Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön grün und die Bungalows groß und mit Wohlfühlcharakter eingerichtet. Man ist in 1 Minute an den schönen Strand gelaufen und in fußläufiger Umgebung ist alles was man braucht. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich. Besonderen Dank an Oil an der Rezeption aber auch an das gesamte Team.

From the moment I walked into reception, I was greeted with warmth, humour and hospitality. The room was great, even got a free upgrade just coz. The bed was super comfy, room was super spacious. What no loved most is the way they create this community energy that the guests are welcomed to enjoy, or not.

Magnifique hôtel qui fait très complexe de vacances. Cadre idyllique, personnel adorable. Cet hôtel est aussi parfait pour des familles avec enfants ! Bon emplacement à 2 pas de la plage. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui change de d’habitude. Excellent !!

J’ai adoré cet endroit. Superbe, calme, dans la nature à 2 pas d’une très belle plage. Un emplacement idéal. Mention spéciale au personnel pour son service exceptionnel et sa gentillesse. Le bungalow était d’une grande propreté, spacieux avec une très jolie terrasse avec hamac La cuisine est excellente. Un grand merci à Ron pour ses conseils et l’incroyable Tour, Inoubliable !

The place is charming, full of fun space for children, toys, games, a craft corner. They thought of everything in the room - fans, a kitchenette, a place to unpack clothes, a spacious shower, very comfortable with children. Perfect! The staff is amazing - they love children and are super helpful. Highly recommend.

My congratulations to the staff, every employee is nice and treats you so well. I have to point out that they did us a huge and unexpected favor that made our stay unforgettable. The pool is clean, the bungalows are very cosy with a little table, a bench and the hammock outside, I like to stay up late at night in a hammock. The location is perfect, most beautiful beaches are nearby, you can access one directly from the accommodations. Many fancy places around to eat but also many traditional thai restaurants (they are the best). 5min walk to bike rent shops. Great memories for us ! We tried two different accommodations and both had very good mattress.

Sehr freundliches Personal - insbesondere möchten wir Tom hervorheben. Es war ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück jeden Tag. Die Bungalows werden jeden Tag gereinigt und haben tolle Balkons. Der Strand ist sehr nah und am Strand sind schöne Bars. Die Rezeption hilft bei Rollervermietung und bei Taxis. Der Pool und die Bar dort sind toll.

Ggf könnte der Kaffee zum Frühstück auch bei 2 Tassen frei sein. Eine Tasse ist inclusive. Auf jeder Bettseite sollte die Nachttischlampe bedienbar sein.

Das Personal ist top! Herzlicher Empfang. Außergewöhnlich freundlich und es herrscht ein positiver Teamspirit, der sehr deutlich ist. Sehr gutes Essen, mega gute Smoothies, liebevoll zubereitet und serviert! Haben uns jederzeit sehr wohlgefühlt. Schöne Hütten.

Leider nicht direkt am Meer, aber das wussten wir vorher. Dafür sehr schöner Pool.

We had an amazing stay at Baan Kiao. The resort is absolutely beautiful and located right on the best beach in Koh Phangan. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family of five. The kids had so much fun and practically lived in the pool the entire time. The entire staff was wonderful, with a huge special thanks to Tom and Daniel who were absolute legends, playing with the kids and making our family feel so welcome. The owner was also extremely helpful with every question and request we had. The food was delicious and they also have amazing cocktails. We'll definitely be back.

Toller Pool, super nettes Personal, leckeres Essen und Getränke, die Hängematte vor der Hütte und dass der Weg zum Meer kurz war. Außerdem ist das Angebot für Kinder und die Freundlichkeit gegenüber ihnen wirklich toll!

Die Betten sind - wie oft in Thailand - sehr hart.

Grundsätzlich gute Lage, man muss aber durch ein anderes Resort an den Stand laufen, der ist aber schön. Nettes Personal

1000 Baht Kaution, Junior Zimmer sind sehr nah an der Hauptstraße- zu laut-, Klimaanlage auch zu laut, vor der Abreise wird hingewiesen, dass jegliche Überschreitung der check-out Zeit finanziell bestraft wird - den Hinweis finde ich in der Art daneben. Restaurant für meinen Geschmack zu teuer. Im September ist es auf dem Balkon so heiß, dass man ihn nicht wirklich benutzen kann .

