Era in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso, in pochi minuti si arrivava in spiaggia

La proprietaria è stata scortese. Abbiamo cercato di fittate un motorino e mentre contrattavamo per il prezzo si è arrabbiata, ci ha tirato i soldi in faccia gridando di andarcene.

Siamo stati molto bene. Camera nuova e pulita. Condizionatore silenzioso. L'hotel ha la colazione a la carte. Abbiamo fatto solo ultimo giorno ma era molto buona. Siamo stati 6 notti. L'hotel ha anche servizi di taxi a pagamento per partire direttamente dall' albergo. .

Unico consiglio che possiamo dare è di curare di più le zone del giardino esterno che hanno molti fili elettrici volanti e qualche polistirolo qua e la. Anche l'insegna dell' hotel è un po' rovinata e fa sembrare l'hotel decadente mentre è tutto nuovissimo Cmq consigliato

Schöne gepflegte Bungalows, nur 3 min laufend vom Strand entfernt. Sehr gastfreundliche Gastgeber und tolles Team. Das eigene Restaurant „Memories“ und die tolle Kochkunst und leckeren Gerichte und Frühstück haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Haben immer (7 Tage) dort gegessen, gemütliches Ambiente mit Fernblick aufs Meer Alle Gerichte werden frisch zubereitet und alles war sehr lecker. Besonders geschickt fanden wir den preislich fairen Taxiservice der angeboten wurde. So konnten wir als Familie mit 4 Personen alles besuchen und sehen, was wir wollten und wurden auch wieder pünktlich abgeholt. Auch gibt es dort einen tollen Waschservice, welchen wir gerne genutzt haben. Hier wird Gastfreundlichkeit vorgelebt und deswegen können wir das Sun Moon Star Resort absolut weiterempfehlen (obwohl es nicht direkt am Strand liegt). Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder dort buchen.

Very, very clean. Spacious bungalows. Nice and quiet location. Beach towels and beach bag provided. Only a short stroll to the beach 🏖️. On and her staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The food here is fantastic too.

Sehr freundliches familiengeführtes Ressort.. Betreiberin Onn ist äußerst hilfsbereit und nimmt sich viel Zeit für ihre Gäste. Saubere Bungalows, ruhig an einem Dschungelgarten gelegen. Das Restaurant liegt oberhalb mit Meerblick. Sehr gute Küche, auf Wunsch viele vegetarische Speisen.

The villa itself was great and in a great location. At first, the owner was very welcoming and friendly. During my stay, I bought breakfast, lunch, and dinner from them every day and usually had the meals delivered to my room because I was working remotely.

One day, I noticed that my glass of fresh orange juice was only half full, so I politely asked the owner’s daughter, who works in the restaurant, if it could be topped up. Instead of responding professionally, she started yelling at me, saying things like: “Do you know how much I paid for this tableware? Everything is very expensive!” I would have had no problem paying more for a full glass, but I did not appreciate being spoken to in such a rude and aggressive way. Shortly after that, I suddenly became very sick. I could barely get out of bed and my mouth felt extremely dry and sticky despite drinking several liters of water a day. I spent four days in bed . When I finally started feeling better, I ordered food from them again, and after eating, all the same symptoms returned immediately. After that experience, I stopped ordering food there and checked out the next day.

This place is exceptional! Exactly the same as when I stayed here last time, some years ago. Super clean. The bungalows are very spacious. Really good facilities, great location. Owners and staff are great. Very, very friendly and helpful. The food is great as well. And, if you look at my photos, please take a moment to have a look at the view from the restaurant!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll - sehr gute Lage (5 min zum Strand und 7,8 Minuten zum nächsten 7/11 😃). Und ja, es ist teilweise “zugewuchert”, wie viele schreiben, aber ganz ehrlich: das macht das Ganze aus! Man hat das Gefühl im Dschungel zu sein und morgens wenn man im hauseigenen Restaurant frühstückt sitzt man im grünen und schaut direkt auf Palmen. Das Essen ist übrigens eine 10/10 - die beiden Damen sind so herzlich und kochen Mega gut! Ich hab sehr gutes vegetarisches Pad ka prao gegessen und vermisse es total. Zudem hat mir die Besitzerin geholfen, als ich ein Handtuch vermisst habe und mir letztendlich eins vom Hotel geschenkt damit ich auf meiner Reise eins bei mir habe 🥹 kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Zudem war das Zimmer / der Bungalow sehr sauber und man bekommt jeden Tag kostenlos 2 Flaschen Wasser. Khop khun kha! 🙏

Das einzige, was ich nciht so mochte ist die Tatsache, dass ich den letzten Bungalow hatte und es dort leider nicht mehr so viel Licht gab. (Scheinbar ist dort die Lampe am Weg defekt).

