 객실 이용 카드키를 2장을 지급해 줘서 나름 편리했음.

Had a room on sixth floor with amazing view of the bridge. Room was very spacious. The mattress is a bit on the hard side not like North American comfort.

친구들과 함께한 여행인데 숙소 잘 정했다고 칭찬 받았습니다~ 위치도 좋고 깨끗하며 편의 시설이 잘 되어 있었고 캡슐 커피까지 제공해 주셔서 감동 받았습니다. 여러명이라 불편 할까 걱정했는데 넘 편히 잘 쉬었다 왔습니다. 특히 6인이상 단체일 경우 강추 입니다!!^^

8인 가족여행시 적당한 숙소를 찾기 어려운데 방4개 각방에 욕실이 있고 싱글침대도 3개씩 있어 잠자리도 편했어요. 공용공간에서 같이 식사 가능하고 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 이곳은 4부부모임이나 가족여행시 좋을듯 합니다. 개인적으로 완전 만족했습니다.

숙소 청결 상태도 좋고 침구도 깔끔해요~~ 공동 주방과 세탁기를 사용할 수 있어서 좋았어요~~ 캡슐커피도 좋고 여행하기 좋은 숙소 입니다.

시설깨끗하고 감성있고 관리 너무 잘되어있어요 그리고 가격이 깡패예요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 제주가면 또 묵을 것 같습니다!!

여기저기 찾다가 결정을 했는데 청결상태도 좋고 관리가 정말 잘되고 있는 숙소였습니다. 4일째 일정때문에 다른 숙소로 이동했는데 가족들이 계속 솔동산 얘기만 하네요. 다음에 올땐 거리가 좀 멀어도 솔동산에서 일정을 마무리하고 싶습니다. 가족 여름 휴가 솔동산 덕분에 즐거웠습니다.

2022.1. 중순 3인 가족 여행 개인적으로 강추합니다. 럭셔리하지 않지만 깨끗하고 이용하기 편리해요 1 무엇보다 깨끗해요(청소 상태 굿) 2. 신발을 벗고 들어가서 바닥에 앉을 수 있어요 (어린 아이가 있다면 너무너무 편리) 3. 럭셔리 하지는 않아요(호캉스x), 3. 이중섭거리, 서귀포매일올래시장 걸어갈 수 있어요

신혼여행 중 방문했습니다. 깔끔함과 조용함, 친절함 등은 좋습니다. 가성비도 매우 훌륭하다고 생각합니다. 대신 여행으로 오실 때 서귀포 올레시장과는 도보로는 약간의 거리가 있으니 참고하세요, 저희가 유독 더울 때 방문해서 조금 힘들게 느낀점도 있습니다. 주차장이 2x2, 총 4대로 넓은 편은 아니지만 주변에 그냥 주차해도 큰 문제는 없어 보입니다. 잘 쉬고 좋은 추억 만들어 갑니다 감사합니다.

I had a wonderful stay at the Dongwon Hotel this weekend. It was extremely clean, very comfortable, and conveniently located at the bottom of Lee Jung Seop Street. The room had outstanding air conditioning that could be made as cool as I wanted, a very comfortable bed, and a pristine bathroom. Checking in and out was very quick and easy. It was handy to walk up the street and visit many pubs and bars, like Jerry's, Cafe Mayb, Goofy Foot, Woodstock, and Jeju Beer Fountain. At the top of the street, about 15 minutes on foot, the Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market, is a fun place to get a snack or do some shopping. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again when I am next in Seogwipo to enjoy the nightlife.

Next to tourist activities, easy to find, had laundry services, and the room was very clean and modern. The hotel touts a sea view, but the window was high, so you had to stand to see it.

천지연, 이중섭거리, 올레 시장 등 가볼만 한 곳이 너무 가까워요. 호텔은 조용했고 친구들끼리 가면 너무 좋을 듯 해요. 트리플 룸에 3명씩 묵었는데 3층의 공동 주방을 편하게 쓸 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요.

방도 깨끗하고 침대나 화장실도 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 작은 세탁기가 공동시설에 배치되어 간단한 세탁도 가능합니다. 위치가 조금 애매해서 그것만 빼면 전반적으로 만족합니다. 조용합니다.

위치도 좋고 완전 만족합니당~~ 사장님도 친절하시고 가격완전 착하고 담에도 이용할꺼예욧~

신축건물이라 깨끗하고 괜찬았어요

너무 쾌적했어요.. 날더운제주였지만 숙소방에서는 전혀느낄수없이 모든것이 깨끗했고 만족스러웠어요.. 다만 주차공간이 작아서 도로에 세웠는데요.. 렌트카가 블랙박스가 없어서 상당히 불안했어요.. 그거말곤 부족함이 없어요.. 강추요..

대체로 깨끗하고 조망권이 우수하며, 가족끼리 지내기 아주 좋은 장소였습니다.

시설은 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었어요. 밥솥이나 전자렌지가 있어 아침을 간단하게 해결하고 싶은 사람은 이용가능하구요. 저희는 잠을 자는 것이라 조용해서 괜찮았어요.

트리플베드룸을 찾다가 발견한 호텔입니다. 내부가 굉장히 넓고 깨끗해서 매우 쾌적했습니다. 공용 주방도 있어 매우 편리했고 무엇보다 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 참, 온돌방이어서 더 좋았네요^^

서귀포항이 있어 신선한 생선을 맛볼 수 있어 좋았습니다.

서귀포항과 근접해 있으며 천지연폭포,올레시장,이중섭거리 등 산책할 수 있는 좋은 호텔입니다.특히 간단한 요리시설도 구비된 호텔입니다.

생각보다 건물이 작아보였다. 하지만 내부는 깔끔하고, 쾌적함. 다음에도 꼭 오고싶은곳이다~

평가한대로 호텔내부도 쾌적하고 직원도 친절했다. 다만, 내부에 있는 사이드테이블 의자가 한개뿐이라, 한개추가를 원했으나, 단호하게 안된다는말에 약간 실망…그게 원칙이라는 말은 처음듣거니와, 2인숙박이 기본이면, 테이블의자도 2개가 기본아닌가요?

청결 친절합니다 방음이 좀 안됩니다. 위치 나쁘지 않습니다.

이번이 두번째 이용인데 역시 가성비 갑입니당! 싱글침대 세개 있어서 너무 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 신축이라 깔끔하고 직원분들 매우 친절하세요~ 온수도 잘나오고 수건도 넉넉히 주시고 생수도 주십니다! 주차도 바로 밑에서 할 수 있고 차를 바깥쪽에 넣어놔도 카운터에 키 맡기면 새벽에 다른분들 나가실때 알아서 해주셔서 편해요 홀에서 컴퓨터랑 세탁기 쓸 수 있어서 좋아용 저희집이 자주 이용하는 횟집이 주변이라 걸어가면 되서 다음에도 또 이용할 것 같아요!!