The friendly family atmosphere, from the first moment on we felt welcomed ❤️ the owner always had good hints for going around on Koh Phangan, the staff was extraordinary, so warm-hearted especially Tom who’s the kind of the „soul of Baan Kiao“ but also alk the others! Struttura ideale per famiglie, bellissima piscina per piccoli e adulti. Riparata dal vento ma vicina alla spiaggia. Il personale è attentissimo e gentilissimo. Ci si sente parte di una comunità più che semplici clienti.

Anlage, Zimmer, Lage

Grundsätzlich super Unterkunft. Jedoch hatten wir mehrere Nächte einen Gecko über unseren Bett der alle 30 Minuten 5 laute Klopfgeräusche machte. Dies sorgte dafür, dass wir jedes Mal aufwachten, da er eben direkt über unseren Köpfen war. Wir meldeten dies dem Personal, diese haben dann einen Spray gesprüht. Dies hat nicht geholfen und wir hörten am darauffolgenden Abend um 22 Uhr wieder den Gecko. Dann kontaktierten wir mehrmals den Nachtdienst und dieser hat nicht einmal abgehoben. Am nächsten Tag wurde Fugen zwischen Wand und Decke mit Silikon geschlossen. Dann kamen wir am Abend zurück in die Unterkunft und hatten den Gecko direkt vor unsere Nase. Wir kontaktierten das Personal, dieses wollte uns jedoch nur abwimmeln und meinten wir sollten auf der Terasse das Licht aufdrehen und warten bis er raus geht. Es is schon klar, dass Geckos von Licht angezogen werden, jedoch muss man sich die Frage stellen ob dies funktioniert hätte bei einem Gecko der sich Nachts ständig in unserem dunklen Zimmer aufhielt. Wir haben dann darauf bestanden, dass der Gecko gefangen wird und hatten dann eine ruhige Nacht. Zusätzlich waren in der Dusche sehr leicht sichtbare Haarbüschel an der Wand von den vorherigen Gästen.

We love this place! We were here last year and came back The staff are amazing! So friendly and nice The breakfast is great and has a lot of options to choose from, the pool is nice and the room is nice too.

I didn’t like the shower because it was with a curtain and was not separated from the toilet, however last stay we took the studio with pool view and it was much better shower and more room, with a little extra cost. It is more recommended for families, but great hotel.

Het personeel, de locatie, de sfeer, het huisje. Alles was geweldig om de laatste dagen van onze mooie thailand reis af te sluiten met de kinderen! Let erop; het is geweldig met kinderen en super ingericht voor hen. Als je zonder kinderen reist nog steeds een geweldige plek, maar je moet dus wel rekening houden met de gezelligheid van kinderen:-)

Le petit déjeuner manque de variété (malgré les 6 ou 7 options présentées), il n’ouvre qu’à 8 heures ce qui est tard quand le soleil se couche à 18h ou que l’on veut partir en excursion pour la journée. Le café mériterait d’être grandement amélioré. La piscine a aussi des horaires assez restrictifs.

Le service exceptionnel et la gentillesse de toute l’équipe, particulièrement attentionnée avec notre fille de 2 ans. La magnifique plage, la piscine, les jeux pour enfants et les bungalows très bien équipés. Gros coup de cœur également pour le joli chemin fleuri de bougainvilliers qui mène aux bungalows.

Si je devais vraiment trouver un petit point négatif, je dirais simplement que le lit était un peu dur. Le prix est légèrement élevé, mais il reste cohérent avec la saison et la qualité des prestations.

Such a great place! The staff were exceptionally friendly, and also helped book any taxis or attractions. The pool area had lots of seating, floaters, and communal equiptment for kids to use. Food was great- everything we tried was tasty, reasobanle prices, generous portions. My daughter LOVED the karaoke, so we ended up eating there every night! The beach nearby is beautiful, and there a 7 eleven a few minutes away. We had a cabin overlooking the pool- the room was spacious, great a/c, and water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Haad Yao Beach mit ein paar Strandbars und Restaurants. Der Secret Beach ist ebenso nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Umliegend findet man Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Tops Daily und 7-Eleven). Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Bungalow-Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Bungalows selber sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Man kann Roller mieten vor Ort oder sich ein Taxi organisieren lassen. Wäscheservice wurde angeboten. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! :)

Es ist landschaftlich sehr hügelig. Zu Fuß kann das etwas anstrengend sein. Das sollte man vorher wissen.