At first we wanted to stay there for 3 nights and in the end we stayed there for 12 days. The location is perfect, the room was really nice and the staff was always so kind and nice. For sue will come back

The location was great, the room was spacious and clean and they cleaned the room every other day and gave fresh towels and fresh water every day. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful and gave advice about the area and what to do and what not to do. The restaurant was very good great service and delicious food.

Gostei do tamanho do quarto, é uma vibe bem vila, tem uma área externo com sofa e mesa. Tem um sofá dentro do quarto também. Tem espaço para deixar a mala aberta no quarto em cima de uma bancada. banheiro é bem bom, espaçoso. Perto da praia, você pode locar motos ali do lado, tem o restaurante do hotel que tem comidas bem boas. É simples, mas bem confortável todo o quarto.

Quarto atendeu minhas expectativas. A única coisa que me incomodou, foi no final da hospedagem eu solicitei um taxa e comprei o ferry direto com eles dizendo que queria ir para o aeroporto, eles me mandaram para um outro pier bem longe, mesmo eu ressaltando algumas que queria ir para o aeroporto.

Duschen benötigt etwas Uebung (kalt - warm Einstellung schwierig). Für Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet, da viele und hohe Treppen.

This property looks 10times better on pictures than in reality. Beds are very hard, uncomfortable, my wife had a back pain after sleeping here. Also I do not recommend renting a motorbike from them, they will accuse you of things you didn’t do to a motorbike and then will say lots of bad words in thai about you. We paid close to 1000eur during our whole stay and when we left the owner woman and her mother were shouting at us. You also don’t get clean towels there, they are blue with many stains on them.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage - keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Mit dem Roller erreicht man Restaurants, Cafés und benachbarte Strände in kurzer Zeit. Der Garten des Hotels ist schön angelegt und es ist nachts angenehm ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde alle 2 Tage gereinigt. Das Restaurant hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht und man kann bei einem morgendlichen Kaffee das Meer sehen :)

Uns persönlich waren die Betten etwas zu hart, wodurch wir die ersten Nächte nicht so gut geschlafen haben.

We loved the restaurant and the familiar atmosphere of this resort. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The location was great, only a very brief walk away from the beautiful beach, with several shops, restaurants, bars, and massage options. Rooms were clean and spacious.

The rooms have seen better days, but the owner's friendliness surely made up for that.

The most shocking experience I've ever had in my entire life and I travel a lot!

Terrible experience — avoid this place at all costs! The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. She constantly shouted at guests and treated everyone disrespectfully. When I rented a motorbike from her, she later tried to scam me by inventing fake scratches that didn’t exist and demanded a large payment. She even refused to return my passport until I paid her. The motorbike had only a tiny mark on the brake handle — something normal from regular use — but she made up multiple “damages” to take more money. This is clearly a common scam they do to tourists. On top of that, the room had very poor water pressure, the fridge didn’t work, and her attitude was horrible. Please be careful — I truly warn everyone: do not stay here and do not rent anything from her.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, a lot of helpful facilities such as a safe, hair dryer, beach towels, beach bag, fridge, microwave. The hotel offers a great laundry service and the staff is very helpful and nice

It’s a bit far from shops and restaurants, you have to rent a car or a bike to move around but this is true to almost every part of the island so it’s not really a problem. Also, there were ants in the bathroom but it’s expected for an island location and rooms set in nature and some of the lights in the room didn’t work but that wasn’t a problem for me.

The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel has everything that you need to have a comfortable and wonderful experience in this amazing island, including delicious food, laundry service and bike rental. Open to all travellers who have a good and mature attitude and respect towards local traditions, people, nature and this amazing country, Thailand!

The room was very clean, but felt a little basic and kinda old… shower was a bit broken, the door wasn’t locked easily… just little things that could be improved. But it didn’t ruined our experience, we loved the place.

It was clean and good value.

No swimming pool or direct access to beach. Location is good for the price.

The family who runs the place is incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome. The location is peaceful yet convenient, and having the restaurant on-site was a big plus. Otroligt mysigt familj som driver detta väldigt mysiga och charmiga ställe. Maten var extra ordinär och mycket prisvärd. Ett lugnt och fridfullt ställe med närhet till beachen och restauranger

Het eten was super. Vriendelijke familie en de locatie was top. Kleinschalig en gezellig.

Goed verzorgde en schone kamers met aangename doucheruimte. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten is heerlijk.

Jammer dat het geen uitzicht biedt op het strand. Je moet 5 minuten lopen voordat je bij de zee bent.

Really nice tool with a good and large bathroom. The bed was good as well.

During my 5 night stay, they superficially cleaned my room only once. Even on the terrace, empty water bottles weren’t collected. There was a lot of insects (mainly tiny ants and mosquitoes) in the room and in bed.