Lega je bila za nas čarobna. Resort sredi male džungle in le kratek sprehod kjer se odpre čarobni dostop do morja. Takoj na plaži je kar nekaj super lokalov in masažni "salon". Osebje je izjemno prijazno in ustrežljivo. Družinski bungalovi so prostorni za družine. Takoj zraven je bazen z dnevnim lokalom za osvežitev s slatnim mango smutijem. Otroci so se počutili v tem okolju izjemno dobro (igrala, gugalnica, igralni kotiček zraven jedilnice in seveda prisrčno osebje). Na našo prošnjo so nam organizirali prevoz iz in nazaj do pristanišča (Tong Sala). Prav tako organizirana možnost pranja perila.

Osebno sem pogrešala kako dodatno manjšo brisačo ali dve za roke/obraz (ob umivalniku). Za malo večje otroke/jedce je verjetno zajtrk malo preskromen (nam je ustrezal).

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Hatten das Junior -Zimmer gebucht für 8 Tage (diese Zimmer würde ich nicht empfehlen), auf Entgegenkommen des Managements durften wir in einen Bungalow für 4 Nächte wechseln. Den Rest haben wir storniert, weil keine Zimmer verfügbar waren.

Lage neben Hauptstraße (laut), sehr viele Kinder (Poolbungalows auch laut). Kein direkter Strandzugang - dafür sind die Preise hoch.

Tolles Hotel mit Jungle-Feeling. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön, kurzer Weg zum Strand, allerdings war das Meer erst abends zum Baden da, Hotelpool direkt vor den Bungalows, dieser ist allerdings sehr tief, nix für kleine Kinder. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr kinderfreundlich und immer gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Frühstück war nicht so unser Ding.

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt im Baan Kiao. Das Personal war immer freundlich und bemüht jedem Gast eine unbeschwerte Zeit zu ermöglichen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Vi havde booket et dobbeltværelse hvilket ikke kan anbefales så personalet fik efter første nat ombooket os til poolbungalow der var super dejlig. Poolen rengøres hver dag og personalet er virkelig hjælpsomme og imødekommende.

Het is een fijne accommodatie met een heerlijk zwembad en dichtbij het strand. Het personeel is over het algemeen vriendelijk en attent. De huisjes zijn vrij ruim en comfortabel. Doordat de huisjes los van elkaar staan, is er vrijwel geen sprake van geluidsoverlast.

We vonden het ontbijt vrij weinig. Als je een grote eter bent, dan heb je er niet genoeg aan. Ook krijg je bijvoorbeeld maar 1 koffie en moet je voor extra koffie bijbetalen. Het restaurant is goed maar de porties zijn voor Thailand vrij klein. Het restaurant is dan ook daarom relatief duur. Het zwembad regelmatig overvol. Dit komt ook omdat er daggasten worden toegelaten waardoor het zwembad extra druk wordt. Echt relaxen is dan niet mogelijk. Verder vond ik de informatieverstrekking over bezienswaardigheden op het eiland niet voldoende. Het zou fijn als ze bij de receptie leuke tips kunnen geven maar dit was erg beperkt.

Et skønt sted med den dejligste atmosfære. Beliggenheden er super god, og personalet er noget af det mest imødekommende og nærværende, vi har oplevet – de får virkelig én til at føle sig velkommen. Værelserne er enkle og måske ikke de nyeste, men de er rene, pæne og har alt, hvad man behøver. Luksus handler ikke kun om flotte omgivelser – det handler også om stemning, nærvær og gæstfrihed. Og det er netop det, dette sted er fyldt med.

Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et bienveillant. Alice, Titi, Tom et tous les autres ont rendu notre séjour mémorable. Jamais nous n'oublierons notre séjour ! Les lieux sont d'une propreté irréprochable, la nourriture est succulente et le service hors pair. Merci pour tout!

This is the perfect place to stay at Haad Yao. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and the property has an amazing swimming pool. The staff are friendly and always happy to help, and Tom is a true rock star! It’s not a luxury resort, but the atmosphere is fantastic and has the perfect island vibe.

Chambre qui fait un peu veille, mauvaise insonorisation, et une montée courte mais très pentue pour y accéder depuis le reste du resort.

Accueil très sympathique et personnel souriant. C’est très agréable. Le resort est presque de la plage. L’accès se fait très facilement. Et les restos à proximité avec les pieds dans le sable sont top.

Les logements sont un peu vieillots et il y a un peu une ambiance club de vacances que je n’ai pas trop aimée. Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste, mais il est possible d’ajouter des éléments moyennant supplément. Les plages avoisinantes ne sont pas nageables à marée basse.

Le personnel est vraiment adorable surtout avec les enfants. Beaucoup de jeu pour eux au bord de la piscine. Au bord de mer

Unser Aufenthalt im Baan Kiao war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt, die Zimmer sind makellos sauber, komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein und das Restaurant bietet ausgezeichnetes Essen – hier stimmt einfach alles. Was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch unvergesslich gemacht hat, war das gesamte Team. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an nicht wie Hotelgäste, sondern wie zu Hause gefühlt – als wären wir Teil einer großen Familie. Diese herzliche und familiäre Atmosphäre ist etwas ganz Besonderes und der Hauptgrund, warum wir diesen Ort nie vergessen werden und ganz sicher schon bald wiederkommen. Es sind nicht nur die wunderschöne Anlage oder die perfekte Lage, sondern vor allem die Menschen, die diesen Ort so einzigartig machen. Während unseres Urlaubs habe ich mir leider den Fuß gebrochen. In dieser schwierigen Situation wurden wir mit einer Herzlichkeit, Fürsorge und Hilfsbereitschaft betreut, die weit über das hinausgeht, was man erwarten darf. Das Team hat sich rührend um mich gekümmert und uns sogar ermöglicht, in ein Zimmer direkt am Pool und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Restaurant umzuziehen, damit ich trotz meiner Verletzung möglichst kurze Wege hatte. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und Menschlichkeit haben uns tief berührt und unseren Aufenthalt trotz der Umstände zu einer wundervollen Erfahrung gemacht. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Tom, Sere Na, Ti Ti, Daniel und Alice. Eure Freundlichkeit, eure Fürsorge, eure Hilfsbereitschaft und euer erstklassiger Service haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Ihr habt uns das Gefühl gegeben, nicht einfach Gäste zu sein, sondern wirklich willkommen zu sein und dazuzugehören. Menschen wie euch trifft man nur selten – und genau ihr seid der Grund, warum das Baan Kiao für uns weit mehr als nur eine Unterkunft ist.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche im Baan Kiao. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr gut gepflegt mit tollem Pool und authentisch mit tollen Pflanzen. Der Bungalow war sehr großzügig und immer sauber mit einer eigenen großen Terrasse. Es sind nur ein paar Meter bis zum Haad Yao Strand. Wir haben uns jeden Morgen auf das leckere Frühstück gefreut. Diese Woche perfekt gemacht hat das fantastische Personal. Zuvorkommend, höflich und nicht aufgesetzt. Alle sind immer sehr hilfsbereit, vom Gärtner bis zum Manager und haben uns immer bei Aktivitäten oder Ausflügen beraten. Alle waren immer für uns da, insbesondere Serena, Nee lay, Palae, Kabyar, Tom, Ti Ti und alle anderen von denen wir die Namen nicht wissen. Wir wollen wiederkommen.

Es gab absolut nicht auszusetzen.

El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es perfecta, a 1 minuto de la playa y las habitaciones son amplias y están limpias. El desayuno es muy completo y variado.

Me gustó todo. Eso sí, está en medio de la naturaleza por lo que puede haber hormigas y otros pequeños insectos en la habitación.