The location is perfect, just a short walk down to the one of the best beaches I’ve visited in Thailand. The rooms are very large, with a balcony. The rooms are situated in a very calming area with lots of trees. I personally enjoyed waking up for breakfast made by the hotel with the stunning view from the restaurant. I was able to rent a moped from the hotel.

It is one of my favourite places ever, I have been staying with them for years. I could not recommend them enough -- the staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, food is excellent, all in a great location.

This is a very relaxing place to stay, and has a restaurant with a beautiful jungle and ocean view. All the food is incredible (and at great prices!), and the people who work there are very nice - just ask for anything you need or want to eat and they will make it happen!

I definitely recommend this hotel. The area where the hotel is located has the most beautiful beach on the island. Just 3 minutes walking to the beach. The owners of the hotel are excellent people. They take care of you in every aspect. The food is also very delicious. They have a magnificent terrace. I already miss drinking coffee there. The rooms are very clean, with a large balcony. It is very enjoyable to spend time here with the sounds of birds and trees.

This place is a big 10 for me. First of all, the owners, their kindness, attention, their smile, their help. They took us on a very rainy day to the harbour at 4:30 in the morning, and brought us to the entrance to the boat. Wow. The room is spacious, clean, with a good and hot shower, big and large windows with a beautiful view of the jungle, tea, coffee, kettle.. Laundry is also possible. 5-7 minutes walk to a beautiful sandy beach, restaurants and massage. The restaurant is the highest point of the hotel, with a beautiful view. It is open the whole day so you can go to eat whenever you want, great and tasty food, and a very good price, excellent ambience. Motor bikes to rent on sight. This is definitely a place I recommend with all my heart!!! We will certainly be back!❤️❤️🌹🌹

Localization

The resort does not look like the pictures. It’s dirty and neglected. The hotel staff cleaned the room only when I asked. The bathroom was moldy, the towels were old and stained.

Mosquitos

The restaurant has a nice glimpse of the ocean. My room and bathroom are clean. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, easy road access. Family owned staff is nice and responsive. They also provide taxi service which is convenient.

The surrounding environment needs more upkeeping, so it looks cleaner. Sometimes the garden smells musty, not fresh.

The cleanliness of the room was on point… Comparing with the other hotels in the area, I find it is not a good value for money.

The big bed, Smart TV, Space and Location was great. They seem to be a family run business and have great potential. Do support them. The venue is still lovely!

That they advertised extras that was not present in the room byt it did not matter much to me, at least I brought everything I needed but it might bother someone who did not pack toiletries etc as promised by their ads

I had a terrible experience with the laundry service at this hotel. I sent in my clothes for cleaning, but when they were returned, everything had been turned pink! It was clear that a mistake had been made, but when I brought it up with the staff, the situation got worse. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the employee shouted at me and accused me of lying! This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it completely ruined my stay. Beware of using the laundry service here—it’s not worth the risk.

A family-run business, the owners and stuff were lovely! Also, if you can't tell from the pictures, the bungalow is super new, clean, and modern, no shoddy construction you usually see in Thailand.

It is about 5 minutes from the beach and the location is a little remote. Not that they could do anything about that.

Gorgeous little family owned and run resort. It has great ocean views and is nestled in lush, green tropical forest with a good location with a 3 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the village. The property is perched high on the hill with a steep descent to the beach, so it helps to be fit. The owner goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable.

Beautiful, large rooms with great aircon and TV that really works! Kids were so happy to watch ‘normal’ Netflix! The owner lady was so helpful and kind to us. She has a taxi service and you can just caller her to pick you up any time! She cooked us delicious food at 9pm and she is helpful.

It is up a steep hill at the north end of the beach. 15 mins walk to 7/11. There is another mini market down the hill by the beach but not much choice and not great prices. It is in a very rich forest environment. Beautiful trees etc but a LOT of mosquitoes. We were happy to stay in and watch the Netflix! No swimming pool, on steep hill so many steps to rooms. We found the beach very dirty with a lot of plastic waste which was pretty depressing.

5 minute walk from the beach, the property was fantastic with brand new rooms/cabins that were clean and very modern. The included breakfast was delicious as were appetizers we had one of the evenings.

Very nice Thai host. You can rent a bike or get transported by host. Bungalows are surrounded by trees and nature, which brings nice atmosphere but also some strange noise :] Room was clean, spacious, with terace, big bathroom and enough space. AC was a bit weaker, so if you love to "fridge" your room, it wont happen. 10-15min walking distance from here you can find beach, restaurant or small village with nice coffee spots and bars.

For non-bike using turist, this may not be the best spot.

Room is spacious, but bit of not new already, especially bathroom. Owners is helpful. Good beach for sunset is near the apartment and actually nice location that is close to good restaurants.

A perfect place to stay by the sea with a lovely Thai family. It felt super homely & the family that own it were so friendly & welcoming. The room was great, had everything you needed and such a short walk to the beach & restaurants.