החדרים, המתקנים, הצוות היה פשוט לא נחמד. החדר שלנו היה מאוד רועש ולא הצלחנו לישון בלילה בגלל זה, ביקשנו לעבור חדר בבוקר. אחד העובדים הוביל אותנו לחדר אחר כשפתאום החל גשם חזק. הוא עצר אותנו כשאנחנו עומדים בגשם ורץ לקבלה, וחזר עם מטריה ענקית. שמחנו על ההתחשבות, רק שהוא המשיך ללכת ועבר אותנו, כשהמטריה (שוב- הענקית! שלגמרי יכלה להכיל את כולנו ויותר), מכסה רק אותו. האינטרקציה עם הבעלים הייתה מאוד לא נעימה. כשהחלטנו שאנחנו עוזבים מוקדם כי הרעש היה בלתי נסבל ולא יכלנו לישון, הוא טען שזאת תאילנד ואנחנו כנראה לא מכירים אותה, גם כשהסברנו שזאת הפעם השניה שלנו במדינה והיינו במגוון במלונות- שבכולם היה בידוד רעשים טוב ולכן לא סבלנו מזה. סה"כ- הייתה חוויה מאוד מבאסת.

Die Unterkunft kann zwar nix dafür… bevor man hier bucht an der Westküste unbedingt schauen wie Ebbe u. Flut zum Reisezeitraum ist . Bei uns leider schwimmen nicht möglich… Ohne Moped/Scooter ist man aufgeschmissen. Hat nur sehr wenig Fußläufig.

To przepiękne miejsce na wyspie. Otoczenie, basen, pokoje na wysokim poziomie. Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce. Menadżer Tom , przecudowny człowiek, pełen uśmiechu, pomocny i zabawny. Polecam gorąco i na pewno jeśli przyjadę na Koh Phangan to właśnie tam. Było pięknie i pysznie. Dziękujemy. Aneta i Marek

Es handelt sich um eine kleine, familiäre Anlage mitten im Grünen. Wir würden empfehlen ein Bungalow zu wählen, welcher in der Nähe vom Pool ist. Die Bungalows die weiter oben sind, sind teilweise an einer recht lauten Straße gelegen. Besonders gut hat uns der Poolbereich (inkl Babybe ken mit Sonnensegel, Spielzeug) mit Poolbar (mit einer tollen Auswahl an bspw. Smoothies, Cocktails zu einem sehr fairen Preis) gefallen, im Restaurant gab es eine schöne Auswahl an Speisen (mit teilweise burmesisches Gerichten, die Küche hat für unsere Tochter auf Wunsch bspw. weich gekochtes Gemüse zubereitet) und alle Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr lieb, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir waren mit unserer 12 Monate alten Tochter vor Ort und für Familien ist es wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft. Der Strand Haad Yao Beach ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ; auch gibt es zahlreiche leckere Restaurants/Cafés ( Bspw. Pura Vida mit separaten Familienbereich, What’s Cup mit toller Aussicht auf die Bucht) in der Nähe, welche über den Strand oder Straße erreichbar sind. Die Anlage und der Weg zum Strand eignet sich auch für ein paar „Buggy-Runden“. :) Praktisch ist auch der Wäscheservice vor Ort.

Wir fanden es wirklich schade, dass die Anlage inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen wirkt und der Eindruck entstand, dass in einigen Bereichen nur wenig modernisiert/investiert wurde. Insbesondere das Badezimmer – vor allem der Duschbereich und die Armaturen – könnte aus unserer Sicht renoviert werden. Eine Modernisierung würde den Komfort deutlich steigern. Der Bungalow selbst ist eher dunkel und nicht lichtdurchflutet oder ähnliches. Mit einem helleren Farbkonzept sowie einer moderneren, indirekten Beleuchtung ließe sich die Atmosphäre aus unserer Sicht deutlich freundlicher und einladender gestalten. Das Frühstück ist für thailändische Verhältnisse sicherlich ok aber es dann doch recht eintönig, wenn man einige Tage da ist.

Pool facilities were lovely and staff were very helpful! And location of the resort beside the beach was great.

On both occasions when checking in and checking out there was a man who seemed to be a manager having stern conversations in English with staff members in front of us, which made it very uncomfortable. We understand it can be stressful to manage large numbers of staff however it did not seem appropriate for him to be raising his voice in front of guests.

Pokoj s4 szczególnie przy ulicy materac z jednej strony był zapadnięty, straszny hałas od ulicy. I tolata z prysznicem jak z lat 80.

Ja, war toller Pool und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Gute Lage.

The swimming pool is nice, the staff is really friendly and helpful. It's close to the beach, but not on the beach! The room was really big and the bed very comfy, also the hammock was nice to have.

The place is pretty outdated, even sheets and towels are stained. Surely it's clean, but it's a bit off. The bathroom is functional but bits and pieces are broken. When showering the whole bathroom gets wet. The price was ok in low season. But I was wondering how long this can go on without big renovation.

Das frühstücken war fabelhaft und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen am Pool war sehr lecker und günstig. Der Pool war immer sauber und sehr entspannt.

Die Dusche hat nach Schwefel gestunken. Die Nebenbetten waren sehr unbequem da die Matte zu dünn war. Und die Klima war direkt unter dem kinderbett sodass man diesen abends nicht kontinuierlich laufen lassen konnte.

Es un lugar, a priori, tranquilo donde poder relajarse. Las instalaciones y la distribución de la habitación son adecuadas aunque ésta tiene una pésima insonorización.

Por desgracia tenemos que hacer un apunte negativo. Durante nuestra estancia hubo un grupo de personas que cada noche molestaban hablando muy alto, poniendo música, haciendo videollamadas... Les llamamos la atención varias veces, pedían disculpas y seguían. Avisamos al personal del hotel y la verdad es que actuaron enseguida mandándoles callar. A la noche siguiente se repetía otra vez la misma historia, incluso de madrugada, 2am. Consideramos que la actuación del personal no fue suficiente y que deberían haber echado a estas personas del hotel. Nos dijeron que si seguían molestando les echarían pero no fue así. Nos mintieron. Nos propusieron cambiar de habitación pero no accedimos ya que considerábamos que no éramos nosotros los que molestaban a otros huéspedes. Además, un cambio de habitación por nuestra parte no resolvía el problema. Es una lástima porque el sitio es muy agradable pero por culpa de ciertas personas y, según nuestra opinión, la mala gestión por parte del personal del hotel, nuestra estancia de 4 noches fue muy desagradable, sobretodo porque impidió nuestro descanso en una isla increíble. Beautiful area, comfortable stay, nice location, and very friendly staff. They really do go out of their way to make you feel at home. Great value for money, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

It didn't affect our enjoyment of our stay, but not sure what came first: the staff kareoke to pass the time while the restaurant has no guests at night, or the restaurant not getting many guests at night due to the staff kareoke... it doesn't bother much, you can't hear it from the rooms, and it's nice that they're having fun, but we probably wouldn't easily eat in at night because of it.

Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga och fick oss att känna oss väldigt välkomna. En väldigt familjär resort med underbart poolområde. God och spännande frukost med olika meze-tillbehör och gott om alternativ som passar både vuxna och barn.

Öncelikle tatilimiz boyunca bizimle ilgilenen Tom’a misafirperverliği için özel olarak teşekkür etmek isterim. Otelin çalışanları çok güzel yüzlü ve samimi insanlar. Bu tatilinizi güzelleştiren büyük bir etken. Otel in bulunduğu koy çok şirin ve etrafta kafeler restoranlar var sıkılmazsınız. Sahil kısmı çok güzel, beyaz kum ve yeşil bitki örtüsü çok güzel bir ambiyans yaratıyor. Otelin akşam yemeği de gayet makul ve lezzetliydi. Odalar temiz ve konforlu. Kahvaltı yeterli. Fiyat/performans olarak tavsiye ederiz.

Bungalow’lardan geceleri çok fazla coconut düşme sesi ve hayvan sesleri geliyor. Bu konuda ben rahatsız olmadan uyudum ama nişanlım biraz rahatsız oldu ve uyumakta zorluk çekti. Belki buna göre bir oda tercih edebilirsiniz(oda seçenekleri mevcut) Deniz, tatilimiz boyunca gelgitten deniz çekilmiş olduğu için yüzemedik. Düşük sezonda gittiğimiz için de bunu yaşamış olabiliriz ama genel olarak adanın batı tarafında bu problem var ve bu sadece bu otelin problemi değil. Bunu göze alarak gidin.

Unser Zimmer lag etwas höher dadurch hatten wir eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer . Auf dem Zimmer war alles vorhanden falls man sich essen selber geholt hat . Mit dem Roller konnte man alles super gut erreichen . Man war recht schnell am Strand .Personal war super nett & hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten auf unserer Bettwäsche und Handtücher für den Beacm flecke. Die Betten waren etwas zu hart.

Super freundliches und kinderliebes Personal, geräumiger Bungalow, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt - unserer Meinung nach absolut empfehlenswert!

L'endroit est superbe, calme dans la nature, tout proche de la plage, sur place grande piscine, restaurant, bar, le personnel est au petit soin. Le bungalow est spacieux, avec une grande terrasse équipée d'un salon de jardin, hamac...La nourriture est délicieuse, le petit déjeuner également. Vraiment rien à redire. Le rapport qualité prix inégalable !

From the staff, always pleasant, to the rooms and the amenities… just a great way to relax and have all the comforts right there!

Being so close to the neighbors. Could hear them until the wee hours of the morning. They were a bit excessive yet the manager promptly gave them notice. Very responsible and respectful for the environment. He handled it very professionally and with courtesy to even the actors involved.

Booked a whole bungalow for myself as was on special. Very spacious, ensuite bathroom, large balcony with hammock and small seating area with pool and garden view. Very short walk to beautiful Haad Yao beach and various beach bars/restaurants. Breakfast had a good variety and quite good. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, including with booking taxis. And they offer a laundry service.

Bathroom could be upgraded and a/c unit blows directly unto bed. Location is also quite out of the way if want to get into main town, Thong Sala, or visit other places on island and don't have your own transport/ rent scooter.

Тихое, отдалённое от суеты и шума, место. Для тех, кому нужно" замедлиться"в джунглях. Отличный бассейн с лежаками и навесами. Доброжелательный персонал, вкусные завтраки. Есть трансфер от/до пирса. На пляже несколько массажных навесов.

Учитывайте сезонность и приливы/отливы. В начале июня приливы в ночное время, а днём море по колено и камни.

Das Personal, besonders die Frau an der Rezeption (Oilly) war sehr zuvorkommend. Aber allgemein waren alles unglaublich freundlich und kompetent.

On n’a quasiment pas eu d’eau sur 4j dans la douche. Impossible de se doucher. Autre soucis, comme la Clim s’arrête quand on sort de la chambre et que les chambres sont faites de planches de bois, impossible de revenir se poser l’après midi dans la chambre tellement il faisait chaud (plus qu’à l’extérieur !), faire redescendre la température était très difficile, et pas possible de se rafraîchir via la douche. De plus la Clim était assez peu fraîche, donc d’autant plus difficile pour rafraîchir la chambre

The complex is beautiful and well managed by Ron. The bungalows are pictiresque, very comfortable and are set within tropical gardens and very close to a beautiful beach. There is a nice spacious balcony on which to sit out on or rest up in a hammock. Every single member of staff is exceptional and were happy to assist no matter what the need. Special mention to Sere Na, Fa and her team , Tom and the girls at reception who are a joy to deal with and a real asset to Baan Kiao Resort The breakfast each morning is really lovely with a selection of 7 different mezes, bread, jam, fruit juices, coffee's teas and also 5 or 6 choices of breakfast main dishes from which to choose. The pool area is beautiful and has a very well run pool bar.serving pool food and a childrens menu. The restaurant is also lovely and serves delicious freshly cooked meals. This resort caters for it's clients to enjoy every moment of their stay and is committed to being as eco as possible. We would highly recommend this resort and hope to return with our family next year.

There was nothing to dislike foe us but I would mention that there are some steep inclines which would not suit anyone with mobility issues.

Le personnel est adorable (merci à tous et à toutes, notamment à Tom pour sa gentillesse) Notre bungalow était agréable et bien équipé. Le gros plus : la plage collée à l'hôtel à 2 minutes à pieds. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

Franchement tout été quasi parfait... Si je dois chipoter : un meilleur oreiller et une vraie séparation entre la douche et les WC (le rideau était un casse tête à mettre et touchait les WC) et tout serait parfait.
